"My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. Well done ji 🙏"

"From the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen. Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless. I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from Lavazza machine was surprisingly good. I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole area, including the plants was tended immaculately by staff that clearly enjoyed their job. I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak. All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste. The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just 5 minutes walking away. My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way. On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me. Thank you Novotel. "The location is great, with Decathlon and a food court downstairs, and Vegas Mall is also within walking distance. However, Trip.com didn't inform me in advance that the pool was under renovation, and I wasn't told the breakfast times during check-in. The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic, and the intern seemed quite dispirited when speaking. On the other hand, the concierge service was excellent, and the breakfast experience overall was also very good! I'd consider coming back, but for a 5-star hotel, I'd expect a bit more warmth in the service."

"*Poor hospitality - hotel staff lying to guests & downgrading guest’s room type during their stay* This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I find the location and facilities suitable. However, I am extremely disappointed this time due to the poor level of hospitality. I booked my stay from February 11 to 14 initially, and then added one more night on February 10. We arrived at the hotel at 23:45 on February 10. When we checked in, we informed the staff that we had two bookings. At first, the staff asked us to check out and check in again on February 11. This was very strange and inconvenient for us. After some discussion, the staff said we did not need to check out and check in again on February 11. The room type was also upgraded to a suite, and the staff assured us that this upgrade would be valid for the entire stay until February 14. On February 11, around 16:00, we received a call from the hotel informing us of issues on the entire 11th floor and requesting us to move to another room. This was very disturbing, as we had just checked in late the previous evening. Unpacking and repacking our bags exhausted us. The staff assured us that the new room would be of the same type as our current one. However, when we moved and reached the new room, it was a standard room. We are disappointed that the staff has been dishonest. How can a hotel downgrade a guest’s room during their stay? This is absolutely unacceptable. When we called the staff, they claimed that we had to leave the suite because it was full. The reason given earlier (issues on the 11th floor) was a lie. Moreover, we did not receive a room of the same type as our original one. This has been a completely horrible experience for us. When we returned at night, we saw that some guests were going to the 11th floor, which indicates there are no issues there. This clearly shows that the staff's explanation was false. I hope there will be an explanation. Is this discrimination because I am not a local Indian? I also believe that better training for your staff is needed. This kind of hospitality only damages the hotel’s reputation. I am also providing the upgraded and downgraded room type as a proof of this comment."

"Very nice staff! Drinking water was available free of charge. The location is very central; a large store is a 10-minute walk away, and there are many small shops and fruit and vegetable stands nearby. Very close to the airport (30 minutes by car). Large bed, clean bed linen. The room was offered cleaning every day. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day, check-out at 3am in the morning was no problem."

"The room was quite small. I've always stayed at the Imperial Hotel before, and this place clearly falls a notch below in terms of facilities and service. Plus, there's always a scammer by the entrance, pretending to read a newspaper. Every time we step out to catch a taxi, he tries to pull various tricks on us, even driving away our cab and insisting we go to a specific shopping spot. If you're just on a layover, you'd be better off staying at a hotel near the airport."

"It was a very lovely stay! The room was clean, a little bit damp. There was construction sound, but mostly during daytime while we were away. The staff were very helpful, the food was great and service very attentive, too. The location was very convenient, even though there wasn’t much to see in the surroundings. The room was equipped with everything, had complimentary water and other goodies. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar. The food there was delightful as well as the selection of cocktails and mocktails. I really recommend this hotel!"

"The location is good for quick access to airport in order to avoid traffic related issues on the way to/from airport. The interior design is pretty oldish but big points for the gym equipment and its management. Also the restaurant is great with the vast choice buffet until late"
