"We stayed in the hotel suite room. The view was great. I couldn't take a spot of the beautiful black sea. We made our coffee in the evening and our breakfast on the terrace on the balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled like a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The meeting staff, especially the Palestinian child humanity tolerance has been so good help. I strongly recommend. The hotel is very close to the center for 4 minutes by car. Only there is no breakfast and breakfast in the hotel, but there are restaurants in front of it. There were places to sell suitable food in a functional street. 2 people had pizza, and we received breakfast from my own at the appropriate price. We were just back in the corner, so we stayed one night but we were very happy. I strongly recommend."

"The hotel is very good room, the room was booked in the balcony, the place away from the square and the markets, but the restaurant on the sea was excellent and delicious, the hotel service was excellent and fast, but there are some things broken in the room, like the curtain, the adapter, and there are no parking lots, and the car is safe. It was rented, it was rendered by someone else."

"The hotel is a bit old and could use a renovation, but its location is great – very close to everything. The restaurants nearby are delicious, and there are also convenience stores around with everything you might need. Honestly, I'd definitely visit again. The staff's service was also very good."

"I had an unrefundable booking in this hotel. After my flight was canceled, I had to contact Trip.com to request the reservation and the amount. Trip.com The hotel management refused to cancel because of the policy of unreturned booking, and sent me an official message that the cancellation request was rejected and the booking was still in place.
Two days later, I could book another flight, and when I arrived at the hotel (two days later), I was surprised that the booking was no longer there. The hotel management told me that Trip.com had notified them to cancel the booking, and that the hotel had received no money for this booking. And the suite that was reserved for me was allocated to other inmates.
In other words, I didn't get a refund, and at the same time I didn't find a reservation on my arrival, and as a result I had to book two new rooms and pay extra fees from my pocket.
I still cannot understand how the booking could be “irrecoverable” and canceled, and then discovered when I arrived that the booking had already been canceled and no longer existed. It was a very frustrating experience that caused financial losses and great pressure on my family during my travel."

I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

And the reception was very good, and there were great young Syrians, great servants, and collaborators once, brother Mohammed and brother Amin and Cheif, very good Anan.
And all of it, take two.
They were very treated by Coase, the rooms were clean, and their location was sweet, about two minutes away, walking to the lake, we asked them to have a dummy and a brush, and along the way they went to us.

Guest UserUnfortunately, there was blatant exploitation of our need for accommodation. We were denied access to the unit we booked under the pretext that we had two adult sons, and therefore had to switch to a two-bedroom apartment that wasn't beachfront. We were forced to pay an additional $450, bringing the total for a 9-night stay to $2100. This was an exorbitant amount, indicative of clear exploitation. To this day, the hotel management refuses to provide us with an invoice for the amounts paid, and we don't know why. We hope you will consider our review and investigate what happened, otherwise, we will regrettably be forced to escalate this matter to the General Authority for Tourism in the Kingdom for clarification, especially since you acted as the intermediary and agent for booking the accommodation. You are responsible for your customer's satisfaction.

What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.

The apartment has all the equipment from washing machines and microwave refrigerator and potassium, and also daily cooking and hygiene tools.
And also, the treatment is high-end and quick to respond.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months.
Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person.
The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather.
Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!
