Positives: The hotel is well located close to the beach. The swimming pool is clean and has nice amenities for children such as slides. It is next door to ”walking street” The air-conditioning works well and there is a place to dry clothes after swimming on a hidden balcony. Great water pressure in the shower. Negatives: The check-in and checkout process was dreary with it taking well over 1 hour to check in. There's also a 10 minute waiting time on checkout to get your deposit back. So it's best to checkout and go have a coffee and come back for thr money later. You cannot check-in before 13:00, but you have to checkout before 10:00, well earlier than many other resorts on the island. The breakfast was not worth it with little variety and long cues form for a single small coffee machine. It's better to just go to the coffeeshop next door. The beds are harder than most people would enjoy. The island is beautiful and I spent 2 nights in this hotel, it was worth the money and you can work around most of the negatives easily

Bigger issues tbh is Koh lipe- it’s supposed to have world class beaches but they are covered end to end with boats all day every day. They only want to avoid it is north near Irene and the maintain area, or to take a little boat to some nearby beach. This place is good enough if you’re going to lipe though.

We went out to sea with friends before going to the island. We checked in at 8pm. The hotel front desk turned off the lights and rested, and no one checked in. The massage lady next to me helped to make a phone call. The phone said that the room was full? Later, two managers came to successfully check in. A little angry. It is recommended to check in first when you go to the island. The room is spacious and the overall facilities are relatively good on the island. The breakfast is also rich, plus points!

Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay with Sita! Hotel staff was really helpful with my two kids. The room we booked is up on the hill and inconvenient with kids. We have gone down to the reception to request for an upgrade of room to the one beside the beach and it was amazing. Will want to return again!

I really liked the hotel, although we took it without really choosing, we needed it quickly, as a result of the meeting from the port and brought to the hotel, beach towels every day, cleaning too, they renew both water and tea with coffee, there are umbrellas in the room that came in handy, this is how it should be, but our friends who chose the hotel in advance were disappointed in their own way, they washed the floors themselves, begged for toilet paper. The location of the hotel is just perfect.

Initially they put you on the first floor, where the pool is, children, and it's noisy. At my request, they moved you to the second floor. I liked the room itself, everything was good overall, but thanks to Tripcom for ripping me off with another hotel I had paid for, and I had to book this hotel for more money for the January holidays. There is practically no closet in the room to hang your clothes, only 6 hangers. Very weak water pressure, there is a heater, but it either supplies too hot or too cold water. They clean well, the Asian breakfast is so-so. Take mosquito repellent, in the evening they eat you on the balcony, because there is a mini pond-swamp nearby.

Also the hostel doubles up as the island post office so the reception area is full of parcels and quite busy at times with workers and people collecting parcels. I booked this hotel because the 3pm boat to Ko Lipe was no longer in service since Covid-19 hit Thailand and my family and I were stuck on the main land. It was a clean hotel with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay and not too far rom the pier we were catching a boat from the next day.

Everything was good at this resort...we stayed in a family room that can accommodate up to 5 adult..their housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. During our stay, we had an electrical issue due to heavy rain,but the staff took the initiative to inform the room by room. The surrounding views were very beautiful.

Pleasant ambiance and contemporary interior design with a pool right outside our room. The hotel is strategically located near facilities such as 7e, restaurants, and hawker stalls. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our one-night stay.

Excellent hotel! The best of all that stayed in this area before leaving to Lipa. I suppose it is positioned as a hotel to rest before traveling through the islands of the national natural park. Friendly staff. Style and comfortable rooms, comfortable bed, noisy air conditioner. Excellent breakfast on the menu. Wonderful small pool. And opposite the hotel across the sea road. Yes, the hotel is a bit far from the pier, no shops in step-by-step availability. But on the other hand there are several cafes with a view on the sea (dinner in Satun Sashimi, we liked), massage salon (not visited), and on the right in a couple of steps you can try local dishes (noodles, rice, soups) at very pleasant prices. After the eviction, the staff took us to the pier. Recommended hotel!

The room was spacious and good enough for two people. With seaview it's so calming with wave sounds. It feels tranquil.

Nice hotel, good atmosphere, clean rooms, cool air, delicious breakfast, with a variety of choices. The hotel is located near Mu Ko Petra National Park.

Good privacy atmosphere, quiet, good breakfast, good taste. Various, but the hotel is so deep and lonely that you have to order hotel food for dinner. The food prices are quite high, but the ingredients are not worth the price of the food even though the back is next to the fishing pier.

The rooms are extremely well kept, clean with really good quality smooth bedsheets and great towels. Air-conditioner are well serviced and cold. The window sound insulation are a little poor so choose rooms further in premise if u are light sleeper. No access to beach from hotel. Parking available for about 5-6 vehicles for free.
