It's very convenient and easy to find the direction for travelers from airport, especially if you travel in the evening. The hotel has mentioned that you will require to ask for housekeeping if you need one, so it's fine. The breakfast was fine if you just staying for 2 to 3 days, more than that, you might find the choice is limited.

This is a modern, very practical hotel, just beside the fair complex, which is helpful for the day-by-day business. The rooms are very small but well organized. Cleaning is upon request, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is great, with many options.

The guests really enjoyed their stay. The manager was very friendly and serviceminded and the bar were of good standards. It was a friendly environment, with pleasant people all around. The guests would really recommend this hostel, close to both the tram and metro. The guests would like to come back!

Wow- My visit started with the most facetious, arrogant, condescending harridan I've ever had the misfortune to encounter at any hotel, ever. Baffling how such an obnoxious person is employed in the hospitality industry. I could write an entire review based on how horrible this person is, but it would likely be banned by Tripadvisor, so let's move on! However, the other staff member I met was the most awesome ever- and totally went above and beyond to ensure my A&O visit went as smooth as possible. (You know who you are- Thank You!!!) As for my lodging- I was relegated to an annex outside the main building, which was not too bad as the weather was agreeable. But having to walk outside to the reception, lounge, (closed) kitchen or breakfast area in the rain or snow would have been quite unacceptable. Like all A&Os the interior was spotless. My dorm however faced an open lane/parking area often populated by drunk vagrants- or maybe drunk guests. The ground was littered with beer bottles, cigarette butts, and smelly stains (you can figure that one out!). One of the few downsides about A&Os is that six bed dorms are often two pairs of bunks, and two single beds pushed together. Those two beds seems to come with a single locker, so the dorm may be lacking in that regard. The en-suite was great though- spacious and separate rooms for toilet and shower, both with sinks, lots of hot water and even a towel warmer. So yes, as I write the covid thing is still real, and precautions must be taken for the sake of the staff and guests. Which brings me to the only thing I could not abide: despite the hostel being nowhere near full, they seemed to pack each dorm to full capacity before opening another. As they say, there is a reason for everything. But if they want to take covid seriously, my hunch says fewer guests in more dorms might be safer. Especially when the common area washrooms are shuttered- what the heck!? To sum it all up- this may not sound like the best review, but I do generally recommend A&O Galluswarte. Someday when covid is a thing of the past and operations are back to normal, I hope to stay here again.

Good hotel located close to the airport about 15 min walk. Had my flight cancelled and had to wait for 10h. It was a good option to relax. Service attentive. Only thing is that I had to wait about 45 min for them to receive the reservation arranged on spot through trip app. Gave us water and ice cream while waiting. Bathroom is clean. Bed pretty good also. Would go back for an emergency again.

A clean hotel with a good location near the station. Our room was on the 6th floor and thus we had a great view of the Skyline. The room was clean and adequately large. The station environment ok, but we were just sleeping there.

Fantastic hotel in just about every respect, we will definitely consider it again as we were a bigger group of friends who wanted to enjoy Frankfurt - the hotel majorly helped us on that mission! One minor technical issue: checking in and out online / using the app was not a smooth experience. Hope that's resolved for next time as would genuinely make a difference. And, yes, the location: The character that one sees in the streets near the hotel are quite a sight and for those who generally don't follow the news, possibly pretty shocking. However, the level of threat is low. The area is heavily policed and the locals strike me as too busy with their own lives to want to bother tourists. To be fair, I am a grown man and was there with a group.

The hotel is not far from Frankfurt Hauptbanhof Train Station and the rooms are very clean and modern. lots of stores and cafes nearby. We really enjoyed staying here. I really like how spacious it is

If you are driving ev don’t choose this hotel. There is no charger in the hotel parking. And also there is no tools such as slippers, cleaning cotton etc. for uour comfortable. Orhervise hotel rooom was nice.

From the welcome gluwein drink to the comfortable, clean, and spacious gathering place, the Moxy is a millennial’s dream location. Numerous gathering places are available for group conversation, group computer space, sitting areas filled with character and easy humor. The well-equipped casual bar served both food and beverages. My husband and I enjoyed the Nurnberger sausages and sauerkraut with a local beer. A fitness center was available and space for meetings. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with indirect and motion-activated lighting. Transportation to and from the airport is easy with shuttle service.

