TTiancaixiaoxiongmaoAs a frequent business traveler, my hotel requirements are quite practical: a comfortable stay and convenient access. This time, Mehood Lestie completely met my needs.
The service was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk staff was very quick with check-in and even proactively offered a warm lemon water, saying it would be comforting in the cool weather – a thoughtful detail that really impressed me. After checking in, I noticed my documents were a bit wrinkled, so I asked if I could borrow an iron. Within 7 minutes, it was delivered to my room, and the staff even patiently showed me how to use it, without any hint of impatience.
The cleanliness was impeccable. The first impression upon entering the room was how fresh and clean everything was. The bed sheets and duvet covers were smooth and spotless, and there wasn't even any dust in the crevices of the nightstand. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation; the toilet and sink were sparkling, toiletries were neatly arranged, and there wasn't even a single strand of hair in the shower drain. I felt completely at ease staying there.
The environment and facilities were perfectly suited for a business trip. The lobby was quiet and not noisy, allowing me to comfortably wait for clients on the sofa. The desk in the room was spacious enough, and the lamp provided just the right amount of brightness for working on proposals late at night without straining my eyes. The mattress was neither too soft nor too hard, and after a busy day, I could lie down and relax immediately. My sleep quality was much better than at previous hotels.
The location is also very convenient, only a seven-minute walk to the subway station. This saved me a lot of time by avoiding rush hour traffic when going to clients' offices. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city for business!

DDANIEL PATRIKIbis offers a comfortable and very convenient stay within walking distance of 2 metro stations, Qifeng Park, and many restaurants. While the room could have been cleaned better, the comfort, facilities and service by the friendly receptionists more than made up for it. I particularly appreciated being able to do laundry onsite and getting directions and advice from the staff.

MM20397****The hotel environment is quite good, with plenty of food options. It's also incredibly convenient for the subway, just a few hundred meters from the entrance. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is decent. My only complaints are that the air conditioning can be a bit loud and the soundproofing isn't great. The breakfast selection is quite rich as well. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The decoration is simple and elegant and warm, with white bedding, and the overall hygiene is clean and refreshing.
The little brother at the front desk is warm and responsive. Service attitude is as good as ever.
So that I have chosen to stay here many times. It is impeccable!

MM258249****I celebrated my birthday at the Rosewood, and the hotel arranged a cake and a birthday card, which I really appreciated. The location and service are both excellent. No matter what floor you're on or what time of day, whenever you encounter staff, they'll greet you with, ”Hello, is there anything I can help you with?” It's very attentive, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely bring my family back again.

GGuest UserGood location. B2 directly access to gongyuanqian metro and many restaurants. Walking distance (5-6 min) to Beijing pedestrian street and da fo shi. Only 2-3 stations away from tourist spot like hua cheng da dao, canton tower and li ji wan. Apartment is clean, counter staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast (street dim sum in the photo) just outside gongyuanqian metro station is cheap and very delicious. Can easily find delicious local food at Beijing pedestrian street. The only downside is not easy to find the apartment from front door due to the constructions. Once you check in, you can easily connect to metro via B2 and avoid front door.

HHuahuayaofafarCame up north for the weekend. I arrived at the hotel already past midnight, having booked it last minute. The front desk staff were still incredibly warm and attentive. When I ordered takeout late at night and forgot chopsticks, they promptly helped me out! The room was spacious and very clean, and there are so many great places to eat nearby!

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved the heated swimming pool, which was also very clean and well-maintained.
Special thanks to the following staff members who made our trip even more wonderful:
Juan (娟) from the front desk, who went out of her way to help us use the mobile app and use it to book a taxi for the first time.
Leslie (健仔) from the lobby, who was very friendly and provided us with excellent advice on what to see in the city.
Seto (司徒師傅) from the restaurant, who was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations on the best places to eat in the city.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the subway (about a 10-15 minute walk), and the road can be a little quiet at night. However, this wasn't a problem for us once we learned how to use the mobile app for taxis, which are very affordable in the city.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff, particularly at the reception, were not only fluent in English but also extremely helpful, providing detailed travel advice for exploring Heshan. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes that catered to the diverse tastes of international guests.
The rooms were another highlight of my stay. They were spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene environment. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped with essential toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes, showing attention to detail.
The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to several key attractions and shopping areas, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The vicinity also boasts numerous local restaurants, allowing me to indulge in authentic local cuisine while experiencing the culture of Heshan.
