The lighting in the whole building is very subtle. Nice and relaxing music and atmosphere. Only one hand and bath towel in the bathroom and, although there were more in the bottom of the bed, we were unaware of where to find these until we checked out. I was in the shower before I realised there wasn’t a second towel and it was too late to phone reception. Booking had 2 names for the room so we would have expected adequate towels in the bathroom or visible in the room rather than under the bed.

Quaint hotel with lots of charm and appeal. Located within easy access to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling! Adele and her staff took great care of us and we would definitely stay again if we are back in Scotland! Just be forewarned that there is no elevator, so you will need to carry luggage up the stairs! They also serve a great full breakfast!

Excellent stay, two very helpful members of staff at reception. Location is perfect, on the outskirts of glasgow,close to motorway. Lots of parking spaces..suitable for larger passenger vehicles to park - no height restrictions.

The reception is gone at 11pm. Call in advance and say that I would like to find a supervisor to wait for us, but no one will be there when I arrive at the hotel. It's not that if we book another hotel, we can only sleep on the streets. But, but Ctrip helped me get justice, and a full refund was made. Like Ctrip👍
