There was a slight issue during check-in regarding my booking. I had booked a room with breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child, but the front counter mentioned that their system only showed breakfast for 2 adults. After I showed them the details from my Trip.com booking, they still needed some time to recheck before finally confirming it. It was a bit troublesome, but thankfully the matter was resolved. On the positive side, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. TV channel options were rather limited, though. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotel’s flexibility in allowing us a late check-out after afternoon prayer without any hassle or unnecessary questions, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again in the future.

The bathroom was also not clean, with stains and hair, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. * There was a water jug provided for refilling water outside, but it was very dusty, and the glasses were dusty too, so I didn’t feel comfortable using them. * The room was not soundproof. * You have to use the stairs as there is no elevator. * The towels seemed unwashed and made my skin feel very itchy, so please be careful. * There are convenience stores nearby such as CU and FamilyMart.

I also appreciate the team’s prompt response whenever I made a request — the service was efficient and attentive. That said, one area for improvement would be the pigeon situation at the car park, which could be better managed to enhance cleanliness and overall guest experience. With some attention to this, the stay experience would be even better.

High floors also offer a lovely city view — perfect for morning coffee or sunset photos. The view is great and the whole place feels relaxing, with well-maintained greenery. Activities are decent—there’s a playground for kids (RM20 for kids, RM10 for adults), a dinosaur park, and a glass floor viewing deck (RM5 per person). There are also other activities like archery and paintball, although we didn’t try them. The room is a bit outdated and in need for a renovation. There was some smell in the toilet, but overall still acceptable if you’re not too picky. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view is definitely a highlight. Breakfast was quite limited and average in taste—not really comparable to other 4-star hotels, but still okay. In short, not a luxury 5-star resort, but more like a hidden gem for a short weekend escape—especially nice for families to come up, enjoy the weather and the view, definitely worth a try if you never been to Jerai Hill before!

Check-in process was smooth, with RM50 deposit required. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, though the number of parking spaces is limited. The room was okay for two people but not very spacious. Amenities were very basic — towels, toothbrush, face towel, and facial tissue were not initially provided. I dont know but the towel was not prepared at check-in. After calling the receptionist, I was informed it would be ready at 4pm, but no towel was delivered even after that time. I had to call again, and only then was it sent immediately. But, its a plus point, that the location is very strategic. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall and nearby convenience marts, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very quiet with beautiful scenery, but dining options nearby are inconvenient, and there are limited choices for dining within the hotel. It's best to rent a car if you're staying here. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained, the bedding is comfortable, and rooms are cleaned promptly every day. The only downsides are the low water pressure in the shower and the air conditioning not being adjustable. One of the two rooms we booked was a bit warm.
