"The hotel's location was excellent—absolutely amazing. The cleanliness was good, but it would have been perfect if they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. The room was small but sufficient for two people. The bed was comfortable. There was Wi-Fi and a hairdryer. The shampoo and hand soap were nice; they smelled lovely and didn't make my hair stiff. However, it would have been great if they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, if there were slippers, it would be a flawless hotel."

"Functional for a Layover, But Bare-Bones in
If you just need a place to crash during a long layover, this hotel serves its purpose, but don't expect any ”extras.” It is a functional choice for proximity to the airport, and that is about where the perks end.
The Downsides:
Missing Amenities: The room is strictly ”no-frills.” There is no kettle, no coffee-making facilities, and absolutely no toiletries provided.
Basic Bathroom: The bathroom setup is incredibly sparse. There wasn't even a floor mat, which made the space feel unfinished and led to a slippery floor after showering.
Mediocre Breakfast: The morning spread was underwhelming. It’s edible, but certainly not a highlight of the stay.

It’s a fine spot if you are arriving late and leaving early, but the lack of basic comforts makes it hard to recommend for anything longer than a quick night's sleep."

"Clean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting."

"The room was quite spacious for European standards, and it came with a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. The high-floor rooms offer excellent views. "Location is perfect and around 10 minutes walk from the train station.
I paid for an upgrade to the Heaven Rooms which was located on the the 9th floor with great view!
The service and kindness of each of the people in the front desk was worth mentioning.
Two disadvantages:
1. Breakfast was ok, but for the price you pay they could have add some more options, although the view was amazing!
2. The price of the lockers is quite high and unexpected until you see it in the front desk.
Other than that it was great and well recommended!!"

There are plenty of food options nearby, and the front desk service was excellent. They even told me the taxi fare and which parking lot was free. Definitely recommend!

This modern chain hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the metro, train, and bus stations, making it easy to get to both the city center and the airport. Right next to the hotel is a large shopping mall called FIELD'S, which has a big supermarket, so dining and shopping options are very convenient. The rooms are small but well-equipped with everything you need, including a kettle. You'll need to pick up a hairdryer from the front desk. Each room has a private bathroom, though the shower area is a bit cramped, which is the only minor drawback.

Came here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, but I have to say it's more about looks than functionality. The design is really strong, but the actual room functionality for staying here is pretty mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers. The room is very dark, only suitable for a leisurely stay. Overall, this hotel feels like it's all style and no substance.

Guest UserThe location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station! The shared kitchen, bathrooms, and showers are all clean, and they regularly refill the shampoo and body wash. You can also get cool lemon water in the lounge on the ground floor. The cushions on the bed were by HAY, and the lighting was very stylish. The room was a bit small, but I spent a lot of time in the shared kitchen and lounge, so I was happy with it!

DrewaboWe really enjoyed our stay at CityHub. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning with hopes to drop off our luggage, we were instead offered a ‘hub’ straight away! The bathrooms and saunas were absolutely lovely, and the beds were very comfy. I enjoyed having a space to stand up within the hubs, and the ability to change the lighting and the music.
Overall, I would recommend cityhub to anyone looking for a stay in Copenhagen. You pay significantly less than what you would in a typically hotel, for what I could argue is better service and better quality.
