The hotel is located in the city center , near the shopping center and lots of cafes and restaurants . To the embankment and local sights of the Rock Trail 10 minutes walk. Have a big conference for 200 people . The hall is very beautiful, air conditioners work . There is a scene. Of the downsides - there is no own Led screen. Ordered coffee breaks (price from 1700 to 3500 per 1 person) lunch (price of 5000 tenge) and gala - dinner (about 20,000 tenge per person). All participants were happy. They also lived in this hotel. The representative room was fresh and spacious . All required was slippers, raiment, soap, coffee, tea, tea, safe. At request, the breakfast was delicious ( eggs, cache, baking, vegetables, seasonal fruit, coffee, tea). The manager of Botagoz was very helpful - he was in exchange for requests and reacted very quickly .

While the staff were generally ok, the hotel is a bit run down for a Renaissance. No in room minibar, only instant coffee, no name mismatched amenities in the bathroom, and worst of all, they oversold non-smoking rooms so the only option was to take a smoking room. The stay is for three nights and I was promised that they would move me to a non-smoking room for night two and three. On day two I asked about changing rooms and “it is not possible”, but perhaps tomorrow. Unacceptable, especially for someone with asthma. I will never stay here again, and am strongly considering leaving early if I can find somewhere better to stay.

I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created. We rested with a family with small children❤️🙏👍👍👍👍👍 I liked the room, the superior one is pleasantly decorated, clean, has air conditioning, a large TV, a refrigerator, shelves for things and clothes, a standard set of towels, soap accessories. The staff is friendly and can answer questions well. The hotel is located very close to ”corniche” which can be reach by foot. The rooms are very comfortable with air conditioning, safety deposit box, TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a big shower, free toiletries, bathrobe and a hairdryer. Inside the hotel there is a restaurant which serves also a good buffet breakfast. The receptionists at front desk are very kind and speak excellent english. The front desk works 24-hour and offers also currency exchange. Wifi is available throughout the building. We had the plane early in the morning and they offer to prepare a breakfast box to take away. Highly recommended

we decided to have a getaway in Aktau , picked Caspian RIviera based on the reviews. we booked a room over the phone, then had to change the date. we were not charged for the booking nor for the date change- this is great ! we arrived early morning, the staff let us check in at 12.00- what a great service ! So we left the bags in the hotel's special baggage room and left to explore the shore. the breeze was just wnderful and fresh ! The Caspian sea as well as any other has that power to recharge you with the energy ! so we walked along the road nexr to the shore, found Istanbul cafe - luckily they were open and served turksih breakfast. after the breakfast and walking along the shore agaon - we came to the hotel, checked in, and another great surprise- we had a free admission for the Sturgion Tour in the Aqaurium at the Hotel . It surely was interesting and interactvie one ! Thanks to the Guide and the hotel ! the room is clean and nice, we could open the balcony door for the fresh breeze or just have a tea- coffee overlooking the sea. room cleaning ladies are great, nice and quiet ! reception's young people are always helpful and professionals. breakfast is also nice- you have a good variety of snacks, eggs, saussages, veggies, fruits, desserts, cereal, tea coffee - all this you can have overlooking the sea. we enjoyed our stay ! thanks to the whole team of Caspian riviera!

A new built hotel in Eastern shores of Caspian sea. Best in it is huge heated sea water pool. Food is OK (all incisive). Selection of sea food is limited. Great grass fed lamb meat. Some rooms are not well equipped ( in our room water kettle, TV remote, carpet! were missing, refrigerator was out of order) and have faulty door locks. For all these reasons we had to change rooms 3 times. Reception was trying to do their best but room services somehow failed. SPA is really good ( beware though of extreme high temperatures of floor tiles and central stone in the hamam). The other reason I took away a star is for poor service throughout of the hotel. The staff is new and requires solid training. Will I come back to this hotel? Yes. But in off season.

Stayed in this hotel twice on mission. Every night due to long transplantation. Room per person. The hotel is old, apparently since the USSR, at least the appearance and interior details indicate this. The rooms are small, in the second case the room was even smaller, not very clean with some spots on the sheets. The room has no water, although there is a teapot, there are coolers in the corridor, but it is late in the evening almost all floors are empty. Of the merits: closeness to the sea, all shopping malls, shops, cafes and restaurants. For a family with children and a long stay, I recommend to look after others, and that leave those like me on a trip))
