＞ I would specifically recommend avoiding Rooms 1119 and 1919. We initially stayed in Room 1119, where the aircon was not cold at all despite the technician attending twice. After contacting Trip.com, we were eventually moved to Room 1919. Unfortunately, the aircon in Room 1919 was also very noisy, although at least it was cooling the room. Both rooms felt quite old and the air-conditioning systems appear to need proper maintenance or upgrading."

"Although the hotel isn't in the city center, the surrounding area is incredibly lively. Except for large shopping malls, all other amenities are readily available. The room was very new, the bedding was comfortable, and all the facilities were complete. The front desk staff who spoke Chinese were also very welcoming. Parking was also very convenient. Of course, there are some areas that need improvement. The room cleaning wasn't very thorough; after checking in, there were some hairs on the floor. The room size is small, and it would feel cramped for two people. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. The bathroom always has steps, which could easily cause a fall if you're not careful. The soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear every sound from the hallway. I hope these things can be improved."

"Returned to Holiday Villa Johor Bahru for my second stay, and it remains my go-to choice in JB. The location is unbeatable - having essential needs within walking distance and being right next to KSL City Mall makes everything completely effortless.
The food options nearby continue to impress. I had a fantastic breakfast at Raden Cafe Johor with delicious local cuisine, and I satisfied my meat cravings at Beard Brothers JB - both are absolute must-try spots!
Special thanks to the hotel team for making the stay seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful with handling my laundry, and having valet service on site made parking entirely stress-free. Looking forward to my third visit!"

"Tune Hotel check in service is friendly, fast and informative, and give me my room near lift. English speaking well and clear. There's sofas at front desk and rest area with hot and cold dispenser. So bring your own cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar and creamer, the room do not have these.
Front desk sells cup noodles, toothbrushes and other stuffs. Nearby have 24hour convenient stores and 7-11, last than 5 minutes walk away.
My Double room is small and simple, lucky I didn't bring luggage, not sure where to open my luggage. There are power plugs on one side table and under the rotatable table. No chair so the rotatable table is useful for some work done but sitting on the bed end is too far for short/small person.
Tv is not clear, there are some Singapore channels. The Hotel is near the Expressway, convenient to travel, no jam around but noisy, not soundproof.
Hairdryer in the bathroom is convenient.
Bar soap and shampoo and towels are provided. Not carpeted and no room slipper. The fan is shaky and air-con will make noise if you don't know how to do setting.
There's a ironing room with window and fan.
Housekeeping did a great job, the room is very clean everytime.
Ground level lobby have clean toilets.

"Check in was smooth, deposit required. Room had quite a modern decor. I liked that there was a dining table & pots of plants in the room. AC was super cold, fridge worked well & bed was very comfortable. There were power points beside each side of the bed. Water pressure & temperature were fantastic. Some minor downsides. Because of the compact design, there was no dedicated tea/coffee section, just a tray that was with the clothes rack. We had to use one of the bedside table for the kettle as it was near the plug. Could not use the power point at the vanity as they had a sign there not to use for kettle. Also only 1 pair of slippers was provided. Breakfast (or any meals really) is not available in the hotel but not an issue as location is very central. City square & komtar were like 10-15 mins walk away. If you have small kids this may not be the hotel for you. Besides the kettle issue, the windows can be opened quite easily & has a low ledge. Other than that i liked the hotel and would consider a return stay if I'm in jb."

"Really nice room! Many facilities available such as a snackbar, swimming pool, gym & laundry services.
The only downside was that the water easily leaked from the shower area and would almost flood the floor outside. The water also took quite long to dry.
The breakfast buffet was really good. They had a Roti making station, DIY noodle station & DIY porridge station. The eggs cooked at the egg station were perfect, honestly one of the best eggs i've had. Only thing missing here were hashbrowns!
Location is really close to the checkpoint however due to the construction all around the checkpoint, it is really hard to walk around. Had to take a grab from the checkpoint despite it being so close.
Overall experience was really good, would stay again."

JjisooyaaaThe room was fine, though it was dusty and there were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom. However, that is nothing compared to the major safety and privacy violation we experienced.
The service and management were completely unacceptable. Our room's mini fridge was broken. We called maintenance, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Since we had a strict dinner reservation, we had to leave, keeping our 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) sign clearly displayed on the door.Later, the staff called us saying they were at our room. I explicitly asked them to wait 3 minutes for us to return. Instead, they entered our room without permission while the DND sign was up and changed the fridge. This is a severe breach of privacy and security. If anything goes missing from our room, who is going to take responsibility? Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out.
The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free.
The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views.
The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area.

MMcainI had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay.
What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience.
The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel.
Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.

DDTSgThe location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block.
After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes.
Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats!
Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.

TTentenAmaiodinThe unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

AAnonymous UserFrom start parking will be in the basement, valet will be allocated parking at the entrance not in front of the group level as their lobby is at Level 5. From the carpark lift basement lift does not link to the hotel lift so I have to switch lifts. Going in and out of the parking system is easier detecting our plate no. The room is comfortable and all is good. Breakfast is 60+RM..spread is good too. All clean and acceptable. The only issue is the route as there is road closure so making it difficult to navigate and tour around to reach the hotel. Nothing much at the SKS mall, hopefully they will have to make shops and also havin the cinema will be entertaining.
