The hotel seems new, so all the equipments and devices are still in an okay state. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. The cleanliness is somewhat can be improved. The floor, balcony and bathroom are clean, but the windows/balcony door should be cleaned a bit better. I have gotten a room with balcony and mountain view, that is nice. There is a small local convinience shop, restaurants, and a 7-11 nearby. The personel is very friendly. I guess it is good enough for a couple of night. I dont know if this will excuse , but i have booked this hotel 8 hours in advance and may be they did not have time to clean everything properly.

The service, sanitation, and environment are all very good. The only regret is that the bathroom shower water equipment is aging. All in all, the experience is good, especially Ctrip's service is worthy of praise. Due to my personal reasons, it was difficult to check in. I contacted Ctrip after-sales service, and the staff proactively coordinated and solved the problem in the shortest time. Special thanks 🙏

The staff are nice and the customer service is great. Things that we don't like are: 1. There's no exhaust fan in the toilet and bath. 2. The tissue holder is in the wrong place it's too low and inconvenient.

Location on the edge of Kwan Phayao. You can walk to the walking street not very far, there is a fitness center and bicycles for rent, cycling along the Kwan. The room is spacious, clean, has a water heater, wide bed, can see the view on the side. But the air conditioner is not very cold despite Adjusting to a cold mode and setting a temperature below 25 and still not cold

A little bit out of town but honestly it's possibly the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed in. Two small negatives are that the bed is exceptionally firm and there's no lift. (We were on the third floor and had a decent amount of luggage) Staff were very accommodating and at our request padded our bed with two doonas under the cover sheet.

Located in pretty good location and lots of parking lots. Quite spacious room with basic amenities. Good air conditioner and shower. Nice surrounding and atmosphere. Helpful staff. Breakfast provided. Money value, highly recommend for travellers who love to stay close to greenie nature and fresh air out of busy town!

It's considered good. I'm a person who likes to travel and like Phayao province. The hotel is very good. The air conditioning is comfortable, not too cold and not hot at all. In the city center Order food Grab, wait not long, convenient, shops, restaurants, easy to find, in the morning there is a market. During the day, if you want to travel, you will take a short ride. Hotel staff Philly Kindly, until the maid who came to clean The hotel view is beautiful. In the evening, the mountain on the Kuan side is very beautiful.

I often live in Papufu, this hotel just opened not long, belongs to the best hotel in the local area. Hardware quality is hard enough, and there is an invincible coffee-western restaurant on the top floor (the coffee-starbucks). Location is a certain distance from downtown, it is recommended not to drive in the core area of another hotel - Pullenger, but the scenery there is not as good as here.
