I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and spotless cleanliness. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out. What really made the difference was the staff's responsiveness and kindness. Whether it was a simple request or a question about local recommendations, they were always eager to help with a smile. Their robot delivers online food orders and was a hit with my daughter! They even kept my Taobao orders a day in advance of my stay and kept it safe in their storage room. I really appreciated this! We were super close to the Pedestrian street, getting a Didi or taking the subway was also very convenient! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Shanghai!

The rooms are beautiful as in the pictures. The hotel is modern and has a young and technologic vibe. The location is perfect. Near to the subway and to Nanjin Pedestrian road on a walking distance. The reception communicated with us through a translation tool. They allowed us to check in before the check in time and for this reason they upgraded the room for free. Everything went smoothly

Shanghai is an attractive city for travelers, but it was especially inconvenient because Alipay was limited. After taking a taxi, Alipay was not available due to roaming, which was very inconvenient, but Alex of Yi Hotel solved the problem by paying with his Alipay. He left a deep impression on our family with his unexpected huge kindness. Except for smoking on the street, Shanghai will be remembered for its delicious food, sincere kindness, and honest and sincere people. Once again, thank you to Alex and the hotel staff.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Chalet Hotel in Shanghai. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was truly outstanding. The reception is open 24 hours, which made check-in smooth and convenient—even at odd hours. One of the highlights of my stay was the professional and courteous support from Panpan at the front desk. He’s went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable for me, and even kindly arranged a late checkout by 2 hours, which I greatly appreciated. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and equipped with great facilities—everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right here. The location is also convenient for getting around the city. I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely love to come back next time I’m in Shanghai. Highly recommend Charlotte Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and guest-focused place to stay.

Exceptional Stay - Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the staffs were incredibly helpful, attentive and professional. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly made our stay feel comfortable. Breakfast perfectly fine for elderly and provided late porridge. Laundry service is good too! Location is also perfect, walking distance to major attractions. Though the room size is slightly smaller than kthers, it does not affect our stay. Understand it located at golden area. Overall, we would stay again if go shanghai, and highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and convenience.

very covenient & cozy! although it's a small-sized hotel, the room i stayed is pretty spacious. beside the hotel is family mart and right across is luckin coffee. a 10 mins walk to the nanjing rd as well as metro station. it's a little hard to navigate at first because there are so many exits but! tip: to exit from exit 1, climb the stairs down, walk through the underpass, climb stairs up again, turn right, you will see far east hotel, turn left, once you see luckin the hotel is right across.

The room we got has a very nice view of the bund skyline. No need to go crowded bund area coz you got it in the room. The hotel is just walkable to rockbund and nanjing road and some nice eateries as well. Very convinient for shopping and food trip. Another thing is the robot deliveries 🥰👍

Treasury Hotel is conveniently located near the Bund and the staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests. In particular, I had great experiences with Manman, Xiaoshen, Keke, and Junjun. Rooms were cleaned well and they provide free washing and drying. I enjoyed my stay.

Like the location, prompting me to take more train than cabby, location is just next to station 1 stop away to people park (foodie location). Right below newly Starbucks service, breakfast is decent light meal for myself with fresh bananas. 7-eleven is just below, although station does look run down. Smart rm is full of apps suitable for local tourist that had subscriptions. Rm are of decent size with a total of 8 storeys, services are overall nice and friendly. Is definitely a place that will visit again if I am back to Shanghai. It can be pretty dark at night, but is quite safe, although I still won’t recommend walking from people park back to hotel at night. Luckin coffee coming up soon. Lobby accept deliveries on guest behalf. Oh ya there’s no securities box or ironing board in the rm. Gym is decent. There is a standing steam ironing there beside the washing machine.
