너무 멋진 호텔이에요!! 접근성이 좋지 않음에도, 주차가 무료가 아닌건 조금 아쉽지만 호텔이 너무 좋아서 만족해요! 수영장도 좋고 뷰도 좋아요 조식에 따뜻한 요리도 있으면 더 좋을 것 같아요

They have everything you need to cook and clean your clothes, loved the view, wished they had air conditioner and bathrooms are shared but besides that it was good

This was my second stay at this hostel and it's still amazing. One of the best hostels I have stayed at in Europe. It is well located - right off the Mayor Plaza. Close to bus routes and not too far from the subway. The hostel staff are super friendly and always available - 24hr front desk. They are hapy to have a chat with you and make recommendations and give advice - or just sing along to whatever is playing from the bar. They weresuper gracious and helped to arrange my friends and I in the same room - even though we all had individual bookings. The rooftop is excellent. We spent several siesta's up there; reading and chatting and having a drink. Just note that the rooftop bar is a public space and at times sections of it are booked for events. But otherwise the view of the rooftops and the church dome are worth it. The rooms are spacious enough, as is the private bathroom. There are additional bathrooms on each floor - gendered. The bunk ladders are a little steep on the steps - my shorter friend struggled getting up to her bunk - we had to use the foot stool to assist. But the ability to have two people using the bathroom in the room at a time made for easy use - especially with only 6 people in our dorm. The free margarita making each night from 9pm and the bar crawl are worth checking out. My friend also also did the walking tour - and said she found it super informative and. chill. Lots of food recommendations and the group all grabbed lunch together after the tour.

This hotel is excellent. It's a century-old building, but the rooms have been newly renovated and are very clean. The rooms are also quite spacious, and the location is fantastic, right across from Atocha train station, next to the Reina Sofia Art Centre, and not far from the Prado Museum. There's a subway station right outside, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

Thought hotel was further away from airport than expected but it was a very good facility.  Was disappointed I could not use the shuttle because of my flight time with Emirates - needed to be at airport earlier than shuttle could provide to allow for 3 hour pre flight booking requirements. As a result I had to pay €30 both ways which made it a lot more expensive.  That said - the hotel was very good and served its purpose.

The hotel is very close to the metro system, which makes it convenient for getting around the city. The design is truly interesting – each floor has a different style, which makes the hotel unique and fun to explore. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is decent with a good selection. However, due to the focus on design, some comfort and functionality are a bit sacrificed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is quite dark. The room itself felt small because of the large marble table and fixed bench that take up a lot of space and can’t be moved. The pillows are also quite unusual and could definitely be more comfortable. Overall, it’s a stylish and memorable place, especially for design lovers, but travelers looking for a more practical and cozy stay might find it less comfortable.

The hotel looks a bit dated when you walk inside , the lobby is really just a tiny corner. The receptionists are always very nice and helpful. The room decoration has a bit of a weird vibe, so don’t hold too much expectation. Overall it’s clean and close to everything.

Good morning, the sheets in the bed were not clean, many hairs on the sheets. I contacted the reception immediately and they sent the room service to change the sheets. I think this is a very big omission for a 4-star hotel that does not change sheets between one guest and another. I photographed the bedding with hairs. The room service also took a picture of the sheets with hairs before they changed them. I will not return to this hotel nor recommend it.

The hotel looks FANTASTIC. It’s a designer’s dream. The location is perfect. However, for a 4-star hotel and at that price (high for Alcalá) I was expecting some slippers, more choice of pillows and tea-coffee facilities inside the room. For a tea, I had to go to the bar next door and carry my boiling tea all the way to my room. Also, the mattress is HORRIBLE. I had a horrible night because it was so hard. I would invest in new mattresses. There wasn’t any extra duvet in the room either. I would return to try the Spa and if they change this basic things (tea boiler and mattresses), I would consider staying again since the place is so gorgeous.

Location not so easy have to use bus and change to subway coz the nearest subway station close. The hotel name and the booking name is a bit different. Still plenty transport options but a bit wasted our multicard due to transport
