"When we checked in, we discovered an issue with the lighting in our room, which was causing a short circuit. After reporting the problem to the reception, it was treated as a priority. Within just a few minutes, I received feedback that the issue had already been resolved.
The reception staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful from the very beginning. At that point, we already knew that our stay at this hotel was going to be a real pleasure.
The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was varied, so everyone should be able to find something they enjoy. Another huge advantage is the location - the hotel is right next to the Bell Tower, making it a perfect base for exploring Xi’an.
I highly recommend this hotel! If I ever return to Xi’an, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation."

See Pu Baosu and never forget the original intention. What is the meaning of growth? Are you facing the world head-on with edges and thorns? Compromise against all unfairness and unspoken rules? Or go all the way to find the first touch? These fragmentary definitions seem insufficient to explain growth. These revitalized rooms seem to be looking for answers. Who doesn’t walk all the way, discard all the way, and then pick up all the way? I am reminded of a poem by Kahlil Gibran, which is suitable to be used here: Don’t forget why we set out just because we have gone too far.
"I loved the localization of this hostel. It's inside of the Muslim quarter, so you get the full street food experience and there's a lot to see. I feel like the Muslim quarter was the most lively place in the city, and there's always a reason for it: people like me love it! The rooms were very clean and tidy, I liked that there where places for you to but your stuff in the bed space, it felt cozy. The air conditioner worked well, but turned off after some time, which was not super nice. The bathrooms were kind of dirty, with lots of hair in the ground. I get that people shower in the bathroom, but I noticed that even after cleaning staff had just cleaned, there was still hair, and the bathroom was super wet, making it difficult to use. The staff didn't speak english at all, but used translation devices when necessary, which is ok. Overall, it was a good stay and I would do it again, but there could be more attention regarding toilet cleaning."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well.
The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening.
The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean.
The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions.
Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"Really great! I arrived quite late, but the hotel was quick to send someone to pick me up from the airport. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with anything I needed, and items were delivered to my room very quickly. The hotel was very clean, and the room was quite spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, the transportation is really convenient. "This hotel’s location is perfect. It is located next to the Bell Tower. The nearby area is clamorous and full of fun, especially during nights. The subway station is next door, very convenient. The hotel’s service is good, especially the free laundry service. The service lady named “张福云” was very warm. I had just left my dirty clothes to her. She had helped me wash and dry them. When I returned to the hotel after a day tour, I found that my clothes had been packed neatly and had been put in paper bags, and had been delivered to my room."

"My stay at GaYa Hotel was thoroughly satisfying, and the most pleasant surprise was the free self-service laundry room on the second floor. It's incredibly practical for travelers visiting Xi'an. The laundry room was spotless and well-maintained, with washing machines and dryers in excellent working order, easy to use, and even laundry detergent provided, so you don't need to bring your own. After a day out sightseeing, you can wash and dry your accumulated clothes in the evening. They come out fresh and fluffy, eliminating any worries about drying and significantly lightening your luggage. The room cleaning was impeccable, the overall environment was quiet and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. "I was genuinely surprised to find such a quality hotel at this price point, definitely a five-star review! It was quite late when I arrived, but the front desk staff were still incredibly welcoming and attentive, not just going through the motions. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the towels were fresh, dry, and soft. All the amenities were brand new and sealed. The air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of the night, but after I called maintenance, a technician arrived within five minutes and fixed it quickly, maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor throughout. I even ran into a cleaning lady in the hallway who greeted me warmly and offered to help when she saw me carrying heavy bags. Parking is free with plenty of spaces, which was very convenient for driving. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; I couldn't hear any street noise even though my room faced the road, and I slept soundly until morning. Downstairs, there are plenty of snack shops and a supermarket, so you don't have to go far for food or essentials. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they are well-maintained and look brand new. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, with no hidden charges. Both cleanliness and service are top-notch, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"The front desk brother service is good, the disadvantage is that it has been written for 26 years. The door of the room was almost rotten, and I was too lazy to take pictures. The smell in the room was very heavy. The bathroom was also very old. I didn't know the sound of the air conditioner at night, or what machine was turned on. The sound was always buzzing. The bedding is still clean."

Guest UserThis time, I stayed at the Atour Hotel Datang Everbright City during my trip to Xi'an. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions, yet it's not right next to the scenic area, so it's very quiet and the environment is lovely. What's especially noteworthy is the hotel's dedicated shuttle service. It's a 7-seater commercial van that offers free pick-up and drop-off to and from the Datang Everbright City scenic area and the Datang Everbright City subway station, which is fantastic.
The hotel room environment is also great, very clean, and comfortable to stay in. The only drawback is that the bay window lacks a screen or security bars, which feels quite dangerous, so I had to repeatedly tell my child to stay away from the window.
The reception (front desk) is on the second floor, as are breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes delicious. Bottled water is available on demand, and the service is also very good.

My stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

Xiaomao-xiaogou-xiaociweiWhenever I travel, a comfortable stay is super important as it really affects my mood for the whole trip. I was debating hotel choices before my journey and finally settled on Yunhe Yebo. From the moment I arrived, I was really pleased – the environment and service were both excellent. Every day, when leaving and returning, someone would greet us; they'd ask if we wanted water when we left and if we wanted congee when we returned. The attention to detail was perfect! I absolutely loved the overall Chinese design elements of the hotel. The room was also incredibly spacious and the soundproofing was great. We stayed for three nights, and both the adults and kids were happy. It's a shame I forgot to take photos. If I get the chance to visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely stay here.

ShoumiaoWe were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!

The location is superb, right between Nan Shao Men Station and Yong Ning Men Station on Line 2, and close to the South Gate entrance of Xi'an City Wall. It's incredibly convenient for airport transfers and reaching any attraction. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and it's close to major shopping malls. The cleaning staff came daily to tidy up, change trash bags, and restock water. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues that came up during our stay.

Breakfast hours are flexible, so you can sleep in and still make it. The 17th-floor infinity pool creates a fantastic atmosphere, but I especially recommend checking out the 17th-floor bar and Bell Tower viewing area at night. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is gentle and attentive, making a stay in Xi'an here very reassuring and comfortable. It's even great for a staycation! I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Anonymous UserHUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.
