I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The team at mercure guangzhou beijing road is amazing, they managed to do their best to allow my family to check in after an early morning flight which helped us get rested before heading out to explore. ms. 陈 & her team at the check in counter were all very friendly which made everyone feel very welcome. thank you for another amazing stay, looking forward to the next! :)

The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

The most satisfactory hotel I stayed in Shanwei. The front desk provided professional and enthusiastic reception service, and introduced the hotel's business location and free facilities in detail. I booked a garden-view room with an area of ​​60 square meters, which was exactly the same as the picture. I was very satisfied with it, clean and well-equipped. On the way to check in, I could also take my children to the children's area to play claw machines and video games. In the afternoon, I went to the hotel's underground first floor. The Suzhou Garden is really beautiful. I took a lot of photos. It was so cool to swim and exercise in the fitness center. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. From service to hygiene to facilities, it is all five-star standard. Thumbs up! Recommended to stay!

I went to Chaoshan with my father and sister. The room was by the sea, clean and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling bay window looked directly at the sea. The tatami was very convenient. The three of us sisters played cards and slept on the tatami. It was very convenient to have a washing machine, so we could wash clothes at any time. The housekeeper service was in place and responsive. When we arrived, we were sent to the surrounding specialty food and restaurants. Check-in was very convenient. We stayed for two nights. The next morning, we asked them to clean the room. It was very clean and the clothes were folded neatly. It was considerate! Facilities: All electronic, convenient!

This is our second stay at Fairyland Resort Hotel, our first stay was in 2018, environment is still the same, nice beach, excellent hotel with much more amenities as compared to 2018. The kids really enjoy their stay here.

Beautiful and clean room, wonderful location, super comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Literally every single request you might have would be taken care of. Wonderful view to the Shenzhen Futian skyline. Really close to the Futian checkpoint. Totally recommend!

The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember. The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes. I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me. If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing. This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.

The Pause House had the perforce location in the Danxia park area. It was very close to a bus stop for the tourist bus. The host at the desk was extremely helpful and aided me in booking tickets for attractions like the cable car and the ferry ride. My room was comfortable and beautifully painted. The breakfast in the morning was so filling and they took into account my dietary needs. I would recommend it!

The room was fair, and the service was quite good when I requested assistance with an extra desk, as I was unable to work with my computer wedged between the shelves. However, the facilities in the room need some improvement; I felt uncomfortable having to look up at the ceiling with silver tapes worrying it’s going to fall. Additionally, the electricity went out on the last morning of my stay, which was inconvenient…
