We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

I was really really impressed by the service of the hotel receptionists and the help extended to me by them (both at check in (陈小屏）and during the night of my stay（小甘）), the cleanliness and welcoming warmth of the room given and it was a very pleasant stay overall! The hotel's sailor-themed buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the food tasted great with a delicate texture. Room service for deliveries was prompt, enthusiastic, and professional, providing very thoughtful service. The front desk staff were professional and proactive during check-in, making the process quick. Check-out was also fast with no waiting. The whole process was convenient and efficient, we're satisfied and will definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant experience. Thumbs up! The hotel has plenty of free parking. It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!

First off, the location is excellent. The Qijiang River is just a few dozen meters from the hotel entrance, and Qijiang Park is a short walk to the right from the bridge. Crossing the Qijiang Bridge brings you to the Sun Wen West Historical and Cultural Street and Zhongshan Park. The Ferris wheel is not far away, and the bridge offers a perfect spot for night photos. Secondly, the service was great; they upgraded my room type for free as requested. Thumbs up! Finally, the room was spacious, simple, and stylish, reflecting the standard and professionalism of a brand-chain hotel.

This hotel is located diagonally opposite Lecong Shunde Furniture City, making it incredibly convenient for out-of-town guests coming to buy furniture. The rooms are quite spacious, and the cleanliness is good. The service attitude is excellent. This time, I booked a room in advance on Gaode Maps, then completely forgot and booked again on Ctrip. After check-in, the front desk manager proactively called to ask if I had made a duplicate booking. Gaode Maps bookings usually can't be canceled for free, but they helped me process it in their system and contacted Gaode Maps to cancel the order. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Beijing Road with plenty of shopping and food options nearby. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had a good variety and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. Perfect choice for anyone visiting Guangzhou for shopping or a city getaway. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is a bit over budget, but the location is absolutely superb. It's in the heart of the city, very close to the metro and bus stations, making it super easy to get around by taxi too. The surrounding area is very well-developed with lots of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, so everything you need is right at your fingertips. As for the environment, it's a modern and minimalist design, bright and airy with warm lighting and light ink tones, creating a relaxed and un壓抑 (not oppressive) atmosphere. The common areas are clutter-free. The service is excellent, and I particularly want to give a shout-out to Nana and Wendy – they were incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be back!
