Hotels With Wifi in Province of Bali, Indonesia

Other than some initial miscommunication between the hotel staff about my room bookings, everything else went well. My room and the hotel amenities were clean. Interestingly, housekeeping is done twice a day, which is good in a way, keeps the rooms in top top condition. The hotel staff were full of smiles and, more impressively, they remembered our requests. We find the classes organised for hotel guests interesting and engaging. The food was delicious and healthy. I only wished they had more variety. The souvenirs are useful and will remind us of our happy stay at Potato Head.

This is not an hotel, this is village!  It’s gigantic! we get lost many times!!  Staff, service and amenities were amazing ( the departure room , huge pool, next to the beach, amazing breakfast) but the room was a disappointment.  It was damp, musty. The pillows and bedsheets smell. The room felt humid. i couldn’t sleep, i had an headache and i have tried everything. i ask them to change for new pillows and bedsheets, i hung them outside on the balcony to get a bit of sunlight, i switched off the AC and open the door to game some fresh air but none worked.  I guess this side of the hotel wings 6000 never gets sunlight.  My daughter has asthma, i informed the hotel beforehand about to avoid this kind of issue.  As for the beach, it was plastics everywhere but i guess this was not the hotel matters since it’s a private beach but still.

The resort provides an hourly transportation option to the nearby beach and have their setup at the beach too. The resort is awesome!!! All staff very friendly and helpful even though you do wait a while to get what you ask for (wardrobe door unreilled and waited 5 hours for them to come and fix it, but seems it is a common thing as we experienced the same slow service at outside the resort restaurants). Bali collection (shopping and dining area) also very nice! The kids club have a nice program too! Outdoor swimming pools awesome! 3 restaurants on the resort to choose from- all food very yummie and very wide variety!  Thank you to all staff and the chefs that made our 1 week stay a memorable one!

Very convenient location in the busy Kuta area, lot of shops and restaurants either left or right side from the hotel. Also it links to a big shopping mall in Bali so easy to shop around in walking distance. Very friendly hotel staff, smile and greeting always. Hotel breakfast is ok to try, one thing must say is the room towel art are so amazing, give us a great memory especially for my 10 years old boy, he has to write an extra review for this from the triparvisor 😃

Villa location is good , lots of shops and restaurants and spa nearby.  Room is spacious but has problem with the in-room jacuzzi.  Lots of dirts and debris came out from the water .  Engineers came 4 times but were not able to fix it, said it’s the problem with the pump, ended up we could not use the jacuzzi, hence the price we paid didn’t justify it.  Villa was very inflexible and refused to offer any room rate reduction.  With this price and no jacuzzi, I am sure there’s somewhere better.  Will not return next time.

Luxurious hotel. Super worth the price! Perfect for a group tour cause it comes with 4 bedrooms. Any excess people can sleep in the living and dining area cause the sofa is huge, very comfy to sleep on, it's like a bed.

A really amazing experience staying here. The staff are so friendly and kind, and the breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. The location is great too - not far from the airport but also close enough to lots of interesting things. There is a little mall next door with some nice restaurants too. Will be back for sure!

Location was excellent in Canggu. Great food choices along the street and walking distance to the beach. Staff were friendly and always greet us with a smile. Amenities needed to be requested as they are eco friendly. They are happy to provide. Gave us more water when requested. Comfortable beds and sheets. Snoozed all the way and had great sleep. Only that I find the room a little smaller than usual.

We stayed here just 1 night and that was enough already. The location of the room is my biggest issue combined with the architectural layout of the building. They gave us a room on floor 9 with a low number, 906? The low numbers are directly next to a big road where there is endless traffic the whole night. Too much very loud traffic noise. The layout of the building is a double loaded corridor with on the end an OPEN staircase which directly faces the street. So this street noise comes directly from the hallway and from the balcony. I almost did not sleep the whole night. So bring earplugs. And request a high number room. 950 for example. Second point was the check in process. This took too long for a check in at 22:30… They said the room was not cleaned yet and made us wait. Not cleaned at 22:30, I wonder. Then next guest could just check in directly. Not welcoming at all. Breakfast ok.

Resort was good however service was very poor. Asked for a coffee at breakfast from staff and no one bothered to get it for me despite so many staff lurking around (and to mention it was not busy) Not impressed!!  Asked for fresh milk for my son but was given a small cup of milk instead, which was disappointing. Let the front staff at reception know all they said was ‘we’ll take on your feedback’.  Not worth value for money. Nearly $800 for 2 nights. Many other resorts and hotels in Bali that have much better service for that price. Will not be staying again.
