Our 2 main goals of visiting Yunnan is Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge was facilitated by Tiramisu, the innkeeper. Initial communication gave me the confidence that I could pull off self travel in Yunnan instead of relying on tour travel throughout my stay. Needless to say, my group is very happy with arrangement as both drivers (on the two attractions) were very kind and accommodating and helped to make our trips memorable. We also relied on her great recommendations on food, salon and massage during our stay. Kudos to her! As for the hotel, its location is plus, in the ancient city and near the main road which makes for easy access to taking transport and shopping! We are also delighted with bright and airy courtyard style rooms. Highly recommended!

Fuss free hotel that’s super convenient and near the train station(walkable distance). Service wise nothing much to brag about(comparing whole of my yunnan trip). Love the big balcony! Only downside is the hairdryer which is very inconvenient(power goes off if it reached certain heat) which is hard for long hair(same goes for the 2 rooms so I guess it’s the model of the hair dryer). I didn't regret choosing this hotel. Everything is new, smart and clean! Location wise is quite good too. I'm a muslim traveller. So to wake to shuncheng Street is about 10mins. Not bad I feel. The staff is really considerate, gave me slippers and toiletries for the kids. And they allowed me late checkout as well, truly appreciate their gesture. My only gripe is the steep entrance to the hotel. But other than that, all is good for this hotel! Love it!

Reached Lijiang via Rail and took a 5rmb bus ride which I can buy the ticket before the railway station exit. It take about 40mins and alight at the North gate of the Lijiang Ancient town. Walked for about 10mins to reach the hotel. Very easy to find. It’s located right at the outer circumference of the ancient town, away from the pub music at night. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. I book tours with him and he will advise what tourists trap to avoid. There are a lot of food options just at the main road 10 meters away. Visited the Elephant Hill at 黑龙潭 park. Best location to see the sunrise of Yulong Mountains, best of all, it’s free if you reach there before 7am. Had a very nice tea session with the staff of the hotel. The tea is super nice and no hard selling of the tea products. We enjoyed chatting abt everything under the sun. Will definitely come back and stay here in future.

Super helpful and help us carrying our bags to the entrance during check out. We checked out late 3 hours and they charge 50 yuan only. Very reasonable. I will stay here again soon!

The hotel is very comfortable and located in old town. You can walk all around. Also not to far from the main road that you can take a Didi. It’s about 3-5 mins walk. The owner she is very kind, helpful and friendly. She can also recommended you a many sightseeing around. In the night time she also welcome a warm good tea and a bit chit chat before you go to bed. The location was good and easy to find, to take cab also close by to main road. We booked this place because of its location, traditional building design and pricing. We enjoyed our room although sometimes we could hear neighbours firecrackers and electric bike sounds, but it wasn't a very big issue for us, seen as part of the culture. We particularly like the freebies that came with our booking and also the water bottle refill machine with normal and hot water setting. When we left, the lady boss spotted the door wasn't opening smoothly and immediately noticed the staff to check on it. It makes guest feel taken care of and priority.
