Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. "Hotel is fine, but the air conditioners - wall mounted under the window like normal at this price point - make the bed in room 304 vibrate.  Turned mine off, and still got vibrations from the neighbors' units.  Ugh.  Slept poorly.  And the only reason I was there was to sleep.  Will not return.  Will avoid the brand going forward."

"The design is similar to the Tru hotel I have stayed in before, the lobby is spacious, with comfortable tables and chairs, beautiful Christmas trees and decorations, and 24-hour hot water and coffee supply. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably designed, and the shower had hooks for hanging clothes. The front desk was very friendly."

The hotel is located in Kentucky, across the river from Illinois. The hotel is very clean and the town is quiet and suitable for rest. The only thing that is not very convenient is that there is no place to shop or eat near the hotel, and the food at the hotel is very simple."
