Guest UserWe were allowed earlier check in and the receptionist was kind to note that we will be checking out at 1 am in the morning as we needed to rush back to Kuala Lumpur to catch our overseas flight. Happy that she managed to get us checked in 1.5 hours earlier.

I have to start with my highest rating first. The service provided by the gentleman who checked me in was top tier! Super sweet guy. Service was 10/10.
I only stayed one night and didn’t explore the amenities so it wasn’t fair to give a poor rating. The cleanliness was okay, nothing terribly.
While the location itself was pretty peaceful, I’d definitely avoid this hotel, only IF you do not have your own transportation. It’s pretty impossible to get a Grab driver out to that location so that was the only downfall for me.

Guest UserOverall, the stay was okay. The hotel is very near to Kuala Perlis Jetty, making it a good choice for travelers who need a place to overnight before catching the early ferry. The room cleanliness was quite good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a lift, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Guest UserCons:
1. There's a connecting door in the room leading to the next room. Although it has a lock, you can still peek into the other room, which feels very unsafe.
2. There were monkeys in the hallway, geckos on the walls, and ants in the room. You'd think I was staying in the middle of nature.
3. There are bedside tables, but no power outlets near the bed, making it very inconvenient to charge devices.
4. The showerhead switch is like those you find in fast-food restaurants – is it to save water? You turn it on full blast, then have to slowly turn it off until no water comes out, then open it again, and slowly close it again.
Pros:
1. There's a parking lot right at the hotel entrance, making parking convenient.
2. The staff are friendly and provide good service.
3. The bed sheets and duvet covers are changed for every new guest.
4. The room size is quite spacious.

TP YeikWe had a wonderful stay at this rest house. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities that made our stay convenient. The environment was peaceful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
The host was friendly, responsive, and ensured that everything was in perfect order. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.
Overall, this is one of the best rest houses we’ve stayed in. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay!

The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful.
The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.

Guest UserFor Key and checkin, go to restaurant Hai Thien, and ask cashier. Excellent value for money. Newly renovated. Everything is new and clean. I had great sleep. Bed, lilen, pillow, towel all new and clean. Water pressure good and hot water works well. Single room small and well equipped. I had great stay oversll.Near Jetty and 5 min walk take you near Masjid Hussein. Opposite Masjid Hussein got Zus Coffee. For me, this is best location, if you want to unwind and relax. Sitting near sea shore good for mind and body.Highly recommended for Solo, Couple and Budget traveler. Will come again

Everything about the hotel is acceptable except the staff, it's like they are underpaid and couldn't care less with their work, not friendly, and try don't have any butler or bellboy to help with the luggage, doesn't help is fine, mak face is another...they even scold you for parking at at roofed carpark and claimed it's for staff, I haven't found any hotel in the world that doesn't prioritize their customer over their staff..

Anonymous UserThe first impression is really good, with the attentive staff.
The location is very strategic, as they got parking provided for the customer.
The cleanliness is excellent:
- no weird smell or old smell
- The room smells really nice
- TV functions well even though the basic channel
- The room is spacious enough, can still pray
- Water pressure, is gooood
- basic amenities are included
- breakfast is delicious even though there are only 4 menus. It is enough,👍
Only no mini fridge. Overall is good, will recommend and repeat
