The picture shows the stunning view of Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) from my window. It was breathtakingly beautiful. I was so excited when I opened the window in the morning. At breakfast, a fellow guest at my table, who had just come down from Bright Summit (Guangming Ding), exclaimed that they had witnessed a perfect sunrise today. Coincidentally, we had seen an equally perfect sunset from the very same spot the day before. Pictures three and four are of that sunset. We were quite exhausted after watching the sunset from Bright Summit and walking back. As soon as we entered the hotel, a sense of warmth and brightness enveloped us. Manager Xiao Min softly and gently inquired about our needs. Later in the evening, she even brought us mugwort sachets, which was when I realized there was a foot-soaking tub in the room. A basin of hot water was exactly what we needed to wash away our fatigue. We had a perfect trip to Huangshan, and choosing to stay at Baiyun Hotel was definitely a wise decision.

The Xihai Hotel is located near the Xihai Grand Canyon, about an hour's walk from the Yungu cable car, with not too many steps. We saw many porters along the way, who work incredibly hard, so we understand the slightly higher room rates. The rooms are quite compact; the beds are not much bigger than those in university dorms, everything is miniature-sized 🤣. However, I must praise the excellent service. The staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk even offered comforting ginger tea, which was a thoughtful touch in the sub-zero temperatures. We also received a complimentary souvenir, which we would have happily taken if we weren't already heavily burdened from hiking down the mountain! I particularly enjoyed the 7:30 PM lobby performance; it was creative and considerate, with almost everyone getting a small stool to sit on. The Cloud Foot Massage within the hotel seemed effective, aside from the price! The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, with many items I enjoyed. The black tea and coffee were average; the black tea was milder than the local Qimen black tea from Huangshan but still pleasantly warming.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

Came to Hefei for Zhou Shen's concert, but couldn't get tickets, and all the hotels near the Sports Center were fully booked. So I chose InterContinental; I've always had a soft spot for them because I'm a member. As expected, the lobby was very grand upon entering. My room was upgraded to a deluxe floor, which included a BLUEAIR air purifier. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a very comfortable design. The hotel provided welcome fruit and Bai Xiang water daily, which was a nice touch! The hotel is very close to Intime in77, and Swan Lake is right across the street. I even walked to the concert from here, so the location is great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei.

Thoughtful details, 100% on point: - The room was equipped with two thick windproof jackets (warmer than my own down jacket!) - Underfloor heating + air conditioning provided a double boost; the room felt like a warm oven after returning from stargazing at night. 2. Butler-style service: The butler was super professional, sending the sunrise timetable and sightseeing route map in advance, even marking ”the least crowded times for the 'Brush of the Dream' attraction.” 3. High-altitude gourmet dining: - The dinner buffet offered freshly cooked Huizhou hairy tofu and mini hot pots (hot soup is so comforting after a hike!) - You absolutely must try the preserved vegetable pastry for breakfast! It's amazing with a freshly ground Americano from the coffee machine.

A day before check-in, I received a call from the hotel informing me about nearby road construction and proactively offering a complimentary upgrade to a river view room. Check-in was smooth, the facilities were well-equipped, and they even provided complimentary sweet cookies and fruit. All the staff were very friendly. A small park is conveniently located right outside. The buffet was decent, but items weren't restocked very promptly. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel meets Western standards: rooms are clean, breakfast is varied, and service is excellent. The location is great too, as there is a mall right next to the hotel, with different food options.

It is recommended that the hotel send the staff in charge of breakfast to visit Mobert opposite you to learn what their breakfast is like. Its price is only half of yours. How much meat, cakes and snacks are there for breakfast. Your breakfast is really shameful! It may not even catch up with the breakfast of the All Seasons.
