This hotel is perfect in location, facilities, price, and also has stuff to provide flawless services. Relatively big room in the same price level locates in higher building next to train station so there was no exact noise from the railway and with good view. I would start to consider reservation of other JR hotels when travelling after this time.

Customer service was nice and welcoming. Did his best to converse in English with us. Toilet looks old and has a smell. Other than that the room is acceptable. The parking is at basement and there is no lift to the lobby.

We stayed with a plan that included breakfast and dinner. We had the breakfast and dinner buffet, and the menu was completely different and really delicious♪ The roast beef, which was cut on the spot, was exquisite. The sushi was made right in front of us, and the sashimi at the buffet was fresh and delicious, which surprised me lol The room was spacious and had an ocean view. There were two hot springs, and the open-air bath was great even in the cold♪ We were traveling with my elderly mother in a wheelchair, and it was really helpful that we could go anywhere in the facility as it was barrier-free. She can walk a little with a cane, so they prepared a bath chair for the elderly, and she was happy to be able to use the hot spring♪ We had a wonderful time, thank you very much(^^)

It's new, so it's nice and comfortable. There are plenty of electrical outlets in convenient locations. The toilet and sink are separate, which makes it easy to use. However, there is only a shower, so it may be a bit difficult in the cold season. I stayed there in late March, so it was fine. For breakfast, you can choose between rice balls or rice with rice toppings, and the amount was just right for me. There is a water cooler and ice on the second floor, which was also convenient. It's located at the end of Tachibana-dori, but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. You can also get to Nishitachi in no time. It's very clean, so I recommend it.

The location was good, as it was about a 10-15 minute walk from Miyazaki Station. There was a pork belly restaurant called Mirae Restaurant right in front, and it was right next to the food alley, so I could have a drink at an izakaya in the evening. The breakfast was buffet-style, and it was filled with things to eat, so it was good. The room size was appropriate for one person, but it was a bit small for two people. It is a typical Japanese room size.

The hotel is located opposite the East Exit of JR Miyazaki Station, a 2-minute walk away. The location is excellent, and there is a 7-11 next to it. It is very convenient. You can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The staff at the counter are friendly and courteous. The luggage can be stored at the time of check-in. It has been placed in the guest room. The warm and considerate service is great! The room is brand new, spacious and clean, with novel equipment. The large-size TV is comfortable to watch, and the bathtub is large enough to lie down on. The overall experience is great. I will choose to stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

No man hotel with technology of self check in but on the other hand in washrooms the water mixers are very old every time when you want some water you have to decide and both hot water and cold water taps adjust with each other to get required temperature of water. In small hotels and in backward areas now automatic water mixers are available you have to adjust just one knob and you will get water with desired temperature.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Miyazaki Station, this hotel was an ideal base for sightseeing or business. It was also easily accessible by bus and train, allowing for smooth travel to tourist spots such as Aoshima and Miyazaki Shrine. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the area, so you can enjoy local cuisine. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, making for a comfortable stay. Miyazaki specialties were served for breakfast, adding to the enjoyment of the trip. The location and service were well balanced, making this a hotel I would like to use again if I visit Miyazaki.

Hotel provided seat cushions for us to sit on to watch the evening show at Takachiho Shrine. Also very helpful with confirming our next destination since we did not speak Japanese. Lovely meals in the onsite restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and even stay here again one day.

It's about 20-30min drive into Miyazaki town but thats not the main reason why you'd choose this Hotel. It's right by the Sea with so much activities that it's one of the places we wished we stayed an extra day. The Hotel is massive and due to the design, it looks like each room will have a good-excellent sea view. Come in the Summer and enjoy the activities and the surrounding areas.

It's about 10 minutes away from the city. The location is not great, but the hospitality is excellent and the hotel thinks about the details of its guests. The lounge area from the large public bath and the free drinks there are great, so you can relax and take your time. I think it's worth staying an night just for this hotel. I wish they could extend the bath time a little more in the morning.

Excellent service. Staff stand on the roadside to welcome us when our 2 cars arrived. Dinner is tasty. There is a small private onshen in our room but unfortunately no public onshen provided. To our surprise,ladies can try on colorful japanese clothes, we really have fun.

The hotel is located close to the bus terminal and it is a 7-minute walk to arrive, but the lady boss said that she could send her a car to pick her up! After we checked in, we went to dinner. The lady boss called us to reserve a table beforehand, and then took us to the restaurant by car, and asked the restaurant to call her after our meal and send a car to pick us up to the hotel; because the next day was a weekday, there was no circulating bus After visiting various tourist areas, she arranged a car to take us to Takachiho Gorge, and asked us to walk into a product store there after completing the trip to find the person in charge to call her and send a car to pick us up to the next tourist spot ~ the small train station, and it will be free during the period. It’s really heartwarming to help us prepare a bamboo leaf rice ball for each of us! ! Very friendly and friendly proprietress, of course she drove us to the bus terminal when we finally left the hotel! 😁 The room size is relatively small, there is no problem for 2 people, and it is a little crowded for 3 people! There are small desserts in the room! There is a separate toilet but no separate bathroom, but the hotel has a small hot spring where you can take a shower by the way! The breakfast is a Japanese breakfast, very delicious, and a staff member sings Japanese songs for entertainment! The hotel is not big, it looks a bit like a homestay, but the enthusiasm of the proprietress is full of warmth, making everything unimportant, not a problem, it deserves full marks! ! 👍🏼

I used it on a solo trip, but I was impressed with the detailed response from check-in to check-out. I was impressed with the idea of using dinner, breakfast and local food. I think the balance between price and service is very good facility.

I got the whole house but the share bath room it out door far away. Weather so cold (end of December) but heater from gas not warm enough.

The location is excellent, very close to the Takashimori Gorge attractions, and parking is good. The service staff was very kind and let us borrow the kitchen microwave to heat the food bought at the supermarket. Japanese breakfast is also good. But the room is not soundproof, the switch cabinet and the children are noisy, the room has no kettle, the hot water is required to go to the counter, it is quite inconvenient, in addition, it is very comfortable.
