"The hotel is beautiful and has the best location on Maafushi Island, directly on the beach. It's also the best place to book sea excursions and activities. However, there was a disturbance at 2:00 AM on the hotel beach. I contacted the front desk, and they told me the noise was coming from the locals in front of the hotel beach. Why do they allow such noise late at night right in front of the hotel?!"

"I had booked the sea view room. The view, staff, environment, and breakfast — everything was amazing. The standout was a female receptionist; I can't recall her name, but her behavior was wonderful, and she was helpful."

"The hotel was incredibly easy to find, practically right in front of me as soon as I arrived in Maafushi. It was so close to the airport that I didn't have to wander around at all after my transfer, which was a huge relief with all my luggage. Its accessibility also made it super convenient for tours and getting around during my stay. There were tons of cafes and restaurants nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite or just relaxing. The location was ideal for soaking in the Maafushi vibe. A big plus was the really fast Wi-Fi; I had no issues using the internet, and uploading photos or streaming videos during my trip was completely stress-free, which I really appreciated. The pool was well-maintained and pleasant to use, and the panoramic views of Maafushi from there were absolutely stunning. My only minor gripe was that I didn't find the staff to be exceptionally friendly, which was a bit of a letdown. However, overall, the convenience and location of this accommodation made it a thoroughly satisfying stay."

"My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives. The experience started smoothly even before check-in. We had arrived in Malé late the night before, and the Hard Rock team contacted and coordinated directly with the hotel we were staying at, making our transfer to the resort very easy and stress-free. All of the staff we met were friendly, polite, and welcoming. As an Accor Diamond member, I had originally considered staying at the Pullman or Sofitel, but after researching the different resorts, we felt that Hard Rock offered the experience that suited us best—and we were very happy with that decision. One of the biggest surprises was just how much there was to do. The resort offered many complimentary activities, entertainment, and shows. We first met one of the instructors, Pensi, during another dinner/show, and because she was so friendly and enthusiastic, we decided to join her hammock/silks class. It ended up being a lot of fun. She also performed in her own show the following day, which was amazing and became one of the highlights of our stay. My wife and I are not really into water sports, but we decided to try kayaking and were very glad we did. It gave us some beautiful views of the resort and surrounding water, as well as some great photos. Cycling between the connected islands was another simple activity that turned out to be surprisingly memorable and gave us some amazing photo opportunities along the way. Breakfast had a huge selection and everything we tried tasted great. We also ordered in-room dining, which was very easy through the resort's dedicated app. Getting around was simple as well. We could book a buggy through the app or use the bicycles that were available around the island. We stayed in a Platinum Overwater Pool Villa, and the room was clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We could watch the sunrise from our private pool and also step directly from the villa into the ocean below. It was exactly the kind of Maldives experience we had imagined. We came expecting beautiful scenery, clear water, and amazing photos and videos, and Hard Rock certainly delivered all of that. What we did not expect was how much the activities, recreation, entertainment, and shows would add to the experience. They made the stay much more enjoyable and memorable than simply staying at a beautiful resort. We also appreciated seeing the resort manager attend Pensi's show and personally speak with guests. It gave us the impression that the management team genuinely makes an effort to engage with guests, listen to feedback, and make everyone’s stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives gave us everything we had hoped for from our Maldives trip, plus much more than we expected. We would be very happy to stay again."

"Our stay at Avyanna Gulhi Beach Hotel was a wonderful experience for our family. The hotel is very suitable for families and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It was especially nice to stay in a place where children feel comfortable and relaxed. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness was excellent truly 10/10. Everything was very well maintained and tidy. Overall, we had a lovely family stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gulhi, especially families."

"Amazing Stay at Arena Beach Hotel Beautiful beach vibes with a clean, hotel-allocated beach front long beach with refreshing dring service. and an infinity pool with stunning sunset views. Rooms are clean with sea view, with basic amenities with daily water, tea/ coffee, and towels are provided.Special thanks to Abishek from HK he was very attentive he acknowledges my request and resolved very quickly as my bathroom faucet was leaking. Food & Drinks: Wide buffet & à la carte options at affordable prices, with non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner with live music made evenings extra special. Sisha option was also a alternative choice as island not serving alcohol. Breakfast buffet was good healthy choice with friendly service staff specially Hasan ali (friendly and professional man) Abash attentive and prompt service.Hasim/mahmood and one indian lady from Lucknow( good recommendation and suggestive selling) Nightlife & Activities: Relaxing and charming nightlife. Night vibes was really amazing dining ambience is same as five star resort level. Water sports like stingrays and sharks snorkelling and Sandbank full days tours were unforgettable. Reservations cheking and checkout processes was little tired For guests on long journeys who arrive early at the airport (e.g., 9:00 AM) but have transfers to the island only at 13:00, consider providing alternative options such as a comfortable lounge, refreshments, or earlier boat transfers. Waiting 4+ hours after a long 9-hour flight can be tiring, so small adjustments would greatly improve guest experience. "I really enjoyed my stay at Velana Beach Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed exploring Maafushi, walking through the charming streets, and experiencing the local island atmosphere. The snorkeling trip was definitely a highlight beautiful ocean views, marine life, and such a fun experience! Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would happily come back again. "We stayed at the Sunset Beach Pavilion this time. Initially, we were thinking about upgrading to an overwater villa, but the view was so breathtaking that we decided to stay there for the whole week. In the lagoon, we were lucky enough to see sea turtles and rays, and we even spotted mantas at night! We would definitely choose this resort again when we return to the Maldives."

"Excellent hotel with top-notch service. I stayed in a suite and was impressed with the amenities: slippers, shower caps, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, a shaving kit, hairdryer, iron, and they even brought an extra blanket – I really appreciated that! The sea view was stunning, and everything felt new and clean. We also tried the Balinese massage at the spa, which was amazing – the girls did a fantastic job! We didn't want to leave; we loved everything: the beach, the food, and the friendly atmosphere. We visited 5 islands and only stayed one day here, deciding to take a trip to Gili. We didn't want to leave, and if we could redo our trip, we would allocate more days for this hotel. It felt just like home, thank you! And most importantly, there's a bikini beach, which was a welcome relief from having to wear clothes all the time. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Great stay, top notch customer service. Breakfast was good, and plentiful, local was close to dock, and you can be picked up, once you arrive from the airport by speedboat. Get the speedboat to the island for $2, operates once a day at 2:30 pm, from Male. I'll recommend and stay again. Bring enough mosquito spray."
