"We had a wonderful experience at The Gaia Hotel Bandung. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and parking was free and easy to find throughout our stay. There are plenty of activities available for both adults and kids—our family really enjoyed the kids' playroom, the jogging track, feeding the koi fish, and exploring the greenhouse. Breakfast had a good spread and tasted okay. On weekends, it can get quite crowded and you might need to wait a bit for an empty table, but the staff handled the crowd well and were very helpful."

"The room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, I was very satisfied with it. The bed linen was incredibly comfortable. I also really enjoyed the coffee from the in-room machine! The only minor issues were the street noise and the sound of drainage from the floor above. Other than that, everything was great!"

"The hotel isn't 100% finished yet, and the parking is quite a distance from the rooms. My suggestion would be to create a shortcut or direct path from the parking area to the rooms."

"The location is fantastic! Looking at nature is very relaxing: the view , the food and the service is all good. I have been to this hotel a few years ago and this time it’s a little differen and it is understandable because the hotel is aging as well-I mean it is not as good as before quality especially in the bathroom was not maintained."

"Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. The room at the end of the hallway felt a bit creepy, and the lights suddenly turned off by themselves, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I also think the hotel should improve its amenities. The shower gel provided was very poor quality and did not match the standard or rating of the hotel. Overall, the experience did not feel worth the hotel’s rating, and there is definitely room for improvement."

"The hotel was so luxurious and elegant. Nice and clean. Convenient as the Shopping mall was next to the hotel. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ms Maya and Mr Alfirdus for the special decorations for our anniversary. Even though I overlooked my check out date ,they managed to wait for my call and did not touch anything in the room yet. To confirm that I'm extended the stay or check out. Well done 👍 guys. I'm super happy staying at this hotel. My wife was surprised by the rose while we were taking our breakfast. She loved it so much 🙏. We definitely will come back again for our next trips."

"We love Pullman Bandung We stayed for few days with family. Prior departure we request room at the same level. The breakfast at 17th floor was wonderful. Housekeeping staff are excellent. One time we left our place in a mess in the evening and one of the staff offer to clean our room which make us very happy after long day at work. Have no chance to try the gym, pool was too cold when we came. I also have a good experience with front office who helped me store my breastmilk, make my life less worried when travel with baby. The fact that it is close with government building, any big events will affect the hotel in a good an bad way. The rose garden is awesome."

"We stayed here when visiting Taman Safari. It's about a 20-minute walk to the safari, but the hills are quite steep both ways, so if you're not up for it, you might want to arrange a Grab or other car service. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety, with different dishes served every day. Unlike hotels in Jakarta, they don't sell alcoholic beverages, and there aren't any convenient stores nearby for quick shopping. So, if you're coming from Jakarta, it might be a good idea to stock up on supplies beforehand."
