The room was spacious and generally clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. I was staying overnight for a connecting flight and was woken up by people talking loudly in the hallway. It's possible they were just very loud, though. The room had a window, but it faced the bathroom – luckily, there was a curtain to block it out. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but when I tried to call the number they gave me from the airport, it was constantly busy, so I ended up taking a taxi myself. The drop-off service to the airport, however, was perfectly fine; I took the hotel's car.

Hotel location is near the shanghai station so it's convenient if you bought train tickets departing from shanghai station. All hotel staff I met have been really friendly and helpful, very patient with my questions/ requests and also helping me find my tons of parcels everytime I ask for them (parcels are delivered to hotel front desk and they keep a log of ur parcels so it's very easy for parcel collection - you dont even have to look for them yourselves). Room was not very big but I would say its sufficient for 1 or 2 persons max. 1 thing to note however is that the hotel uses centralised heating so for those who came from hotter countries (like me) may not be used to it. I booked a room with windows specifically so that I can have cool air in the room, surroundings get quiet at night so i can still sleep even with the windows open. Room will be better with a mini fridge. Also, their food delivery robot doesnt seem to be working so all the food were delivered by the rider themselves personally (they have to ask for access card from the concierge staff). Also, no mini fridge in the room. Still a recommended stay for a chain hotel in shanghai, the price is acceptable and service is great!

Amazing location with very helpful staff! You are right next to the famous Nanjing road and a 10 min away from the beautiful bund view and thr river. The rooms are nice and cozy and really have a nice aesthetic to them. The view is after the 10 min walk.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Bund facilities are perfect, there are free laundry and gym, near the hotel 100 meters there is a 24-hour nucleic acid point is very convenient. The hotel room was quite new and large, and the hotel also had free snacks and fruit. The front desk, Xiao Ding and Xiao Deng, served us well, added WeChat and helped upgrade the room, The problem was resolved in a timely manner. Excellent review. We will continue to enjoy it next time we get a chance. It was a very happy experience. Since we are foreigners, we didn't speak the language, but the staff was kind enough to help us with the problem. We stayed for a family of eight, We arrived late, and the girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us with our queries. Most pleasantly, there was a small bar on the 16th floor which was very quiet, with songs and a night view. There was also a lot of Chinese and Western breakfasts. Overall, staying at this hotel will not disappoint.

Choosing this hotel for my Shanghai trip was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely prime – just a few minutes' walk to the Bund. In the evening, a stroll along the Suzhou Creek with the gentle breeze was perfect, offering a panoramic view of Lujiazui's dazzling nightscape across the river. If I wanted to shop on Nanjing East Road, it was just a short walk away, completely hassle-free with no need to plan transportation. The hotel service was an even bigger bonus! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted me with warm smiles. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions and dining. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and all facilities were complete and working perfectly. I could even catch a glimpse of the Suzhou Creek from my window. Overall, the experience was fantastic! Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Overall, the room itself wasn't a major issue. The front desk initially upgraded my room, but that room was extremely damp, poorly lit, and the bed felt quite moist. When I informed the front desk, they promptly moved me to a room across the hall. I noticed that northwest-facing rooms tend to be damp but are more spacious, while southeast-facing ones are sunny but relatively smaller. My new room had a very comfortable and huge bed, easily 2.2 meters wide. The soundproofing was excellent; despite being next to a main road, there was absolutely no noise. The concierge at the entrance was also very friendly and actively helped with my luggage. I found this hotel to be particularly suitable for business travelers. Many exhibition attendees stay here, and a lot of airline crew members also use it for rest. As a result, you'll find quite a few international guests.

Who knew?! Choosing the right hotel in Shanghai made my trip even more memorable than the attractions themselves! I stayed at The Blossom House Yu Garden for 2 nights, and from the moment I stepped in until I left, the surprises just kept coming~ ✅As soon as I arrived, a staff member proactively helped with my luggage, and I was greeted with smiles every time I entered or exited. They even discreetly upgraded my room during check-in – my goodwill towards them was instantly maximized! The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, bright, and full of thoughtful design – a bronze-yellow petal-shaped door, a budding flower elevator door, and even large floral decorations in the room. It felt like living in a flowing floral feast. Fresh fruit was provided daily for both nights of my stay, and the hot water for showers at night was super abundant. Coming back after a long day, it was incredibly therapeutic. 🍃Breakfast was a delightful blend of Chinese and Western cuisine! Freshly cooked scallion oil noodles with braised toppings, authentic Shanghai soup dumplings, and plenty of Western salads, desserts, and coffee. Sitting in the restaurant, I could even gaze at the Bund's 'Three Sisters' (Shanghai Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, Jin Mao Tower) plus the Oriental Pearl TV Tower from afar. Eating while enjoying the view was just too pleasant. 🪭The most amazing part was the evening! The hotel offered travel photography and intangible cultural heritage handicrafts. I chose the Yu Garden night tour, and the staff patiently explained the humanities and history along the way, which was far more interesting than just wandering around by myself~ The location is superb, too. The Bund, Yu Garden, and Chenghuang Temple are all within walking distance, so there's no need to rush when exploring, eating, and taking photos! 🎉There are many more details worth mentioning〰️ for example, the bathroom cups were clean and sparkling, the in-room fruit was fresh and juicy, and the mini-bar drinks were complimentary.

brilliant location for terminal 1&2,(100m)and very clean. my only problem was the plugs in the room. please make sure you have a universal adapter plug for charging. tbh you can purchase one in the hotel shop by the lobby.

Amazing value for money! The location is excellent, close to business districts and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern facilities. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was a huge plus. The service was thoughtful and prompt, with quick responses to any requests. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations, and there are lots of great food options right downstairs!

We made a one-night stop here on our 10-day trip, after exploring Hangzhou and Suzhou - and we were revisiting, having already enjoyed four lovely nights here earlier. The stay was pleasant and comfortable, with a appreciated free shuttle service to nearby spots. But the highlight was the complimentary supper every night after 9pm - delicious wonton, noodles, and rice noodles! The staff were friendly, polite, and courteous throughout, making our stay even more wonderful!
