Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

I spent two nights. With my baby , I forgot my charger there and when I called they said that they didn't see it. The bathroom door wasn't that clean. Apart from that all good

Very efficient, regular shuttle bus service to all airport terminals, for this alone it is worth staying at the Swiss Belhotel CGK airport. Nice restaurant, good bar and outdoor cafe seating area. Friendly staff. The hotel room was spacious, the shower had good water pressure, choice of nozzles and temperatures. BUT: The mattress was very, very soft so in the end I couldn't sleep in the bed, and I ended up sleeping on the floor. ALSO: 3 days after checking out I received a scam email purporting to be from the hotel, asking for my personal details. Only Trip.com and the hotel knew I was staying there - how did the scammer know I stayed there and how did they get my email address? Management needs to check on their front office staff.

We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.

The hotel is located on the far right side of the airport, nestled between the domestic arrivals and departures. If you're arriving internationally, it's a bit of a trek from the far left all the way to the right. I've stayed here twice. Sometimes there are slippers, sometimes there are towels – it really depends on your luck. The hygiene is decent, and the showers are in individual restrooms, I think there are about six of them.

Had an international flight the next morning, and there was an hourly shuttle service to the airport. I booked a lake-view room, but all I could see was a really, really big tree. And because it was raining, I couldn't enjoy any lake view at all. There was a distinct damp, mildewy smell in the hallway, but the room itself was okay. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, though. It's close to the airport, so there was some airplane noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb my sleep. Breakfast started at 6 AM, and the hotel even prepared a breakfast to-go for us since we were catching the 6 AM shuttle to the airport. The service attitude was quite good overall.

Nice location and good service. The hotel is well managed. They provide an airport shuttle from CGK, and the driver’s WhatsApp contact is shared in advance, making it easy to arrange pickup regardless of your arrival time. For departures, the shuttle to the airport runs every hour. Breakfast is available from 2:00 AM, which is very convenient for early flights. The price is excellent for what you get. The only downside is that the room is a bit dated and could use some renovation, but it wasn’t bad at all and was still comfortable enough for a short stay. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay before catching a flight.

There were a few problems with my bedroom, but the staff quickly helped resolve these. Good location close to CGK airport. The free shuttle service is great.

Environment: The room environment was good, and the facilities were decent. As a big-name chain, it's trustworthy. Service: The service was excellent, with airport pick-up and drop-off available – just contact them in advance, even via WeChat. From now on, as long as the price is right, this will be my top choice for a Jakarta layover.

I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers from China. The cleanliness is comparable to a five-star hotel back home. The service is excellent, and they even provide complimentary fruit. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making it very clean and hygienic. They offer airport shuttle service, but it comes with a fee. There's also a complimentary fruit platter.
