Nous avons passé une nuit début mai en famille dans cet hôtel. J'ai réservé deux chambres, une chambre pour trois et une chambre pour deux. Préalablement à notre séjour, nous avons envoyé deux messages afin d'obtenir quelques renseignements, l'hôtel a toujours était réactif et a répondu efficacement a l'ensemble de nos demandes. L'accueil a été courtois et rapide. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking sécurisé et qui semble être surveillé. En terme de propreté et de qualité de service, c'est le top Ras. L'ensemble du personnel est adorable, toujours agréable, du personnel d'accueil aux femmes de ménage. La literie et les chambres sont conformes au standing de l'hôtel. Mention speciale aux chambres qui donnent coté Mosquee et qui surplombent la ville, la vue est magnifique. De plus, nous avons pu essayé la salle de sport et la magnifique piscine de l'hotel, rien à dire c'était vraiment super et reposant . Nous conseillons egalement les prestations de type hammam. Notez que l'accès se fait le matin jusqu'à 17h pour les femmes et de 17h à 22h pour les hommes. Enfin, nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner continental avec gâteaux orientaux, jus, mseumenes, œufs et autres plats salés. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel, idéal pour visiter Chlef ou en transit entre Oran et Alger.
