I have always been a big admirer of the Taj hospitality experience, though on this visit it felt like some of its former charm was missing. I encountered several issues at the restaurant that unfortunately remained unresolved during my stay. That said, the hotel itself is very well maintained, and the overall standard of service from the staff remains warm and attentive.

Booked 2 rooms for overnight stay. Good location close to the airport. Hotel is a bit dated but clean. Staff is helpful and quick to respond . They let me hold my luggage for an evening flight as well which is appreciated. Breakfast was good and hygienic.

The staff, especially in the restaurant, was super friendly and helpful in every way. Certain staff in the front office went out of their way to be helpful. That was much appreciated.

Good hotel located near Connaught, can reach with 10min walk. Good security and sumptuous buffet breakfast. Highly recommended and will return

I resided with my family, consisting of two daughters, in a centrally located hotel near a large shopping complex known as Vegas Mall. Visitors have the option to rent an electric scooter for Rs.50 and travel to the mall.

The room was quite small. I've always stayed at the Imperial Hotel before, and this place clearly falls a notch below in terms of facilities and service. Plus, there's always a scammer by the entrance, pretending to read a newspaper. Every time we step out to catch a taxi, he tries to pull various tricks on us, even driving away our cab and insisting we go to a specific shopping spot. If you're just on a layover, you'd be better off staying at a hotel near the airport.

The hotel room is fairly small. However, the condition of the room is really good as new. The staff is very friendly and flexible with any requests. Very close by to the ndls station. Overall had a good stay with zero problems.

A taxi can also be arranged and paid for at the hotel desk, though it will be more expensive. The staff are friendly and helped resolve an issue with extending the stay. The room has everything necessary: a bed, air conditioning, and amenities. If you have some time, you can visit the outdoor pool. If you don’t want to gamble with the nearby scam hotels, this is a very good option, although the price is not low.
