We loved our stay at Fox Jaffna. In particular the food was amazing, especially the Jaffna crab curry! The staff were amazing and very attentive- the food manager (?) checked in on us during multiple meals and very kindly accommodated our breakfast requests of dosa and hoppers! The resturant staff in particular were excellent and always helpful. Our room was within the old/heritage section of the hotel. The room was clean and nice, the bathroom was lacking a shower screen (appeared to be removed?) so got a bit wet but not terrible and we didnt mention it to the staff. The room did get a little warm at night (there is AC & fan), i think AC unit may hit a certain temp or running time and cut out potentially. As a result we did get a few mosquitoes in the room and had some bites during the night, nothing unbearable just a little annoying. Most mornings there were multiple wedding photos taking place on the grounds and you could hear them (very quietly shuffling outside) - if you're a light sleeper you may wake to them (my husband did but my daughter and I did not). Next time we come I'd book a room in the newer section at the back. My parents room was in that section and was great - all the minor room issues would be resolved by booking the different room.

For me, there was no other accommodation option other than Jetwing Jaffna! I stayed there in 2018 and came back for a family visit in 2023. Its location in the middle of the city makes it a no-brainer as the choice of accommodation. The breakfast spread was impressive (I loved the bacon and sausages and the paal appam - out of this world stuff!). Staff were friendly and courteous. The roof top bar and the scenery was something to look foreword to winding down the evenings. If ever I return to Jaffna in the future, there will be no other choice for me to stay , except at Jetwing Jaffna.

It’s a beautifully furnished villa in a quiet residential area that has only 4 bedrooms. Our stay felt like staying in our own luxury bungalow with full butler service and a fabulous in-house cook. There’s a full service kitchen and you can opt to have all your meals there. We discussed and our meals were customised for a full Jaffna Tamil culinary experience, with one meal that included the famous Jaffna crab curry. Breakfasts were also feasts of their own and we could hardly walk after stuffing ourselves. Our stay of two nights felt too short. Special thanks to team Juckshan, Janaka, Megala and Ramesh for an unforgettable stay!

The best hospitality....the manager and staffs are very friendly and helpful... they serve you their best....I even requested paal appam and it was added in the breakfast spread....I strongly recommend this hotel....it's walking distance to nallur kandasamy temple too....the food taste superb too....

Value for money. Near all facilities. Had minor hiccups in the room but the front office uncle was quick to sort them. Bar and restaurant available. Breakfast was great and love the fresh milk tea in the morning. Best to provide driver stay foc like other av 3 stars for future referrals via them in appreciation

The hotel is very well maintained and all amenities are very well thought out. Rooms are very clean and food is fantastic. Reception is very helpful and friendly even when I do not speak any tamil they reached out to assist me with lot of advise and guidance about the city and places to visit. It’s real worth for money and our stay was very pleasant. On top of all it’s just adjoining Jaffna Railway Station that makes is the best choice for visitors.
