On a business trip to Qingdao, I arrived on a late flight and checked into this hotel. Getting from the arrival gate to the hotel was super convenient; no need to transfer to the city center late at night. For adaptable people like us, there was no noticeable noise disturbance affecting sleep. The hotel overall was good, clean, and hygienic. It's the best choice for a business trip.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the CBD, just a 5-minute walk to my office. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with soft bedding and a spacious work area. The high-speed WiFi was consistently stable. The thoughtful service, especially at breakfast, makes it perfect for business travelers.

The service here is truly exceptional! My friend and I came to Linyi for a relaxing getaway, and this Pullman experience far exceeded our expectations. The river view, service, ambiance, and even the travel photography were all top-notch – it's perfect for a vacation. **Travel Photography:** You can book a hotel photoshoot during your stay, which is fantastic for family photos. The photographer knows all the best spots on the property and even helps with posing – the pictures turn out amazing! **Room & View:** The river view room on the 17th floor (specifically room 23) offers a great view. You can see the entire Shuhe River right from your room. It's incredibly relaxing to just lie in bed and enjoy the river scenery. **Cleanliness & Environment:** Bailey checks in daily to see if we need our room cleaned, and the bedding is always neatly tidied. **Service Details:** Both the front desk and room service staff are incredibly attentive, responsive, and enthusiastic. Staff members we encountered in the hallways always greeted us proactively. From arrival to departure, there were always staff in the lobby ready to help with our luggage.

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. however the room service food isnt so great. Can be improve in the future. Will repeat if visiting the town again.

I recently stayed at Pullman Yantai Center Hotel, and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel truly feels deserving of its 5-star rating, with outstanding service, facilities, and atmosphere. However, there were a few maintenance issues that affected the stay experience. The SONY TV in the room had very poor pixel resolution and display quality. In addition, the bathtub drain plug was difficult to operate and had to be manually removed by hand, and the windows leaked during the rain. There was also an overcharge issue at the front desk during my stay, but the receptionist handled it professionally and promptly corrected the problem by issuing a refund. Their service was outstanding. In addition, I did not receive the wine factory coupons that were supposed to be included during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve these details, as the rest of the stay was otherwise very enjoyable.

The receptionist was very welcoming and upgraded my room for free. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. Parking was convenient and free, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely book again next time. Finally, I want to praise the receptionist again; she was beautiful, kind, and spoke very gently.

First of all, I’d like to thank the incredibly friendly staff who managed to arrange an apartment room for us on the 34th floor with a breathtaking view of the East China Sea, even though we checked in at 1 am. There was also a fruit basket in our room upon arrival, which I’d like to highlight as a very positive touch, as it makes you feel valued as a guest. Overall, our stay at the Haiyi International was wonderful; the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were exactly as described. What’s more, the location is very central on the beach promenade, so we were able to enjoy the light show from our apartment every evening or take a mere 10-minute walk to the beach. For a family of three adults, this apartment is absolutely lovely, especially as it had two bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing I would suggest improving is that the bedroom number two are separated from the living room by glass walls, and as these aren’t fully soundproof, you can hear people in the living room from the second bedroom. Another area for improvement is that, although there are curtains for the glass wall between the living room and bedroom number 2, there is a glass section next to the door to the room that cannot be covered by the curtain, which means the room is flooded with light coming through from the living room. We also noticed during our stay that the hot water runs very slowly, unfortunately – though this is more down to the building itself. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Haiyi International and would book this hotel again for our next visit to Qingdao, thanks to the friendly staff, the excellent location and the facilities.

As always, trust Hanting! The overall environment of the hotel is clean and refreshing, and the lobby is clean and tidy. The layout of the rooms is reasonable, the space is spacious and bright, the hygiene is particularly in place, and every corner is cleaned up. The comfort of the mattress pillow is full, and you can relax and rest when you lie down. The staff are super nice and the demand response is very timely. The breakfast is rich in variety, the home-cooked taste is very appetizing, the overall stay experience is full, it is highly recommended to everyone!

The room has nothing complain about. It was great. I would like to appreciate their extra effort.I am a foreign traveler and checking in at 11:30pm and all staffs was friendly,welcomed and openminded. Since it’s very close to Airport,their guests might be heading to Airport always, but I really appreciated their airport shuttle bus info giving me very clearly and quickly while I am checking in. Shuttle bus departs at 5am taking me airport for 15mins. They also give all 5am guests the breakfast. I was surprised their service. I would recommend to staying here for not only Chinese, but also foreigner travellers.

In general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities.
