Great hotel in Battambang. The style of the hotel is unique and rooms are spacious and clean.

I never voted so low in a building and some hotels I saw it. Then we go by order, positioned a little outside the center, 10 minutes walking and outside looks pretty nice. In check-in you immediately understand that English is almost a optional we made a few questions and in practice they failed to answer. A beautiful and spacious room, a pity that the smell of closing and/or muffa was strong enough, the grips were more broken than not, and finally you find profiletics in a box and begin to think it's finished in a board. The bathroom was swallowing at every shower that is cold, the washing room almost didn't even get out of the water. The only side ok was the bed. We ask for a late check out but it is impossible to get it if not paying a night more. To finish check out the employee who didn't speak a word of English was unable to use the post for the paper so we had to pay cash. I understand that it is a cheap place but in Asia we have been in hotels for the same number, but much better.

La chambre Deluxe que nous avions choisi était hypra confortable, digne du confort dune d’un 4 étoiles. Lit très confortable, salle de bain immense avec tous les produits fournis sauf le rasoir. Les éclairages, les armoires, l’immense télé, le balcon qui donnait sur une vue incroyable sur Combattant, les petits détails comme pour indiquer ou non de faire votre chambre électroniquement, les couloirs immenses et magnifiques tout était parfait. La piscine sur au 13eme étage propre et excellente. Enfin le roof-top bar permet de passer un super moment avec une musique live super douce avec tous les alcools possibles, jus de fruits ou autre. Carte pour diner bien fournie. Le petit déjeuner copieux au 2eme étage très correct. Attention les plats présentés sur la droite du menu sont payant et ne sont pas inclus dans le petit déjeuner, le personnel assez surpris de voir des occidentaux ne nous avaient pas prévenu lors de la prise de commande. Personnel charmant et souriant. nous habitons depuis 12 ans au Cambodge et cet hôtel est le meilleur que nous ayons fréquenté a Battambang et de loin. Merci a toute équipe, nous reviendrons et conseillerons ce bel hôtel si joli pendant la nuit avec ses magnifiques éclairages à Led. Seul petit défaut impossible de commander un café au bar du 13eme le premier soir, le roof-top étant fermé pour cause de pluie.

The hotel environment is good, a good holiday rest place, the attitude and service of the service staff is very good, a little girl is learning Chinese, it is very friendly to see the Chinese, the chef will speak a few Chinese, and when she sees the Chinese, she will come to take a few Greeting. The reception desk service is very welcoming. The hotel location is a little far from the city center. You have to hit the ”Sudden” car to go out. A beautiful knife can be used. You can go to the city center in more than ten minutes. The fare is paid directly to the driver. It is best to say hello to the front desk. It will be convenient to pick you up at the door on time. I have eaten breakfast and lunch. The taste is good. Although breakfast is included when booking, it is not very rich, but the basic contents are all. Fruit bread, milk coffee eggs can be guaranteed, and there is no problem eating.

The entrance off the walled parking area is so understated, except for some beautifully planted pots, that I wasn’t sure we were in the right place until stepping through and turning to the desk where Sreynou greeted us warmly with excellent English. From there a quiet and spacious covered walk leads through the vegetation to the open air restaurant including tables where we ate dinner beside the large saline pool. The garden continues to unfold along stone paths to seemingly remote rooms a short distance away. On the west side is the colourful lily pond where we watched birds, fish and the occasional lizard while eating breakfast. Ridged bedroom ceiling and deep porches where sitting and looking out to the gardens becomes restful. Dinners and all day service are so good that I wonder why breakfast offerings are only basic but satisfactory. This is a very calm place that, for those of us who are normally very active travellers, can easily sit and listen or swim or watch nature or just walk around and absorb the very peaceful feelings this resort creates.

The day we entered in Sky Palace Boutique Hotel was so comfortable as the staff so friendly and helpful welcome us by smiling face. The hotel have nicely environment, spacious room with clean. We went to Bamboo train in btb city much better then the far way which is local people called Phnom Banan bamboo train, Bats cave of Sampov mountain. I recommend this hotel to everyone who going to Battambang province in Cambodia

A couple of small gripes to start. Our room A02 had a floor level bed on a raised platform. Not ideal for two fifty somethings.!! The bathroom shower drainage had its own special route but the non slip floor dries off quickly. The positives - hotel was well located with only a ten minute stroll over the bridge to the centre of town - a nice sized room next to the pool within a lovely garden setting. The pool beds were also very good and pool towels supplied. - a good set menu selection of Asian and European choices for breakfast - we ate two evening meals in the bar/restaurant area which were delicious, both of which were made up of Cambodian local dishes. The real positives - The Staff !!!! Absolutely outstanding service from everybody, from the team on reception organising laundry, extra keys, booking of bus tickets etc to the lady serving breakfast with a smile and freshly cut flowers, to the two girls running the bar / restaurant of an afternoon and evening who were a delight to interact with. Their smiling faces and willingness to have a laugh and a joke with us made our nights great fun. The only miserable person we came across was I believe the actual owner who spent her time patrolling the premises, checking what was going on. No acknowledgement or eye contact made with her paying guests. She should take a leaf out of her staff's book on how to interact with customers. Overall, a great stay. Thanks to everyone concerned.

