Airotel Achaia Beach

Amalia Hotel Olympia

Going late in the morning and rushing overnight, there is not much impression. There was no electric kettle in the room, and the uncle in the lobby bar enthusiastically used the coffee machine to fill me with several pots. The hotel is a bit old, and the air conditioner is a radiator-like device placed next to a desk near the desk.

Stay for one night after visiting the archaeological site of Olimpia, very vintage hotel, family-run, the owner, who also spoke well the Italian, is a very kind and available person, who loves his work and his house! The room was at the first floor, there was no lift but it was so kind to bring my baggage up and down! A comfortable room, quite spacious as the bathroom, without window but with a functioning windscreen. A beautiful balcony with tables and chairs. The only new thing was that he looked very noisy on the road, so at any time. The hotel has a comfortable parking front of the hotel. Super breakfast with soda eggs, bread, marmalades, honey, bricks and cake, Greek yoghurt and a very good orange swallow prepared at the moment. Excellent quality price ratio. The hotel is 30 km from the port of Killini, where we took the ferry the morning afterwards.
Moxy Patra Marina

The hotel is across the road from the sea, very new, clean, young and simple decoration style, large TV, room size is OK, there is a small balcony, there is no scenery to see or seat, pure taste, toiletries are large bottles, no slippers, dental appliances and other disposable items, There is no mini bar kettle, no small refrigerator, drinking water, no brushing cup, the front desk is connected to the bar, the front desk girl is very enthusiastic, ask the front desk to ask for a glass before brushing teeth, although very environmentally friendly, but it is really inconvenient, the bathroom does not have a hair dryer power plug, The hair dryer must be brought to the room, and the breakfast is poor and simple. In short, it is suitable for short business trips, not suitable for children, there is a large parking lot for free parking
Hotel Europa Olympia

This is a reasonable 4 star hotel. Our room was an OK size with a couple of stairs going down to a small sitting area and the balcony. Unfortunately once we put a suitcase on the luggage rack at the bottom of the bed it made it a bit tight walking around the bed. The room had a view overlooking the swimming pool. There was a small pull-out clothes line on the balcony which we really appreciated. The bathroom was a reasonable size although there was a bath with a shower over it rather than a walk in shower. The hotel is up a hill and the distance to the town is not very far. However, it is a very steep hill. We walked down very carefully and caught a taxi back which only costs us 5€. There is free parking at the hotel. There was quite a range of food available for breakfast. On the second morning of our stay there was someone cooking omelettes to order which was great. On check-out the receptionist told us there was a charge for mini-bar items we had consumed. We told her that we had not consumed anything. She quickly said “sorry, my mistake”. She did not check anything and we were left with the feeling that this had been a “try on”. Regardless, it would seem that this is something that the receptionist should check before advising customers of an additional charge because last impressions count. Without this incident I would have rated the hotel as very good rather than average.
Dexamenes Seaside Hotel
4.8/543 Reviews
Dexamenes is a superb hotel with limited number of rooms (40), making it a personalised experience. 30 minutes drive from the port of Killini and ancient Olympia, the city of Patras at just more than 1 hour drive. We got a very warm welcome, followed by a tour of the site, being a former wine factory. The setting is very nice, with some trees, even small vineyard and at the border of the sea with a private beach. We had a great room with sea sight in a former ”wine tank”. With direct seaview, even when lying on the bed ! Fantastic breakfast and service, high quality food. Small buffet combined with à la carte breakfast. Great mornings sitting outside under the trees with seaside view. Just fantastic. You need a car to visit the area. Via the hotel we booked a private tour at ancient Olympia, with a great guide, many thanks Elena (@Elena Aggeli) for taking us 2,5 hours on a very interesting tour ! Dinner is served in the evening outside, once again with seaview. Very good restaurant with high quality food. A la carte menu, ideal for 4-5 evenings, as no major daily changes except for the ”catch of the day”. Which we can recommend. Very nice bar. Really friendly and helpful staff. It was great place to stay ! Many thanks !

Marpessa Hotel & Spa

I didn't really expect it I've been coming for years I didn't know this beautiful hotel, and the pleasant experience starts from the moment I booked on the phone and continued with the reception. I was really surprised and in the room I picked two wonderful dishes from the kitchen and I really have to say I've been impressed.
City Loft Hotel

Very beautiful, stylish and the staff very polite and willing to help you in any way they can. The room was great, big and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. On the down side the view. Simply it doesn't exist. But if you are on a business trip (as it was my case) you don't mind. In all is a great choice and it doesn't cost you a fortune. Very satisfied.
Apollon Library Suites

I honestly don't know where to start with this excellent little hotel. The rooms are nice and clean with highlights of the wall (in my own was the Isobe's myth with the rabbit and the turtle in English please). There was also a full kitchen if he had an appetite on his holidays to cook and endless closets everywhere. The staff from the owners to the last worker smiled nicely and responded immediately to whatever you ask. The breakfast is full of many options but even if you want something that is not enough to ask for, it has arrived immediately and with a smile. The high light is a fully equipped hall with furniture and too shadowy to drink coffee or have breakfast. The location is ideal for a bath since the beach of Psania is just over 1 square miles away. The port of Enetic is also not far away and is 5-10 a minute walk. I stayed 5 nights and I didn't regret a moment of choice. If my way to Naupakot again will take it again without second thought. Those who push the Navy, choose it and you will remember me.
