Good hotel, overlooking beach sea.... Rooms are comfy spa staffs are very friendly polite.... Front desk need to more professional and to provide proper informations... Rest hotels is great... Just this city lacks proper tourist destinations.... City needs more quality restaurants and cafes... Beaches are wonderful but popular beach like ky co they charge entrance fee, than parking fee, bed renting,.. It's supposed to be public beach but some company they leased and owned it... Now all visitors need to pay.... Never heard anything like this in Thailand... Bali....

Happy to rebooked. Good room rate and got room upgraded free of charge. Very happy with everything. Thanks to receptionists.

10 out of 10 for attentive service, location views and breakfast. Regretfully weird architectural choices spoil the otherwise perfect stay. Linoleum floors in the shower? This is both cheap and unsafe. Open plan toilet in the suite? To hear ALL bodily functions of your partner? Someone also saved money on half width bath towels. BESIDES the staff Is brilliant and helped.us a lot with delayed baggage. Great hotel with poor architectural chioces

The location is very convenient. There are many shops in the alleyway from the hotel, and you can reach the beach just a short walk away. You can also rent motorcycles in the hotel. The price is very reasonable. The front desk is very kind and the room is very comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and they let us check in early which is very nice of them. Staff are nice, hotel location seem off a bit, we must use grab to get around. Room was ok but seem worn out especially bathroom. Breakfast lack of space and there was no seat, we end up sat outside and it was super hot. Not worth what you pay for imo

Modern new clean. All is perfect... If you are not there out of season. I was alone in a deserted place. The receptionist came to bring me a fried egg and a wurlster because me breakfast was included but they did not opened the buffet for just one person. Far from the centre of life and from everything, it looks on a river and the scenery is nice. Perfect if you travel in groups and have somebody to take you to the city centre.

Huge resort with plenty of swimming pool options and a long stretch of beachfront to walk. There are plenty of nice structure to take photos with like the bridge and the floating basket that I like so much. Highly recommended for a resort stay in Quy Nhon

If you can afford it, choose the bungalow with ocean view, like we did. Just opening the door was amazing. At night you hear the waves rolling. It was nice swimming in the sea, although there was a lot of rubbish. We collected it and handed it over at het restaurant nearby, where we got a beer for free. We went there for dinner too. Staff at the reception was friendly, but when we asked the staff at the sea to kayak (which was included in the hotel price), we could only sup. The kayak could not be used. This is a place I would like to come back to.

Just beautiful. There will also be cleaning every day. The staff are efficient and kind. English is difficult to communicate, but you can use Google Translate etc. without any problems. I will now make a reservation for an extended stay. The front desk is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in Japan), but there is an elevator if you enter from the left side of the stairs.

럭셔리하고 큰 리조트에요 ㅎㅎ 직원분들도 친절하고 넓은 방도 마음에 들어요 대 만족합니다 다음에 또 오고 싶은 리조트에요 헬스장 수영장 다 좋아요 건기에는 바다도 좋을거 같아요

Facilities: 6 stars Hygiene: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Environment: 6 stars Service: 6 stars I want to give it a strong thumbs up I didn't have high hopes for it, after all, the price is not expensive, but I didn't expect everything in the hotel to be very good, and we were given a free spa, which was very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel contracted the entire beach, the glass sea, the blue and clear water, and many marine projects were free of charge. Seeing that we checked in very late, they automatically delayed our check-out to 4 pm. I was very touched. Everything in the hotel is so beautiful, the room is super warm and comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious and rich in variety.

We celebrated my friend' bday in this hotel. The location is fantastic, there is a big Buddha statue nearby and a beach. The territory is green and beautiful. We didn't like the restaurant, very plain choice of food for breakfast for this money. Or dinner many items from the menu for absent.

Resort is newly built and just opened, built onto the mountain side, is very well done building. Id say about 3/4 of rooms would have an excellent sea view, the rest look more to the mountain side. Lots of landscaping and garden work has been done, lots of new trees planted. All the rooms are brand new, but missing some things, we had a kitchenette in our room, but no cookware or cutlery. There was no “Do not disturb/Please clean my room” sign so the staff knock anytime. Pool area is really big and very nice, but no umbrellas or deck chairs, not sure if they haven’t brought any yet or they had been put away somewhere, we weren’t there at peak time, but would be good if they had a few chairs out for guests that are there. Restaurant has good meals, but is fairly basic, and no english translation on the menu.. The bar wasn’t open while we were there, so no cocktails on the menu either. The staff are very nice and friendly, but lack that high end resort training that you will get in a well established resort. The resort is priced quite cheap by comparison to others, so you get many local families in. There are some ponds around in the garden that getting very slimy with the lack of water flow, im sure there better in the wet season, but they need more attention as there were a lot of mosquitos around. Biggest issue we had was we got our laundry done while there and were charged 695,000 for the service. This was more than our meal we had there. We have had this done elsewhere while in Vietnam and its normally 40K - 80K. When i asked about this no effort was made to change the price. The resort is alright, but needs to iron out these issues, in time i think it will be really good, but give it at least a year.

Close to the sea, the location of the hotel is hidden. It is clean and hygienic, and it is very lively for everyone to live together.

I went from Nha Trang by Vietage train, and the resort was quiet and clean because it was a beach away from the city center. I ate almost exclusively at the restaurant in the resort, but all the food was delicious, and all the staff from the lobby to the restaurant and spa were friendly. The room was a private villa, so it was private, and the pool was right there when you opened the door, so it was convenient to use it anytime from morning to night, and the pool was clean because the water kept flowing. The amenities were of a high standard, and it was a great trip.