We were automatically checked into this hotel by the airline after our flight was cancelled. The hotel name is not listed on the shuttle bus boards at the airport which was disconcerting, but the driver said it was included so we piled onto the overcrowded bus feeling very trepidatious about what the hotel would be like. We were pleasantly surprised: staff were courteous and checked us in quickly, the room was spotlessly clean and seemed recently decorated, with complementary water and A/C included. Beds were comfy and the shower was good. There was free tea, coffee etc in Reception. So, although we never intended staying there, I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel relatively close to the airport.

Actually had this Hotel booked for 1 night thru a 3rd party, but I had messed up the date. We were there 1 day to early. I was able to cancel that booking. The friendly lady at the desk booked us 1 room for that night, also we added to park our car at the Parkhaus 50yards down the street. The HeyLou shuttle took us to the airport the next morning, and we took it back to the hotel when we returned from our trip. We had went for 3 weeks and were able to park the car there for 3 weeks at a great deal. So easy to sleep there the night before a trip, instead of fighting Frankfurt traffic in the morning, constantly worrying if one is gona make the flight on time. I'll never do that again, this is it for me, if flying out of FRA. Can only recommend. Nice and superclean room, there's a restaurant and bar in the hotel as well, but check opening times for those. Breakfast available as well. The only drawback is that this hotel is located in an area where after certain hours there is no other place to get food or drink, but a gas station around the corner. But one can order a food delivery to the hotel, and they have some drinks available at front desk. Definetly recommend!!

God service at the hotel. On weekends quiet and no much noice. Room is separated by two doors what makes less distraction and no sound from corridors. Lidl shop just 2 min walk. Check airport-hotel shuttle but time. It can change. At my arrivals it only operate morning and afternoon. During the day by taxi. Taxi 18 euro.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very clean. Because of the location, we spent one night there before our vacation. The windows are perfectly insulated, so you don't hear much of the airport. In addition, the hotel is well equipped with Rituals products in the well-equipped bathrooms. We were more than satisfied. The shuttle service was great and very uncomplicated.

After a long time I was back in Kelsterbach area at my usual Ibis Frankfurt Airport and Voila .... on my way to Ibis on the shuttle bus from Frankfurt Airport I see this sign in German ” Indisches Restaurant in Kelsterbach” and I was like ” WOW” .... there you are after staying here for about 7 years pre-pandemic and having almost no options to eat i am here ... back after a 3 year gap forced by the pandmeic and there is this Indian Restaurant .... which is actually a part of this Sunset Hotel in Kelsterbach .. I have been eating all thru my stay as this is open only for Dinner 5 pm to 9 pm as the timig says on the door .... great Indian food so far all 4 days i have been eating different dishes from the not so big menu .... tastes nice , their indian breads are also well done much better than the typical Indian restaurants in Europe serve ... I would just say ” they stay for a long time here ” all the good luck to the gentleman who runs this place and also kudos to the person who owns this property and have envisioned having an Indian restaurant of out of all the choices .... I would suggest one and all to visit this place when you are around Frankfurt Airport and enjoy the food ...... without any hesitation from my experience . May God bless these and give them a great success in business .... amen !!!!!!

A quite new house, very well located in Offenbach on the Berlin Street. The city centre and the weekly market at Wilhelmsplatz are to reach in 15 minutes walking distance. To highlight the house are the very nice and helpful Concierges. The only manco in the rooms is the bathroom with the quite self-consistent arrangement of the water hanes on the washing venue. There are the proportions of the armature not in line with the washing venue. This inevitably leads to the flood of the washing venue. A little strange is also that the parking lot with € 15. per day is very expensive.

Situated approximately 6/7 mins walk from Offenbach Kaiserslai S Bahn station. Check in was very friendly and quick and the common areas of the hotel looked newly renovated and was decorated in modern style in fact you could still smell the paint. Room was quite large, clean, very quiet and also newly renovated. Bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer and the bed was comfy. The only problem I could see was there were only three coat hangers between two people. The only downside to this hotel is it’s location, it is situated in a business area without any amenities apart from a McDonalds a few minutes walk away, and although the hotel offered a bar at very good prices we didn’t see any evidence of food being offered. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, modern and clean rooms and brilliant value for the price paid

Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!

This was my third time at the Delta hotel and first time after 3 years. The stay was good but there were signs that the service level has somewhat decreased from before. The Delta hotel still has great value for location, nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and efficient service. However, there were many details missing and rooms have shown signs of wear and tear like stained carpet, worn sofa surfaces. For starters, got the keys of the Moxy hotel. Housekeeping missed to clean our room one day. Noone responded to my texts and requests on the app and I tried to call the hotel to notify about our delayed arrivals and noone picked up. After checkout, I’m still waiting for my folio and they only credited 1 out of 2 nights to my Bonvoy account. To their credit, the on-site requests were handled promptly. Fortunately the small misses did not affect our stay overall. In the end we did have a good stay and got a good value compared to other Marriott options in town.

