⭐ 5/5 – If possible, I’d give 6 out of 5! The BEST kid-friendly hotel in Pattaya! ⭐ We had an amazing stay at GCP Space Pattaya — this is truly a 6-star hotel for kids! From the moment we checked in, the whole place felt like a full-scale space-themed theme park. Everything is designed with families in mind: 🚀 The water park is super fun and well-maintained 🚀 The indoor playhouse is huge and clean 🚀 And most importantly, the staff are friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy The room quality is excellent — beautifully decorated with a space theme, very clean, and surprisingly practical. Big fridge, comfortable beds, and a nice bathtub. If I have to mention one small thing, the room lighting is a bit dim — but still totally fine overall. Breakfast is superb! So many options with multiple cooking stations preparing fresh food. Lots of staff taking care of guests and keeping everything running smoothly — really impressive service. The kids activities and space-themed courses are also very fun and engaging. My child absolutely loved them. Overall, this hotel delivers way beyond expectations. Perfect for families, and we will definitely come back! Highly recommended — 6 out of 5!

Overall I had a good stay at Mood Hotel Pattaya. The best part is definitely the location—just a short walk to the beach and close to attractions. Easy access to convenience stores, food, and transportation. The hotel decoration looks nice too with all the smiley faces. My room was a bit small but fine for one person. The only downsides were the view, which faced an inside courtyard and felt a bit dark, and some ant issues. I left a couple of pastries out, and they were completely covered by ants in no time! Just a tip: keep your food in the fridge to avoid that!

I was extremely satisfied with my entire stay! Due to my travel schedule, I arrived in Pattaya at 10 a.m. and was very exhausted. The hotel was very proactive in providing me with a solution, which allowed me to check in smoothly and get rest. In particular, I would like to thank the lady at the front desk who assisted me with my check-in—her attitude was excellent, and she helped me solve a very big problem. I truly appreciate her service. Throughout my stay, all the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Many thanks to the whole team, and I will DEFINITELY CHOOSE Grande Centre Point Pattaya!!!

Beautiful and Luxurious Stay with Spacious Rooms and Full Facilities – Stayed in the Zen Wing **Good:** -The room was spacious with cool air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed, and a balcony. I really liked it! -The swimming pool looked beautiful and very inviting, though it was raining during our stay. -Breakfast had a good variety. However, it was quite crowded and seating was almost not enough. Some dishes were not refilled once finished, and the toaster was out of order. **Bad:** -The walls were very thin. After check-in, we stayed in the room due to the rain and tried to rest, but there was loud noise from the next room — dragging furniture and moving things — especially disturbing as it was right behind the headboard. Around 10 PM, I was startled awake by the noise. -The bathroom floor was extremely slippery. The next morning, after breakfast, I ended up slipping and falling in the bathroom. -The walls, wallpaper, and floor edges had visible stains and marks. I understand some stains may be difficult to clean, and while not ideal, it was somewhat acceptable.

This is my second visit to this hotel and I really like it. The room was really good – spacious and well equipped with everything I needed. The pool area is nice too, a good spot to relax. The food and restaurant were okay, nothing amazing but decent enough. Staff were just average, polite, and the service is fast, but didn’t really go out of their way or do anything special, GSA are nice and polite check in and check out was smooth and easy, location is great, Overall, it’s a comfortable stay.

This hotel is the pinnacle of family-friendly resorts in Southeast Asia. If you're not happy with this place, I don't know what hotel would satisfy you. The public facilities and entertainment options are excellent, and the lifeguards are quite attentive. Although breakfast isn't exquisite, it's massive. The rooms are a standard size but have everything you need. I was genuinely shocked that an executive room with a sea view, afternoon tea, and breakfast for two only cost 1500 a night during the National Day holiday. The location is also fantastic, with a private beach not far from the central market. There are two small convenience stores right outside, and even supper stalls at night where we ate for three consecutive evenings. Although there was a slight mix-up with the room type on the first night, it didn't detract from an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Nice relatively quiet hotel but with the potential for big events and meetings. The stay here was comfortable. Facilities for kids were nice, especially the slide was great fun. Breakfast was quite delicious with many choices. Enjoyed it! Beach is small though and sea water wasn't the clearest at the time we were there but that's out of the control of the hotel. Fun entertainment with a fire show in the evenings on the grassy area in between the beach and the hotel's main area.

The location is excellent, close to Terminal 21 and within walking distance. The hotel rooms and overall environment are very good. Flexible check-out and meal times are great advantages. The only drawback is that the food is served too slowly.

It's great for people who work online, want a longer stay, or if you like a vibey social environment.

I can't believe it that this is the cheapest hotel in pattaya in the best location. The staff is so nice and friendly. The air-conditioned is good. I love everything here. I'll be back again. I love that there's soap in the bathroom, hair dryer, soft bed and clean.
