The location is one hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. Hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The bed is awesome. All is clean and nice. The pool is amazing. My kids loved it so much. We played table pool the whole day. Breakfast spread is okay. There is one staff name Joy who served us with Teh Tarik. Overall stay was fun and we loved it.

The mall also has a Mr. DIY store. If you have time, you can visit the small sea aquarium and Shore Tower, which are nearby attractions. Things to Note: • If you book the apartment side of the Shore, there is no Wi-Fi or intercom. While Wi-Fi isn’t an issue if you have a SIM card or data plan, the lack of an intercom is inconvenient. Any requests require walking down to the lobby, which is a short distance from the apartment. • The apartment includes a microwave and fridge, but despite being advertised, washing machines and ovens are not available for use. Kids’ Swimming Pool: The kids’ pool is fun and safe, but be cautious as the flooring is not slip-resistant. Breakfast: It’s best to go for breakfast at 7:00 AM or after 9:00 AM to avoid long queues. I spent a night here after my talk in a nearby hospital. It is located at the business area of Ayer Keroh, which on the contrary, is not very busy. As it is one of the tallest building around, finding the hotel is not difficult. As the title suggest, it is a basic no frills hotel. The lobby is small and well lit. The room is clean and functional. It was well worth for the price. The issue is since it is fairly cheap, the hotel seems to be choice of the rowdy Mainland Chinese tourists. The breakfast was where they displayed their disorderliness.

Booked deluxe room but somehow got a suite (wasn't informed of this change). Checked in at almost 6pm but was told room wasn't ready so we had to wait 10mins, which was quite disappointing. Hotel is pretty dated but it is clean. Both tv not working in the suite. So good chance to just rest well after walking around

However, the first thing we feel upon arriving at 3pm is that the lobby is very warm, there is not even a think cold air blowing from the ceiling air-con. Anyway, we booked 2 rooms a week ago and we were told that the rooms are not ready, yet. The check-in time for this hotel is 3pm, but we have waited 30 minutes only to get our first room and another 30 minutes to get second room. The first room was super dark as there were only 1 light working, so we ended up calling the maintenance to fix all other lights in the room. The second room was not clean, hair were everywhere and there's even a pair of leggings hanging in the wardrobe. Both rooms showers were not properly clean, hence the water is not able to run, as it's clogged due to massive hair balls stucked in the hole. That's not all. As our rooms doesn't comes with breakfast, we bought 2 breakfast for the first room for next day. There was no meal vouchers given to us except the receipt as the receptionist told us to show just the room key to the cafe staff. But, the cafe staff refused to let us in even after we showed the room key to him. He told us that we need to present meal voucher to him, which was not told to us by the receptionist. We told him to checked in the system as we have paid for it and he refused to do so. He shoved us away immediately without checking further. After all the hassle, we went to the receptionist at lobby and seek for refund. And we were told that it takes 15 working days for the refund (which is MYR30 only). We paid by cash for the breakfast when we check in, but we cannot get our cash back instantly for refusing us go enter the cafe. We don't think that we deserved such treatment by the hotel staff, just because the room rate are affordable, doesn't means the hospitality standards can be regards as third world class. What else can we ask for? If it's not due to TripAdvisor system, I don't even want to give even 1 rating.

Had an incredible experience at this hotel! Our room was wonderfully spacious, perfect for our family's needs. What really stood out was their exceptional service. proses check in agak lambat and staff tak betul-betul focus on customer. lepas check in settlekan deposit pon tak dapat resit for depo. Masuk bilik tandas kotor especially area lubang air tu berkerak lantai.. belakang mangkuk tandas pon sama kotor berdaki.. lantai shower spot tu hilang je kalau di tenyeh guna kaki.. so nampak laa housekeeping memang tak bersihkan betul-betul lantainya. selimut lagilaaa bertompok-tompok kuningnya.. tuala berbulu mcm lap kaki dah pon masih diberikan kepada guest. kemudahan iron disediakan di luar bilik tapi tulaa iron dah nak terbahagi dua dengan hitam kerak. baju seluar putih memang bertompok kesan iron nanti adui

Good : The swimming pool is awesome, toilet with bathtub, superb smart tv with plenty of channels Average : twin beds have been combined into one, got space in between (not combined by me), no tea or sugar provided, just two drinking bottles, shower gel isn't refilled, bottle is empty, when requested, the owner asked to get it from the counter by myself ( which I didn't do ), toilet is not clean, got mould in the shower, Bad : Every entry must pay RM6

It's located in the center of Ayer Keroh which very convenient for visitor if have any event nearby especially in MITC Melaka. It's suitable for park and rest type of hotel rather than for leisure as very lack of restaurants or any sightseeing within walkable distance. The room is spacious and clean compared to the price offered. Plenty of carpark (open) is available. Its location near to the Masjid Al Azim which is convenient for Muslim. During check-in, guest have to pay Deposit (refundable) of RM50 and RM2 (not refundable) for local tax.

From the sweltering heat of the lobby to sp**** staffing, everything says “we only wish we are a 5-star but...”. Mudzaffar looks like they are a hotel training academy specialising in aiming at generating as many as guest complaints as they can possibly get. What they actually do with the complaints is anyone’s guess: probably classify them under OSA. These are the training areas that we experienced: 1. Air-conditioning in lobby not functioning. Probably for vocational trainees under find the cause. Or for finance officers on how to brutally reduce cost. 2. Inadequate staff to handle concierge. Designed for managers who can see the effects 3. Shops not opened. For time management trainees to see relationship between opening hours and revenue 4. Toilet with no hand drying facilities. For maintenance staff is and why the floor and door knobs are wet 5. Late check in: Staff learning to admit guests strictly at 3pm check in time despite hotel near empty on Sunday at 2:00pm 6. Slip shod construction. Meant for building students to see how to frustrate a 5-star claim 7. Room: 2 pillows for a double bed. Not even one extra in the cupboard. TV no reception until a few hours passed by. Room painted, no wall paper. Shower water pressure low. They give only one key card. All for trainees to evaluate the savings made. 8. Upon reaching the room there were 4 plates left by previous guest by the door. When we came back from dinner at 9pm, they were still there. Called reception and they casually replied “we will send someone to clear them” unperturbed by what happened. That off the cuff reply proves training works at this Academy. In all the Mudzaffar Hotel Training Academy is highly recommended for those who are into the academics. Not for a real hotel guest with out of norm expectations of staying in a hotel for comfort and rest.

The rooms could have been better cleaned and aired to avoid mustiness and dead insects/ droppings. Towels were well worn and thin, shower did not drain well. Security/ access to guest room floors were not controlled by key cards in the lifts.

The room is still relatively large, but a bit old. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. Simple accommodation is no problem!
