I recently stayed at the Airport Transit Hotel Tune Hotel KLIA T2 in Sepang, Malaysia. The location is a solid 5 stars, perfect for transit passengers. While cleanliness scored 3.5 due to aging towels and bedding, the staff's friendliness at 4.5 made my stay pleasant. It's great value for money (4 stars), especially for two or more guests. The facilities (4.5 stars), including a hairdryer and water dispenser, add convenience. A highlight is the 4.5-star breakfast buffet starting at 6 am, and the free shuttle service to KLIA T1 is a thoughtful touch.

Eastin Hotel is trully awesome!! Last time when I’ve booked there, something happened to my room. But then when I complained to them, they upgraded my room immediately! Omg in love with their services! ❤️❤️ As attached is upgraded room by them 😍😍

What a great hotel and good experiencw. Stay two nights with connecting room. Will definetely stay in this hotel again soon.

The Fox Lite Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya, managed by Ascott, offers a mix of convenience and comfort, making it a suitable choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is strategically located next to the DPulze Shopping Centre, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It’s also close to the Multimedia University and other key spots in Cyberjaya.

We generally enjoyed our short stay at Avante Hotel including utilising the facilities - swimming pool, rooftop bar etc.. The rooms are reasonably large with more than enough space for 2 persons and the toilets generally clean. We were staying there to attend a youth Rugby tournament at Bukit Kiara so the location was good as it is nearby but also connected to the 1Utama Mall. As many other teams were staying in the same hotel, the queue at the reception was rather long.

Till now since the first day I step into Acappella Suites Hotel I'm trying to look or spot of any mistakes, fault or even of any lapse that I don't like but me and my family members strongly agreed that everything was more then we expected, the service team from Suseela front desk to the housekeeping Riduan, Sharizan and Ain and the Security officers was polite,helpful and of course friendly by greeting us the whole family everytime. I don't want to talk and the Hotel itself as it's already so beautiful well kept and maintained. Food was awesome. Location was too perfect with so many things around it. Definitely I would recommend this Acappella Suites Hotel to everyone and of course I will come back to this Hotel again. I used to be frequent or loved to stay at Concorde Hotel whenever I'm at Shah Alam looked like this time I'm going to change to this Acappella Suites Hotel.

I can say it is a Muslim friendly hotel with special secluded pool for women. They have a spacious lobby with a round the clock Cafe with FnB items at very reasonable prices. I had booked deluxe king room and its facing the road side. The room is well maintained spacious, clean and comfortable room. The parking is free and the buffet Breakfast spread was good with variety but too crowded and need to queue the line. Another things is the lift, should consider to make more lift available and can be used to avoid waiting time. So far my experience staying here was good and will stay again in future.

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.

Highly recommended. our flight suddenly change to early morning and cannot have buffet breakfast,but Sama Sama Hotel had replace 4 sets breakfast for take away. There is No Air - condioning in the Hotel Lobbies (save Cost ????) Stuffy, hot and Could hardly breath. Buffet Breakfast = Not much food varieties. Some sections not open /or permanently closed. But hotel Room is OK =

We chose this hotel so that we will be able to leave our stuff in the hotel and also go back for shower rather than using the shared facilities at the theme park. Spacious room and clean. However, the service of the hotel feels like a budget hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. The staff had took my details earlier and when I went to the front desk to collect my room key, the other staff took a long time to locate my booking. They also had many empty rooms available but they seem to be more happy turning customers away at the doorstep rather than having satisfied customers walking out of their hotel. We arrived there earlier and requested for early check in, they asked for RM 291 for early check in as a half day rate which was daylight robbery! Unbelievable!

Stayed there during a business trip for 2 nights. Super friendly check-in, even at 12 mid night. The counter staff, specifically Mohd Ashraf, is a delight and extremely knowledgeable. I found him to be courteous, professional and accomodating, even at very late at night, and still the only person at the counter. Discovered the Superior King room had no fridge and the shower gel container was empty when I checked in. Told Housekeeping and it took a day for them to find a mini fridge but they somehow failed to refill the shower gel container. Luckily, I brought my own shower gel. There was no centralised lighting switch in the room. Everything had to be switched on and off manually. The shower area was partially cleaned with dust trails all over the edges. The same with the toilet. And the same with the room. This told me the housekeeping staff only cleaned the most covenient areas and did not do a thorough job. But it was ok. The bed and pillow was super nice and the room was quiet even though it was facing the monorail Kota Damansara station. I also remembered to close the curtains for some privacy. It was a direct line of sight to this station and the main road. Even though the monorails were running, I could barely hear any noise. The two nights were very peaceful and I woke refreshed and ready. The wireless broadband in the room was very good and I conducted several video calls and two video conference sessions in the evening and at night. The table and chair was suited to my needs. Housekeeping also did not replenish my complimentary water bottles but again, it was only a slight inconvenient as the electric kettle was really useful. I had to remove the electic kettle from its box as the steam from the boiling water really fogged the upper glass kitchentop. Parking was super convenient. Totally loved the breakfast buffet. Had my business conversations and caught up with my business partner during breakfast. Breakfast ended at 10.30am but that is plenty of time. The kuih-muih or local pastry was beyond my expectation and very very very good. The miso soup was incredible and the staff actually knew how to do perfect half boiled eggs. Not hard boiled and not raw - served nicely on a tiny bowl. The chef would actually break the eggs into the bowl separately to make sure it was acceptable, then combined it into a single bowl. Perfect. I have stayed in many hotels and I am glad it was available at Royale Chulan Damansara. The salami and cheese choices were very very good and so is the assor**ent of curries and roti canai. Absolutely delicious. The only item not on par was the coffee machine.

