"The room was decent and clean, and there was a water dispenser. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the path for luggage was manageable. However, I had requested to be near my friends in advance and was told it was possible, but it wasn't arranged. The information stated there was an elevator, but my room was in a location without one, which was disappointing!"

"I stayed in September last year and was very satisfied, so I booked a room in May this year as well. This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) "This is a really good value option for an airport hotel. Using bolt, I got to and from the airport cheaply and quickly. Check in was swift, friendly and efficient and the room good value. There is a kettle, comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning/heating. Some slight plane noise but it is right next to the airport and it did not bother me! The foyer sells some snacks and drinks and you can buy breakfast. I used the McDonalds over the road as I am not a fan of breakfast buffets, so cannot comment on that. Wolt also deliver"

"The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM?

"The hotel is simply excellent, I will definitely go back there, the only thing we didn't like was the man at the reception, we were in this hotel in November for 4 days, but we decided to stay two days more, we decided to ask the price for 2 days, the man said $370, and we had to rent a room in another hotel and leave, but when we looked online the price for the hotel was much lower than he said, we bought another day at this hotel for $116, it was unpleasant to go back and forth from different hotels, and it seemed to me that the man at the reception was arrogant, that it was awkward to say we won’t pay $370 for two nights, we felt uncomfortable… Overall the hotel is super"

The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and another downstairs; the ground floor dining area offers a better ambiance. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. The rooms are of standard size."

"It's a wonderful hotel that stimulates Chopin's romance. It's a two-block walk from downtown Warsaw and the Palace of Culture and Science, and the National Gallery of Art is right across the street. I've been to Chopin's concert, which is hosted every evening for dozen of years, and Ishii Toshiki's performance was really good at there."

Sh4FFI wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the InterContinental Warsaw! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with incredibly pleasant and professional service, and a lovely anniversary surprise was waiting for us in our room – a truly wonderful gesture from the hotel.
Our room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, and the view of the Palace of Culture and the Złota 44 skyscraper from it was absolutely breathtaking. Our mornings were made even better by the very rich, diverse, and top-notch breakfast spread.
One of the hotel's big advantages is the entire recreational area. I really appreciated the unlimited access to the gym, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the palace while working out. Additionally, as part of our room reservation, we had the option to book an hour-long session at the pool, which was the perfect, hassle-free complement to our relaxation. All in all, it made for a perfect trip that we'll definitely cherish in our memories!

松ゆこThe hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. They readily held my luggage after check-out, and the ticket-based retrieval system gave me peace of mind. Water dispensers in the lobby and elevator halls on the guest floors were a great touch, allowing for free refills. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and there was plenty of seating, making for a relaxed meal.

Wonderful location, just few mins walk from old town. Hotel is neat and clean. Although have a tiny problem of the bathroom, staff are super helpful and offer instant solution and arrangement without any delay. A pleasant stay in this hotel!

Couldn't fault this airport hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room spotless and warm.
Only quirk was I went to get a carafe of water from near the elevator, and the blind would raise when I took out the key card. As it was near bedtime I wanted the blind to stay down, not sure if this was only for my room, or all rooms in general. Laundromat is nearby, see attached map.

The location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!

Anonymous UserThe location is great, especially if you are taking a coach. Please note that check-in is located at the next hotel, just a 1-minute walk away. The staff are nice and helpful, and the place is very quiet. The only small downside (not the hotel’s fault) is that the roads around the area are very bumpy due to construction. Overall a lovely place to stay!
