The location is very accessible, booking grab is way better inside the hotel than the grab app. We did not choose to eat inside since kids wanted to roam around the area. The food and Mall outside the hotel is just walking distance. The pool is clean and the staff of the hotel are friendly and accommodating. My son wants to stay again next time. And also the internet is good. The check in and check out process went smoothly. I booked via trip.com and it was budget friendly as well. Thank you again Savoy! We'll see you again next time ☺️

The hotel is clean with good amenities. Very affordable rate, you get your money's worth. They have friendly and helpful staff and the hotel has a good location too. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again. Thank you Hotel 101 Fort for making pur stay a very pleasant one.

This was my late check in past 2pm but the service still the same I entered the room without noticing that indont have bath towels and bathrobe by 7pm i dialled housekeeping and viola right in ny doorstep not only towels but also additional necesseties that i asked facial tissue razor kit additional water ( you can ask everything and they will provide) thank you hotel 101 that’s why youre ny choice always

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

although its not a 5 star ⭐️ hotel but it the nearest & most convenient access to Terminal 3 & across is the St.Therese Church & the young lady in the reception is so kind... i enjoyed my stay.. looking forward of staying again..

Loved our stay here! The view from our room was unreal at night, and in the morning, you get a full view of the entertainment city. Rooms were spotless—like, not a speck of dirt. The lobby smelled amazing, and security made us feel super safe. The pool bar had great food that didn’t break the bank. Huge shoutout to JP at the Pool Bar—such a friendly vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

Holiday Inn Newport offers a decent stay with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but considering the price is similar to Citadines, I’d personally opt for Citadines. While Holiday Inn is fine for a short stay, Citadines offers more modern amenities and a better overall value for the same price. If you’re looking for more up-to-date facilities and a livelier atmosphere, Citadines would be my choice.

Service: Even though we booked and paid online, we waited for almost 30 mins. because 1) they said they are still cleaning the room 2) They misplaced my ID to verify our booking 3) Staffs ,duty manager , and security guard are not accomodating Facilities: Lavatory faucet is not compatible with the lavatory, maybe because the original faucet is broken so they change it with incompatible faucet. -They don't have table for us to eat just a vanity table. -Aircon is too loud and it is kinda distubing even when you are inside the comfort room, you can still hear the loud noise. Food: The buffet is just okay, it's just that I still need to request fresh milk for the cereals.

Been our fave Hotel when we are in Binondo since 2022 and up until now. We always book at least 2 nights and we still feel at home and safe. The staff are very accomodating and easy to talk to. The location is very near the Ongpin food strip and very close to the Churches - Sta Cruz, Binondo and Quiapo.

Place is very accessible, i got late check in, and then i need wait long like 45mins to 1 hr,m before i got the room, they given me the exact address but when i came to the lobby they said its wrong so need to move again to other entrance. And i was so tired that day. Bed is okay but not really good some of the drawer broken, the comforter and pillows bit smelly. And i saw some small cockroaches..

When we arrived, we had no reservations and the receptionist was very approachable to assist us and even allowed us to book through a booking app first to get some better offers. Then, when we were able to book a double standard room, they gave us a superior room because it was our first time to stay at the hotel. Not to mention that we already had a small discount for being first-timers. Truly, there were no regrets. The room was clean, with a nice view. The shower heater and the ACU were working well. Also, a job well done for being responsive to our call for assistance for Netflix services. Because of these, we will be coming back this December. Thank you and more power!

It was fantastic experience for us staying in a hotel like shore, so many restaurants to choose from and convenience store was really a big help. The location is also near MOA, you can take a walk to reach there, nice. The only thing I don’t like is there is no free parking . But over all , it was very good.

i booked this hotel for a concert at MOA arena, loved that its super near MOA as well, rooms were spacious and basic amenities were provided as well. the thing i loved about this hotel is the room service!! the food is good and at a reasonable price as well! would definitely see myself booking this hotel again if i am coming back for another concert ^^!

