The room was really nice.Excellent ambience.Only 15 min walks from Bahnof and also there is a bus station nearby. The hotels surrounding is really good. The room was really clean except there was a small problem with the bathroom Check-in was really easy.Only takes 2 minutes.Highly recommended hotel.
This hotel is worth 5 points. The price of about 2000 is a bit high, but it is worth it. The room is small but very clean. You can see Neuschwanstein Castle from the side of the room window. The main entrance of the hotel is just opposite the High Swan Castle. The breakfast is very sincere. There is a swimming pool and spa.

The room is specious and good with king size bed, but no coffee machine is provided or water, you need to be a member in their Honor program to have complementary water for drinking or coffee, which i see is big downside for Hilton . Nowadays even 2 stars hotels provide free water and coffee machine! I waited around 50 minutes to get 2 bottles 😰 in morning i requested 2 they delivered only one and poor guy said it is complimentary. I think to stay in this hotel you need to be equipped with water otherwise you will suffer thirsty.
The room was a bit small, but it offered good value for money. The breakfast was generous, and the service was excellent. Our first room was street-facing, which made it quite noisy and difficult to sleep. However, after we mentioned it to the front desk, they proactively moved us to a new room.
Everything else was fine, but the hotel's soundproofing was really poor. At 6 AM, there were loud thumping noises from upstairs that made it impossible to sleep. After complaining, it quieted down for about ten minutes, and then the noise started again. I wonder if it's because our family room was near the staircase/walkway? In the end, the hotel didn't offer any explanation or follow-up, and it was just left unresolved. I'd advise anyone considering a family room to think twice.
I thought I was going to die because of the cockroaches.
But the air conditioning worked great.
Actually, I was nervous about them coming out again, but it was fine...
The staff was friendly, and it was average for a B&B.
The room is very chic, very clean, it is too small, one big two small luggage can only open one at a time, very close to the train station, the surrounding is very convenient

888topThe room was spotless and had no strange odors, and it was great to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The continental breakfast was quite extensive. Overall, it offers good value for money, and there was plenty of parking available. My only minor gripe was that the duvet was a bit short, making it slightly uncomfortable.
ZZactotoThis is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. So thank you, Karl August your neighbourhood hotel. 5 stars and beyond. We will be back again for sure!
AAnonymous UserLet me be frank.
It's close to Munich's Hbf, with restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, which is convenient. The bed was large, but the pillows were a bit firm. We booked a business twin room, which had a spacious living area between the room and the bathroom. The slippers were comfortable, and the front desk was very helpful.
However, the housekeeping staff was clearly neglectful. On our first day, there were no slippers in the room, they forgot to turn on the kettle, and the shower gel was almost gone. We didn't ask for a housekeeping service on our second day, and they did on our third day, but they only changed one person's towel and forgot to refill the shower gel and shampoo.
The surroundings and the traffic were complex. As we approached the small street leading to the hotel, we could clearly see the crowds. On our travels, we often stayed near train stations in various overseas cities. While there was a lot of traffic, it seemed like everyone was going about their daily routines. The street where the Three Lions Hostel is located is noticeably more complex (there are always idle people standing on both sides), and some of the signs on the shops suggest it might be a complex place. I felt a little strange every time I passed by. Ctrip didn't mention this at all, which is a bit wrong. If you are a single woman or a family with young children, I don't recommend staying there.
GGuest UserGreat value for money!
Nice hotel rooms, breakfast with a wide selection and a very nice wellness/sauna area!
The staff is also very friendly.
The only ”drawback”: depending on what is on the agenda for the day, the hotel is a bit far from the city center. (Can be an advantage or disadvantage!)
I would book it again!
GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the facilities, room size and service here. It is very close to the station, and the station is not far from the city center, just a few minutes' walk. The two front desk staff are very enthusiastic. When I checked in, they took me to the floor where I was staying and introduced the breakfast place. My charging cable was broken, and they helped me find a charging cable to lend me. I will recommend this hotel next time or if my friends come over.
GGuest UserThis is a premium hotel at an affordable price and we had a great stay at the Park Plaza Nuremberg. The rooms are modern, large, comfy and bright. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
We had a quick check in and there is some infused water and fruit near the front desk you can enjoy during your stay. They also helped guide us to the parking across the street at the Hauptbahnhof parkade which has designated parking spaces if you keep to the right once you enter on the first level. All we needed to do was to trade our parking pass for one of hotels and it cost 17 euros a day with unlimited in/out privileges and we could stay as late if needed the next day.
The rooms are nicely appointed with some modern decor, good lighting, a couple of comfy chairs, a desk, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a bluetooth speaker. The bed was very comfy and we got a very good night's rest here. There was an Albrecht Durer book in our room as well as some Albrecht Durer inspired art in the hotel. They provided a complimentary mineral water in the room which we chilled and enjoyed after a big day of walking throughout Nuremburg.
The bathroom is large with a nice big shower and good jasmine/bergamot bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There is plenty of counter space, a towel warming rack and a thick door which made for a nice experience. The bathroom was pretty clean but there were some dust bunnies under the sink and one of the cups did not look clean. The shower offered great pressure with a rain shower head and a handheld. Hot water was very easy to get and plentiful.
The location of this hotel is ideal if you plan on exploring the city by foot. It is within a 15 minute walk to most of Nuremburg's best attractions and is right across the street from the central station and where the Handwerkerhof Nuremberg (crafts market) and Frauentor. In addition to the central station and it's Ubahn offerings there is also a large bus terminal and plenty of trams right in front of the hotel too. There are plenty of good restaurants in the old town area nearby too and some fast service restaurants in the central station. There is an underpass to get into the central station which makes the hotel easy to get to.
GGuest UserI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!
MM342478****I stayed only for one night! I didn't stay long enough! The service was good! It was very comfortable! Clean and the breakfast was good😌. The attractions in Munich are relatively close! It's very close to the Charlie Post and nearby hotels! You can also go there for business trips. It's a few steps to the subway station, and it's also good to go to the University of Munich! You can eat the famous pork knuckles in a few steps!
DdyhxFree hotel shuttle provided by Airparks. At Terminal 2, follow the signs that say 'Bus/Hotel Shuttle' and head towards the Bus Terminal, Stop #11. The buses run at xx10 hrs, xx30 hrs and xx50 hrs. It makes a stop at Terminal 1 before heading to the hotels. It actually stops at a big car park building 2 mins walk from the hotel. You'll see the hotel before it turns in and alights passengers at Airpark's holding area. Then it's a short walk across the road to the hotel where you enter from the back of the hotel.
Simple room, good for one, might be a squeeze for 2 persons with big luggages. No wardrobe, just open hanging hooks which is great too. No mini fridge but basic shower amenities are provided except toothbrush/toothpaste. Bed and pillows is a little too soft for my liking.
Quite expensive for a one night stay, especially for me, it was just 10 hrs literally - to shower and sleep.
There's a bus stop a few mins walk from the hotel where you can hop on a direct public bus for €4.10 (cash only, no change given, runs every 15 mins or so) or pay €10 for the Airparks shuttle (runs every 20-30 mins) back to the airport.
Yyuk kei elstan fongThe hotel is right next to the Munich Central station. There is a supermarket store nearby within 1 min walking. The Neni Chicken restaurant provides delicious food at night, and the vibe is excellent. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay!