Things didn't start off well, to be honest. The guy at the front desk ”couldn't find” the reservation and we spent a good five minutes discussing this with him while showing him confirmation numbers, credit cards, etc. Finally he decided to look in a drawer and miraculously found the reservation. Then I requested a wake up call for 3 hours later which actually came the next morning. I DID make sure to request the call for zwansig Uhr and not for acht Uhr. Aside from these two errors, though, the hotel was great. The room was spacious, more than enough bathroom towels and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Props to the breakfast crew for letting us eat when we showed up later than we should have (I think we walked in 5 minutes before it was to shut down). They didn't hurry us out or make us uncomfortable, they just let us eat and even told us there was no need to hurry - because we were hurrying. The front desk staff after our check in were great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and went above and beyond to assist us.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was impressed! The location is fantastic—just a few steps from the underground station. A trip to Frankfurt Airport costs only €6 or €8 per way, and the hotel is a few meters from the station. The area is surrounded by plenty of fast food spots and shops, making it a super convenient and strategic location. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is always smiling and eager to help. While breakfast was decent, there’s definitely room for improvement. Overall, it's excellent value for money, especially if you’re looking to spend a couple of nights away from Frankfurt’s busy center. Plus, you can easily get to downtown Frankfurt in no time using the underground.

I have just spent 4 days at this hotel for a workshop. I must state right away that I hadn't booked a room; only the seminar room, lunch and dinner. Firstly - and this isn't anything that can be helped, but should be mentioned - the hotel is situated in the MIDDLE of monumental construction (which, by the looks of it, will continue for a loooooong time), cannot easily be accessed due to roads being renewed, the parking lot is in the middle of the building site (dirty, dusty puddles and pebbles). The hotel itself has the brutal charm of 1980s concrete and doesn't seem to welcome you. The meals were buffet only, and sadly nothing to write home about. Tepid and soggy. However, the snacks served during the coffee breaks were prettily served and good. The staff was friendly and funny and helpful, which made up for a lot! I spend quite a bit of time at workshops in hotels across Germany and must unfortunately say, this one didn't make the grade. I cannot imagine where they got their 4 stars.

Hotel is perfectly located right next to S bahn station Offenbach Marktplatz. Lobby and overall structure were quite impressive. Room was clean. Wifi worked well. Grocery stores like lidl were not too far. Staff was all reasonably kind and paid attention. That was the good side. On the other hand, room had no appliance other than a fridge and a safe. No pot, no microwave, no cups (we were not able to have coffee in the room), and no ice machine in the compound. We did not have a chance to dine at the lobby restaurant which looked nice.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE S*** This is my experience: I travel with a dog and I searched through Booking the hotels that accept dogs. This hotel was in the list but just to be sure I wrote a WhatsApp to ask them, at the beginning they asked me how big is the dog, but then they changed and they said that THE HOTEL DON'T ACCEPT DOGS. I asked one more question but the guy in WhatsApp answered me that he had a day off and didn't know (???). For a problem with booking website (I was on another hotel page but the connection was bad and I don't know what happened recharging the page), I find myself paying 83€ at this hotel. I wrote IMMEDIATELY at the WhatsApp number and also through Booking explaining that I had a problem with Booking website and that for a mistake I payed 83€ but I couldn't come because they don't accept dogs. I kindly asked a reimbursement which was refused several times. As I had to go to another hotel nearby, the next morning I decided to pass by and to talk directly to the reception to explain the issue I had with the website but the receptionist was VERY IMPOLITE, DIDN'T WANT TO LET ME TALK AND EXPLAIN and invented a story that there was some other company owning the hotel (which is NOT TRUE) and that I had to ask Booking for the reimbursement. He said to write an email that would be forwarded to the owner but guess what?? The same guy answered to me directly at my email (do you think we are all stupid??) Things like this can happen when booking online and as I talked previously with the WhatsApp number, I would expect more comprehensive and human behaviour. The difference between humans and machines is the ability to understand the different situations, but apparently in this hotel all they care about is money. Never go to this hotel because once you paid they don't care about you at all, they are NOT NICE WITH THE CUSTOMERS, don't care about being good with the people, don't let you talk and explain, hope to never have a problem because they will never even try to help. Don't make my mistake and don't pay one single dime to this dirty hotel managed by not professional people.