Second time booking here and I just found out that we can request pans and cookware from the housekeeping. They even provided dish soap and sponge upon request. Good hotel location and amenities. Room was clean and with a good view from outside. Hubs and I enjoyed our staycation because we were able to prep meal inside the room. I also appreciate that they are now providing mats inside the room because that was my comment before. One pointer why I did not give perfect rating is because special request for complimentary birthday cake was not provided. While special requests are subject to the hotel, my boyfriend tried to explain the situation but sadly, it was not provided.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Big comfy bed, and free water for drinking. Very nice. Everything is very clean. Good water pressure even on the 9th floor. Amazing.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

Overall it was a good stay. During checkin there was a hiccups for the requested and my preferred room. Room was good but cleaning was not up to the expectation. None of the night cleaner vacuumed the carpet. When I entered the room found bunch of hairs on the floor and until checkout it was there. I am happy with size of rooms and amenties. But, swimming pool was closed so did not used any facilities.

It took time to check in maybe because of the long weekend so more guests will check in. I appreciate the cleanliness and room amenities of the hotel. AC is very cold, I loved it. There’s also water dispenser in the corridor. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is good. Polite Front Desk is a plus. Elevator is quite old and shaky tho haha (mini EK ride🎢) Overall, will rebook❤️🫶🏻🫰🏻

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Booked for the third time and the service was good. Rooms are big and decent. Good service attitude from the staffs and good hotel location. They also allowed us to stay in the same room for our extension for the next day and did not charge us from 12 noon to 2pm for the new reservation. We will definitely rebook here over and over again when families from the province visit us back. I really appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staffs. Kudos to the staffs and management. I hope you value your remembers and pay them well.

This place was such a steal for the price! Super clean, had a kettle, wonderful AC, nice little private bathroom and suchhhh a comfy bed!! If I ever have a layover again in Manila I would 100% come back here. Location was also good! Front desk staff were also very helpful and kind. Just a warning that there is no elevator and we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs. So not suitable for those who are unable to do this.

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants perfect for our business journey. Several tourist spots are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation is readily available, allowing us to visit places like Chinatown, Divisoria, Baclaran Church, and more. The staff are fantastic; they automatically changed our bedsheets, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were also quite good. One downside was that the telephone for ordering food wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a major issue since the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the leche flan and calamares. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Salazar Restaurant, which is known for its excellent dishes. We’ll book again.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

It is a hotel with excellent price quality ratio. The staff is extremely friendly and available. The rooms are modern and functional. There is even the topper above the mattresses! The room is cleaned every day. The tower's roof is very well-organised, with various locations to cook, if you want. The hotel is huge, so it will be easy to be satisfied. The outdoor neighborhood is not the best, but it is not their fault, all Malate and Ermita are not very much. So it is great when you come back, having such a comfortable hotel.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Even though the building has an older charm, it's been well maintained. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated not having to request housekeeping, as they took care of it daily. We loved the newly renovated pools, which seemed to be heated, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. The food was delicious, but keep in mind they have a dress code for the breakfast buffet and require proper swimwear at the pool. The only downside was the elevators — they were a bit slow on Sunday, but the wait times were fine on other days. The WiFi connection isn’t the most reliable if you're planning to work, so it's a good idea to have a backup like a mobile hotspot. There's minimal noise from the renovation outside, but it's not too disruptive. The hotel TV is an older flat-screen but has all the standard cable channels. The AC works well, and all the essentials like the shower, faucet, bidet, toilet, and phones are in good working order. The bedding, mattresses, and pillows are clean and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. *We stayed for 4D3N to unwind and celebrate my son's birthday.*

There was no linen blanket only their brown comforter which serves as bed cover as well. The buffet breakfast was a simple affair, the food wasn’t anything spectacular and the coffee wasn’t freshly brewed. By the way, prepare for a parking fee for they are now collecting one. A 1,000 Php is also required as deposit however, refundable upon check out.

For a dated Hotel, the Hotel has been immaculately maintained. Great Historic location. My room overlooked the Old Walled Fort INTRAMUROS(Thanks for granting my request and free room upgrade. Good selection for breakfast and excellent service staff. Reception/Registration seems too slow considering they have so many staff behind the counters. Excellent Bartender at TapRoom ”Andy”. Bar chow taste and quality can use a good sprucing up. My only serious peeve is that you really hear your neighbors' doors slamming shut...I dont think all my neighbors were angrily closing their doors :)) They need more insulation to deaden that annoying ruckus

The staff are so kind and accommodating. The room is clean. They allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier than 2:00 PM since the room was ready. Overall, it was a great stay.

We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere.
