Good location , next to coach bus station. If the hotelcan arrange breakfast earlier by half hrs will be even better . 7am . Same time with the coach bus moving out time .

Hotel lobby looks nice. But people smokes openly inside this air conditioning space, such a turn off. Check in without hassle. Very fast. 2 person at the counter working. Warm face towel and welcome drinks offered complimentary. Swimming pool available but its raining during my visit. Didn’t get to utilize it. Room is okay but air conditioning is bad. Not cold. Complaint to receptionist but doesn’t seem to have any impact after the maintenance check it. View from room 1909 is amazing since its the 19th floor. Overall for a 4star hotel, its overated and overpriced

The service is friendly and very helpful. The room conditions are clean, tidy and ready to be occupied. The motorbike parking area is behind the building and the condition is spacious, and there are also those who guard the parking lot. There are 4 types of rooms on each floor, there are Standard types (floors 3 & 4 start from 100 thousand), Standard Plus types (floors 3 & 4 start from 150 thousand), Superior types (floors 2 start from 170 thousand), Deluxe types (floors 1 start from 185 thousand). Each type of room has different facilities. For reservations, you can make them directly on the spot or via the trip.con application. Want to find a place with affordable prices and a location close to any area.

Never believed when they said they can provide baby crib, i requested baby crib when i booked, and they confirmed, day-1 before checked in i reminded they again they confirmed, on the day checked in i reminded again they said ok, when checked in, i asked they said the baby crib was ready in the room, when i entered the room there’s no baby crib there, i asked them they said they will deliver later, but until 3 days i checked they never deliver the baby crib, so dissapointed. Why not just said there no baby crib.. they said yes but the act is zonkk

Check in without hassle. Deposit needed. Room cleanliness acceptable. No lift/elevator. Prepare to climb up stairs with your luggage. However it only have 4 floor. Airconditioner was cool. Tv working fine. Wifi available and connection is ok. Limit 2 device connection per room. Hot shower available too. Water pressure ok. Towel is clean. Overall its great for the price paid. The only issue is with the parking. No designated parking area for the hotel. Can only park at the street nearby the hotel. Not very secure if you park further away from the hotel.

The room interior as a whole is beautiful.The retro design of the toilet wall complements the contemporary touch of the living room. Ordered Ayam Bakar (grilled chicken) and it tasted great. Most importantly they have Bloomberg channel on their TV. Good for business-minded travellers.