I booked three night stay in this hotel on our holiday. Good space and free parking. Hotel location is along the river, just a few minutes walk to the park. The hotel is clean and good value of money. Highly recommend to who is looking a good price and clean hotel in Battambang.

Arrived at Battambang at 7 o'clock in the evening, and walked directly to the hotel after enjoying the white rose dinner. The entrance passage of the hotel can be described as ”quite special”. The hanging decorative strips have a feeling of American horror story. Step into the front desk, the cool color of fluorescent light. The smile of the waiter and the waiter had a feeling of ”Human Meat Barbecued Pork Buns”, and I hurried into the room. The area of the room was really big. There was a bed in the middle of the empty room. The room with windows on all sides made people can’t help but check everything. The windows, even the bottom of the bed...then we two hit it off and decided to change the hotel directly! ! ! It is recommended that tourists who are willing to spend this little money choose other hotels...

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The room was well appointed and beautifully decorated. The restaurant served lovely food and good cocktails. The pool area was beautiful (not many sunchairs but I think because people don’t come to Battambang to sunbathe it meant there was always space as people only used their chair for an hour or two). The staff were lovely and did everything to make sure we had a lovely stay.

The property was well located and close to all the activities we scheduled. The room was clean and checking in was really easy. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the room had all the amenities we required. However, I asked the property if it'll be possible to check in earlier to which they replied that it can not be arranged beforehand and that the staff will assist us to the best of their abilities when we arrive. We arrived 3 hours before the check-in time. The hotel staff was friendly, but a fee of $5 had to be paid. I don't mind paying a $10 fee, but this could've been communicated beforehand. The property has a really nice swimming pool, but it can only be used until 20:30. Honestly, we rarely spend time at the hotel, but I feel there are better options nearby for the same price.

We were recommended to stay here for our trip to Battambang and we were not disappointed. It was just perfect - beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and welcoming. We ate here a few times and it was delicious! A varied menu to suit everyone. Pat the proprietor was sociable and warm and looked after us brilliantly, as did his staff. We thoroughly recommend this wonderful place, in a great location to get to everything - Tuk tuks are easily arranged if required either through reception, PassApp or Grab - an app where you can arrange your own and often get a good / better price if you’re out and about.

Accommodation date: 23-Nov-2019 (1 night only) Positive: The whole room, including bathroom, is clean and the wifi connection is good. What I love the most is that the balcony faces the river which is quite refreshing and does not make me feel stuffy at all. The hotel is located in the city center which is so convenient and if you are travelling from Phnom Penh, you may ask the driver to drop you near the bridge which is only about 850 m to the hotel. You do not need to cross the bridge or ride until you reach the transportation company at all because most those companies are located at least 1.5 km from the hotel. Negative: The pool area is quite old and not very clean and the male staff does not really friendly. The sky bar is quite crowded sometimes and most of the customers there are not staying at this hotel. Some tips: There are Grab and Passapp (online transportation) available in the city, but it is difficult to find during night time, from 9 pm onward. Also, make sure NOT to hold your phone or any valuable items carelessly during the ride because thiefs would grab it.

The room is tidy, spacious, the bed 🛏️ is very comfortable just what we needed after a long bus and train 🚃 ride. The location is near Lucky Supermarket, Bakery and Bus Station. It's 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. From the market its around 8-10 minutes walk. At night its a bit dark to walk around. Definitely a good place to stay compare to the other hotels that we've tried

We arrived in Phnom Penh at 4 pm & straight away went to Virak Buntham bus station to get to Battambang. However, 11 pm tickets were unavailable so we took the 8 pm sleeper bus. I was told that we might arrive at 3:30 am, so I immediately booked Star Hotel through Agoda. We arrived in Battambang at 4 am & Star Hotel is just a few metres from Virak Buntham's office. The hotel was locked. After knocking for a few minutes, the caretaker registered us. No lift & our room is on the 2nd floor. We booked the cheapest room (no window with a fan) to crash until noon. The room is clean & comfortable, and so are the bathroom & towels. They provided bottled drinks. Good for a night stay.

Not bad, good location, 2 medium-sized supermarkets around, several small supermarkets, 2 vegetable markets. Buy local specialty food at Battambang’s vegetable market, most of them can get the price of the locals, but the cheapest around the school, the extra-large glass of freshly squeezed sugar cane juice is only 1,500 riel for about 2.7 yuan, the front desk service is good, there is a free pick-up car here (Station 3.5 km away from the hotel), some long-distance buses stop at the station near the hotel and walk over 200 meters. So when you buy a ticket, you need to know where the bus terminal to Battambang stops.
