Hotels With Wifi in Shanghai, China

This hotel is like a time capsule from the 90s. The carpets, decor, colours, everything has been meticulously maintained over the years. It feels like a nostalgic trip back to a bygone era in Shanghai's biggest boom period. Hotel staff are efficient and friendly. The beds/sheets were nice and the rooms very extremely clean. Within 2 minutes of walking you can step into the ”old” Shanghai.

Great location, only a 10-minute walk from Shanghai Station, and super convenient for the subway. It's just three stops to Nanjing Road, and perfect for an evening visit to the Bund. The room was spacious, but the downside was the loud traffic noise from the elevated highway at night – a constant rumble. Also, the shower had two unmarked buttons, so when I turned it on, the overhead shower suddenly blasted water, which was a bit of a shock! As for the bedding, some stains might not have come out in the wash, but they clearly changed the linens. Other than that, the service was really good.

The reception team was very friendly and professional, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom was not at the expected level, and there was a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms. The room was also very small. In addition, there was disturbing construction and maintenance noise coming from the nearby building. When I booked the hotel, its rating seemed excellent, but after staying there, I found it to be average rather than excellent.

This is my fourth time staying at the Shanghai New World Trinity Hotel. This time, I booked a Deluxe King Room, and it was clean and tidy. The location is incredibly convenient for both shopping and getting around; the metro station is just a 2-3 minute walk away. The hotel staff are thoughtful, attentive, and provide warm and friendly service. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I was especially pleased with the young lady with employee ID 115. 👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹

Booked a windowless room to catch an early flight, but it actually had a window facing the corridor. Light seeped through even with the lights off, which was genuinely unsettling. The room smelled musty, and there were water stains on the ceiling and air conditioning vent. It wasn't soundproof at all; I could clearly hear plumbing noises and wind from the corridor. I was even woken up at 2 AM by the conversation of two sisters next door. While a few bad reviews might just be picky guests, nearly a thousand negative reviews definitely have a reason. The only positive was the front desk lady, who was efficient, polite, and professional.

Stayed at Da Zhong Airport Hotel and the biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the convenience. If you have an early flight, late arrival, or short transit, the location is extremely practical since it is directly connected to the airport area and very easy to access without needing extra transport. The rooms are compact but functional for a short stay. Everything was clean and sufficient for resting before the next journey. While it’s not a luxury experience, it serves its purpose well for airport convenience. Check-in was smooth and the overall process was straightforward. Despite being near the airport, the stay was relatively comfortable for a transit hotel. Overall, a very useful option for travelers prioritizing convenience and accessibility near the airport. We booked for airport transfer from the hotel via we chat.  They response very quickly.   However the shuttle got problem on the way and could not make it to the airport but they informed us quickly and try to help in every way.    The service and their responsibility are impressive.   During our stay, the front and the bell are very helpful.  They try to help for every request we ask.    They cannot speak English but that was not the problem, with translation equipment, the communication is no more the problem.    The facilities are superb.   Shower with good water flow, easily adjusted.   I really love their shampoo with Sandalwood fragrance, good quality.   We stay in zootopia room.  The room was designed with nice details.     The mattress and blanket are good quality.  They even have massage chair at the lobby, very thoughtful for the long day at Disneyland. The food are mostly Chinese way, but they have some selection for kids and foreigner.    The fried vegetables are tasty, freshly from the family garden in front of the hotel.   Our family enjoy the breakfast. The location is good for the ones who would like to have a touch with local not the city.   Many local restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel.   Easily access to Disneyland.   Their Disney shuttle system via we chat is very effective.   I picked this hotel because they provide many rounds of Disney transfers.    And even we pick other time, taxi is just 18-20 yuan, 10 min away.       The hotel is quite far away from Shanghai city 1+ hours by taxi. But it is in the middle between  city and Shanghai astronomy museum, which suits us well.     Thanks all staffs for the hospitality.

I chose this airport hotel because I had an early morning flight the next day. The hotel just opened last year, so all the facilities are brand new. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, environment, and service. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, situated right between Pudong Airport Terminals 1 and 2. After checking in, I walked to Terminal 2 to find a restaurant, and the entire journey was smooth. It's very friendly for those needing to transfer flights or catch an early morning departure. I took the intercity railway directly from Hongqiao Railway Station to Pudong Airport. Upon arrival, I recommend everyone go to the ground floor first and check the airport map to quickly confirm their location. On the way to the hotel, I also saw clear hotel signs, so it wasn't difficult to find at all. Since I only stayed for one night, I haven't had the chance to experience breakfast or other hotel amenities. However, as an overnight layover accommodation at the airport, the overall experience was quite good and I would recommend it. Wishing everyone a pleasant journey!

I stay at this hotel regularly. The front desk staff are very friendly and they even offer wake-up calls. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of late-night food options, so you'll never go hungry. It's right next to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which means prices can be a bit high during peak season, but that's to be expected for such a prime location.
