The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in and check-out very efficient. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, treating guests kindly and with great approachability. The entire experience felt very comfortable. Secondly, the airport transfer service was incredibly responsive. After booking in advance, they responded promptly and arranged everything perfectly. The driver was waiting on time, making transportation hassle-free and saving me from worrying about my travel plans. What truly deserves special praise is how they handled an issue last night. Upon checking in, the room next door was a bit noisy and disturbed my rest. When the hotel staff found out, they dealt with it incredibly promptly and efficiently. Their attitude was sincere, and they resolved the problem without delay, ensuring my peaceful environment immediately. They showed great responsibility. Overall, the entire stay was perfect. The service was heartwarming, and they were reliable in handling things. I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit Xiamen, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

My overall stay at the Shangri-La Fuzhou was excellent. The room was spacious and bright, and the facilities were comprehensive, making for a very comfortable stay. There was a minor issue during my stay, but the staff handled it promptly and sincerely after I contacted them, resolving the problem perfectly. The service was very responsible, and I would definitely recommend it.

This 4-star hotel is just as good as other well-known brands, but at a much more affordable price. The facilities are excellent and comprehensive, including a mahjong and card room, a gym, a swimming pool, a buffet breakfast, and a laundry room. The guest rooms are brand new and elegantly decorated. Plus, parking is free! The staff are very service-oriented and efficient. It was a really pleasant stay, highly recommended!

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's a mere ten-minute walk to Sanfang Qixiang and Wuyi Square, and there are countless snack shops right outside the door. The front desk staff were efficient and accommodating, especially with luggage storage. The room was spotless, the mattress was comfortable, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep. This place is so convenient for exploring Fuzhou's food scene and sights, offering great value for money. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit.

The location was also great, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions. For international guests, the only minor challenge was that the hotel's WiFi registration and connection process wasn't particularly straightforward, and there might be some restrictions when using an overseas number. However, apart from that, everything else was excellent, and the overall stay still deserves a five-star rating. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xiamen!

The courtyard garden is beautiful, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment. The rooms are well-equipped and provide a very pleasant stay. Plus, you can enjoy the hot springs to unwind after your travels. The staff are incredibly attentive; they offered fruit tea upon check-in and proactively shared sightseeing routes and recommended local attractions. Their attention to detail made for a wonderful overall experience and a very comfortable stay. A special shout-out to the concierge at the front desk: after checking out, I realized I'd left something behind, and the concierge not only contacted me but personally delivered it back. Their responsibility and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. From the environment and facilities to the service, everything was impeccable, making for an absolutely amazing experience. If you're visiting Zhangzhou, staying here offers incredible value for money!

Arrived at this Ningde hotel on the fourth night of the ***** New Year. It's located in the new district, near the CATL industrial park. **Facilities:** Excellent. They have everything, including washing machines and fitness equipment. **Cleanliness:** I'd give it a 70 out of 100. The room's details could definitely be improved. **Environment:** There's a nice lake nearby, great for a stroll. It's quite a distance from the city center, about 12km, which takes at least 25 minutes by car. **Service:** The service was pretty good, especially considering it was during the New Year period.

The hotel is newly renovated and perfect for fitness enthusiasts like us. The treadmills even have an incline mode. It's great value for money. The bedding is very comfortable, and the blankets are lightweight and not heavy. The hotel is quite clean, and there are many snack shops downstairs. Transportation is very convenient.

I initially chose another hotel, but wasn't satisfied. Then I came to Lan Ou Hotel, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. The room has a big bed and a comfortable sofa to lounge on. It's located next to a residential area, so it's super quiet at night for sleeping. They even offer Fujian local snacks for breakfast! The hotel front desk service is also very attentive; they were still actively answering questions even near midnight. I'd recommend this place to anyone flying in or just arriving in Fuzhou. Plus, it's close to a street full of delicious food. Definitely avoid hotels near the highway; they're noisy at night. In short, if you're in Fuzhou, choose Lan Ou!

There were nine of us, and we drove here ourselves. We saw that this hotel had good reviews, so we decided to book it. They don't have their own parking, but luckily, the front desk staff helped us find parking across the street, which was super convenient for getting in and out and didn't cost extra. We stayed in a family room with two 1.8-meter beds. The room was really big; we could lay out all our suitcases with no problem at all, there was plenty of space. The location is pretty good too, very close to all the attractions. Even though we only had one day, thanks to the great location, we managed to visit all the popular spots. The room's cleanliness was also excellent, and the disposable toiletries were plentiful. The shampoo was surprisingly good; my hair wasn't greasy at all after washing. The hairdryer was powerful too; my hair dried in just a few minutes. The front desk lady's service was exceptionally good, very enthusiastic, and she recommended some delicious restaurants nearby that we all found to be good value for money. The soundproofing wasn't as bad as I thought; it was actually very quiet at night, and we slept really comfortably. There's breakfast right on the roadside upstairs with lots of local specialties, and they're all very affordable. Oh, and there are three washing machines and dryers, so plenty to go around, no need to queue. Zhenyue definitely added a lot of fun to our Xiamen trip!
