Good location. Once you exit Ximending Exit 4, you will see the word “Midtown Richardson” continue straight and there are signs that shows where to go. However, hotel has really poor soundproof walls if some ****** on their TV a little too loud or (unfortunately) if you stay next to someone who snores loudly… Hotel also hosted a lot of idk what country Vietnamese?? Filipinos? They are super inconsiderate like speaking loudly and making loud noises when they come back past midnight. They also lie at hotel lobby after checking out like it’s their house… Hotel finishing can be quite old and rundown - some cracks and holes here and there. TV is old, no Netflix and YouTube function. No airplay function too. Some sockets can be faulty and not working well. Shower area has a mould smell. Gym is at basement so go in the day would be good when breakfast is going on. Restaurant is next to the gym. I went at night and it can be quite secluded and feel unsafe especially for ladies. It’s a simple gym too. There is laundry service at Level 6 - you can change coins with lobby staff not 24 hours - closes at 10pm. Would be good if they let it run for 24 hours since it is just self help laundry (vending machine style) You can buy the detergent powder (1 packet for 10 NTD) but not much so need 2 packets for one load. The good thing about this hotel is literally the location.

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided, including a good-sized bed, a functional desk, and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities for everyone! Hot spring in room was definitely an added bonus… Breakfast and Dinner buffets was one of the best I’ve had this trip with huge selection of quality produce. Thank you for an amazing restful trip!

The hotel is really nice and well located. If you take the tourist bus from Zuoying it stops right outside the hotel. However they do have their own free shuttle bus from the station, which we only realised when we left haha. Unfortunately the typhoon had hit when we came to Kenting so I can’t say anything about the beach or outdoor facilities. Breakfast was really good. Huge spread. They had a salad section, a bakery section, fruit section, hot food section, cereal, and even make your own noodles too. So good! In the basement they even have mahjong rooms, pool tables, table tennis, some video games and a soft play area for children. There are two restaurants: a Thai hot pot restaurant and the bar restaurant which has the typical bar foods in it, fried food, pasta fried rice etc. but the prices are a little high so I’d recommend just walking into the town to eat at the restaurants there! Staff were very lovely and very helpful.

Great value for what is offered. The location is not near the city center, but a good retreat in a quiet area. Great hospitality, everyone was so cordial, and good breakfast buffet. The rec center was cool. Must bring own toiletries but you can ask for robe, extra towels, etc.

The service was good and the staff spoke English, which was great! Upon arrival, there was a huge tour checking in so it took quite awhile before we could get to our room. Our room was fairly clean and quite simple for a five star hotel - nothing too fancy. The air con would act up and not turn on at random times so that was a bit annoying. The bathroom looked very nice, however we found strands of hair around the bathtub area....which made us question the cleanliness of the room. Hand soap was not available and you would need to pay for a kit - a first we've seen in a five star hotel. The hotel offers laundry service but it's very pricey! And no iron available to use...also had a fee. There's a rooftop pool available but we didn't use it. Location of the hotel was pretty good as it was close to different forms of public transportation. It was an okay stay but not sure it would be a place we'd return to should we travel in Taiwan again...

The hotel is pretty clean and neat. The location is central and superb! Overall had a great stay there, the only thing I don't really like is the toilet which is designed a bit weird (detached from the shower room) and there is no separation between the shower room and sink area making it a bit weird to take shower in the family room of 4 people.

Good hotel for transit. Overall quite clean. Room is spacious too. Location is quite great, 2 MRT stations from airport plus 8 minutes walk. Staffs can communicate in English. They offered boxed breakfast and taxi booking with NTD 200 fixed rate. One downside, there was a unique smell in the hallway and inside the room, probably from the carpet.. They also don’t provide amenities as regulated by ****** ****.

The hotel is located conveniently at the West District where there's a night life and lots of food! I really love the free washer and dryer available! I think I would come back again
