The price-performance ratio is very high. Considering the price, and the fact that the bathroom, although shared, is actually very convenient and there are no major issues, plus cooking is easy. It's a really good hotel.
This is an apart-hotel, so breakfast isn't like a standard hotel; you choose one of four options, and it's served as a package. The biggest issue we had was the low hot water pressure, which made showering a problem. It took us nearly an hour to shower.
Perfect and inexpensive place to spend a few days in beautiful Gdansk.
The small kitchenette is very useful (microwave, refrigerator, kettle). There are cups, glasses, plates, spoons, etc... everything you need.
It was very helpful that they had coffee, sugar, and tea in the cupboard... just buying milk at the supermarket is enough to make a ”café con leche” for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
There's a small cloth, a sponge, and soap for cleaning the utensils (though you have to use the bathroom sink since there isn't a proper sink).
Bathroom... large and very clean.
Perfect Wi-Fi.
TV with plenty of channels.
Perfect location... just 2 minutes from the City Hall and practically on the canal.
Spotless.
Beautiful building.
Staying at The Radisson Gdansk was not just a trip—it was an experience. From the moment we stepped into the tranquil lobby scented with yuzu and cedar, we were immersed in elegance and refinement.
Our suite overlooked a canals. The hotel’s Michelin dinner was unforgettable, as was the traditional onsen spa experience.
Service was intuitive, discreet, and truly world-class. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored visitors. This is more than just a luxury hotel—it’s where hospitality becomes art. Worth every yen.
The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic – you step right out into various attractions, which is super convenient. It's an easy walk to the riverside to soak in both the ancient and modern vibes of Gdansk. The evening views by the river are beautiful, though it was quite windy and chilly; it would probably be even more pleasant in the summer. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, for this price, staying in the Old Town felt like a great deal. I'd definitely consider coming back if I get the chance! Recommended with four stars.
We just returned from our stay at this hotel in Gdansk and couldn't have been more delighted. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end.
The room: Simply magnificent. It was very spacious, decorated with exquisite taste, and had an incredibly comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep after long walks around the city. The cleanliness was impeccable.
The bathroom: Modern, sparkling, and very well-equipped. The shower had fantastic water pressure, something that is always greatly appreciated when unwinding at the end of the day.
The breakfast: A true spectacle! There was an incredible variety of options, from local cold cuts and cheeses to fresh pastries and hot dishes cooked to order. All with excellent quality ingredients. Without a doubt, the combination of a perfect room and a breakfast fit for a king made our trip to Gdansk even more special. If we return to the city, we will definitely stay here again.
Hotel was great. Location was great. You had market around corner. Transport to the airport to hotel very easy. Take bus from airport transfer major touris spot. Walking distance to take a different bus. Take the bus. When you get get off the bus make right. I believe 5 stop. Your hotel there. Transportion was easy. Can go anywhere from hotel. Staff were great. Breakfast was awesome. I didn't eat at restaurants but smell good. I do recommend this hotel. Great experience.
The location is super convenient, close to the train station and a cat café (score!), with bus stops and great little shops nearby. It's also easy to get to the historic center. The design really impressed me – I'm not even a Star Wars fan, but this is genuinely cool and stylish. The view from the window was pleasant (see photo). The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed. The key code system was excellent.
What I didn't like: The street seemed small, but it was surprisingly noisy. You could hear cars very clearly even with the window closed (sad face emoji). It's an old Polish building with no elevator, and the stairs are incredibly steep; the 2nd floor felt like a 3rd or 4th in other places. Hauling a heavy suitcase up there was a nightmare. The wonderful design, unfortunately, showed its age; everything was quite worn, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and it felt stuffy overall. The latches in the showers were barely holding on, and in one, the water drained very slowly. What was truly disappointing was that it wasn't clear what kind of bed you were getting when booking. The idea of beds with curtains, like a private pod, is great, but in my room, for example, only two out of four beds had this, while the other two were behind a single curtain, meaning you effectively shared with a roommate. When booking, you choose a room and bed number, but I didn't know that 5/1 and 5/2 were a shared configuration, whereas 5/3 and 5/4 were separate. It was manageable, but I ended up with a guy right next to me the whole time (smiley face emoji). However, this setup would be perfect for two friends.
A very enjoyable stay.
Excellent soundproofing of the windows meant there was no airport noise despite being located next to the terminal.
Good breakfast, comfortable bed, and a good-sized room.
A definite yes!
Amazing hotel right in the heart of the Old City. Everything is just around the corner. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar (and amazing cocktails, too). We have experienced impeccable service, I am very impressed with how friendly and attentive everyone has been. Our room (accommodating family of 3) was very spacious and so clean, everything was new. You can select your pillows if you like and get extra toiletry items from the reception. I would absolutely come back as this was truly a great one night stay!

Great
Well organized, warm and comfy room. Clean and quiet
We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our room matched the photos perfectly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of options to choose from. The location was also excellent, as the train station was within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to travel to Sopot, Gdansk, etc. The only downside was that the cutlery and plates at breakfast were occasionally not completely clean. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience was very positive and we would definitely consider staying here again.
I really enjoyed my stay at Apart Neptune. The apartments are very clean, modern, and comfortable, and I especially appreciated having proper air conditioning in the loft bedroom—it made a big difference. The location is absolutely prime, right in the heart of Gdańsk Old Town and the reception staff were super friendly and accommodating. Lovely view of St. Mary’s Basilica from my window. A few small points for improvement: the apartment I stayed in didn’t have a washing machine, which would have been a great bonus for longer stays. The breakfast buffet is decent but quite small, and not ideal if you’re vegan—there were no plant-based milk options, and it would be great to see some vegan cheese or yoghurts added. Otherwise, if you’re vegan, you might leave breakfast a bit hungry. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Gdańsk.
JJon69Great location in Gdansk. The room was nice, it was in the new section. The new section has a separate entrance, requiring registration at main entrance. Breakfast had 6-7 choices to order from and service was pretty fast. Had two bath towels and one washcloth They did supply shampoo/body wash though. We had air conditioning Overall a pretty good experience and we loved Gdansk. Świetna lokalizacja w Gdańsku. Pokój był ładny, był w nowej części. Nowa część posiada osobne wejście, wymagające rejestracji przy wejściu głównym. Śniadanie miało 6–7 opcji do zamówienia, a obsługa była dość szybka. Miałem dwa ręczniki kąpielowe i jedną myjkę Dostarczyli jednak szampon / płyn do mycia ciała. Mieliśmy klimatyzację Ogólnie całkiem niezłe doświadczenie i bardzo nam się podobało w Gdańsku.
Each time I come to Gdansk I stay at PURO. Great service, hotel rooms spacious and clean with all amenities. They are very helpful and accommodating with all the requests. And they have a sauna and great bar at the top floor.
Very good location, room has a bath, which is quite rare , but it's so nice after trip to make a bath for relaxation and recharge. Breakfast was amazing! Stuff is friendly and flexible. I will recommend it.