The hotel is suitable for those just wanna be transit flight. All around full of restaurant, but mostly Malay foods. The hotel not so clean and we check in after 7pm, the room not in preparation, no bath kit and towel, the staff also not settled the problem to us until we request for change to others room, and the air-conditioned also not cold. But if just wanna stay for transit flght, it's a budget hotel to choose

Just freshen up few hours just to catch flight, travel with ERL klia transit to salak tinggi, from salak tinggi to this hotel few minutes away but very busy when it come to order grab, have to wait grab for 20minutes. Overall okey

The hotel location is perfect. It is so convenient to the airport (less than 10mins walk from arrival hall), especially midnight arrival or early departure passenger or senior people(like my mom). You can take free shuttle bus from airport to the nearby Mitsui Outlet Park. The room is clean and tidy. One thing is a bit disappointed - breakfast - it was not a buffer and was only 2 choices: caesar salad or lakes, and no drinks included. Both were not attractive and the restaurant does not allowed to pay extra to order something else. I would not recommend to pay extra for breakfast because many cafes are located nearby.

The front desk service is also very good, not bad, there is a free airport drop-off service, the breakfast is okay, the room is very new, but there is no drinking water 😂😂, and the public area in the corridor is not found either.

Arrived at 5.15pm. Room still not available and need to wait another hour. Guests were waiting at the lobby waiting for their room. The receptionist try to comfort everyone by saying they are doing their level best because there are 100 rooms need to be clean. Well maybe management need to hire more in their housekeeping dept. Checking-in at 6.30pm. Hmm..

After tiring day, early morning flight then missed flight by stupid mistake, almost lost passport, not able to find ticket. Not good half a day. Then staying at the airport having good veggie soup and latest top of the day is capsule transit hotel. First of all nice staff, very helpful. Great creative idea of small space sleeping capsules located on most expensive airport place. Hotel is build like container warehouse. You have your own capsule with light, charging….You get towel, water and sharing toilet and shower. Perfect enough. Many places to just in walking distance and shop some necessities. Really recommended

Bestest hotel to stay in PJ. Stayed for 1 night and the room is so spacious & clean. Parking is provided & free once u validated at the counter. Deposit is RM100 either by cash or credit card. Got iron & iron board in the room (most important) Got electric kettle & small fridge too ! Water pressure at toilet super strong & have hot water. Always my 1st choice hotel whenever I need to come to PJ for work purpose.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was soft and cosy. The toilet water pressure was tremendous, and the heater worked, too. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of food selections. There is no pool for kids, unfortunately. Only the adult pool is available. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

The room is neat and tidy. Spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure. Cleanliness can be slightly improved. Poor sound insulation.

It's okay to stay for the first time, the environment is very clean, there are no shopping malls near the location, and you can go to mid valley by taxi nearby. As for the hotel room, the bed is clean, comfortable and the space is large. There is very little dust, but there is less food to eat. Generally speaking, I will come back to this hotel again. Remember to take the card when parking.

Stay end may 2023. Hotel has past it glory day. Took family room 618. The king size bed and 2 single bed are separate by a sliding door. There is only a single toilet inside with standing shower, bathtub, basin area, toilet area separate. So need not wait for each other to finish their shower time. I think the staffs did the best in cleaning up the room. But some areas are really either spoilt or tore etc. Can be seen from the photos taken. Currently the hotel is under going renovation. Hopefully it can improve in the room lighting, spoilt areas and tore areas. Also the door knots from the outside seem to be falling apart liao. TV channels also limited for a so call 4-5 stars hotel. Therefore the 500 RM price tag for the family room is not worth it. This hotel is near the malls the curve, IPC and ikea, and kidzania. You can also use the MRT to go to other places. There is another hotel call royal chulan damasara. So be careful not to mix up the 2 hotels.

Unexpected with the facilities provided, more to 5 stars hotel, if you just plan to stay for a night with 5 star hotel feeling, make a book with Greystones Centrestage.
