"Pleasant stay. Online check-in is available at the self-service terminal or the front desk. Enjoyed a nice upgrade to an upper floor, a quiet room with no disturbances whatsoever. The room was excellent. Super-fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning capable of going down to 18 degrees (Berlin had temperatures up to 33 degrees Celsius on those days). The air conditioning was pleasantly quiet. A fridge, coffee, and tea bar were in the room. TV with many digital channels. Daily room cleaning was excellent and available upon request. The bathroom had everything one needs. Did not use breakfast this time. Public transport connections are absolutely good (max. 10 minutes walk to buses or the S-Bahn). The hotel can be unreservedly recommended."

"Grundsätzlich ok. Viele Kleinigkeiten die hier und da nicht Top sind. Aber insgesamt für den Preis in Ordnung. - Abendessen nur Buffet. - keine Bar am Pool und im Spa. Sodass ins Restaurant im anderen Stickwerk gegangen werden musste, um ein Kaffee zu holen. - Minibar war nicht angeschlossen - Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl angegeben - Beschilderung im Hotel irreführend bis fehlend"

"Good hotel for a short stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. The location is convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were simple and without any issues. The hotel is practical, quiet, and well suited for a business trip. Overall, a good experience and a solid choice for the price."

"First of all, we have to say that the room was neat and clean. The breakfast was also fine and the location was great. However: We booked a suite with a city view for 4 days. We got a smaller (mini) suite facing the inner courtyard, which we hadn't realized until then because we were given a ”suite” when we checked in. It was only after three days that we realized that we hadn't actually gotten the room we had booked - unfortunately too late. In addition, although we had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and microwave, there were no plates or glasses, which we had to ask about at reception. The hotel says that it doesn't clean the room until after the second night. This wasn't a problem for us and so we prepared the room accordingly after the second night so that the cleaning staff could work without interruption. In the evening we realized that no one was there. The reception was so full that we couldn't let anyone know. We also assumed that someone would come on the third day at least. The next morning we put up a sign on the door asking for cleaning. In short, no one came again. When we finally went to reception, we were told that this was an external service provider who had carried out the cleaning according to the documents, which of course was not the case! Other guests had also complained about this. Since we had already paid and therefore could not get a refund, we were treated to a drink at the bar and a chocolate bar for breakfast. So our ”suite” was not cleaned once in 4 nights, let alone the trash can emptied. The highlight was when checking out, when I was suddenly asked to pay a bill. After I told them that I had already done this in advance, the receptionist said that this was just a blocking of the amount but that I still had to pay the regular amount. What surprised me most was that the amount did not match my booking at all. When I pointed out again that I had already paid, the receptionist said he had confused me with another guest and that I could leave..."

"The surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old."

"After 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. Unfortunately, he couldn’t check in and ended up sleeping on the couch in the reception area. The hotel should either make the self check-in process easier or have staff available 24/7 to assist guests."

"This hotel is right next to Brandenburg Airport, with the bus stop conveniently located downstairs. It's a quick 2-minute walk from the bus station to the airport, and only 5 minutes to Terminals 1 and 2. Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent. It's very quiet at night once the windows are closed, and it didn't disturb my sleep at all. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. However, there were a couple of minor issues: the lid on the kettle was broken, and the sink drained very slowly. There's also some room for improvement regarding cleanliness."

"The room was tiny for 3 people. It looked much bigger in the pictures. We even had to remove the swing due to lack of space. The furniture is dated. No kettle, tea, coffee, etc., and no minibar. I wasn't happy with it. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating after I complained. If I had paid €290 instead of €125, I would have left the hotel immediately. That's my opinion of the place. Everyone has to decide for themselves how they want to spend the night."

"Great value for a quick airport stay! The MOXY Berlin Airport is literally a 5-minute walk from the terminal – perfect for early flights or late arrivals. The vibe is young, fun, and modern with colorful decor, a cool bar/lounge area that’s open 24/7, and friendly staff who actually seem to enjoy their job. Rooms are compact (typical MOXY style) but super smart – comfy bed, powerful shower, fast Wi-Fi, big TV with casting options, and USB ports everywhere. Everything felt clean and new. Breakfast is decent for the price (continental style with good coffee), and they have grab-and-go options if you’re in a rush. Only small downside: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear neighbors if it’s a loud night, but earplugs are provided (nice touch!). For the price (often under €90 even in high season), it’s honestly one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Highly recommended if you want style, convenience, and don’t need a huge room. Will definitely come back"
