would like to inform you that I was subjected to a disrespectful attitude by the receptionist, which is completely unacceptable and disrespectful, and contains unacceptable racism. On Friday night 1 September at 23:35, I went to buy a bottle of water and they are people in reception. I asked them for permission to pass before them, so they smiled at me welcoming, but the receptionist refused to pass me and asked me in an unkind way to wait . There was another woman waiting, and after the customer finished his check in, the woman looked at me and allowed me to pass before her because it was only a bottle of water, but the receptionist shouted at me and refused to pass my order with bad way!!! . I left the water and he insisted that I wait even though the woman repeated her words and told him that she allowed me to pass because it was a bottle of water... I strongly object to this inappropriate attitude of your employee..

Convenient transportation. The train station is directly accessible by ferris wheel, breakfast is good, the lake is convenient, cost-effective, the square is just outside, and the market is also convenient for shopping. The goods here are cheaper than other cities.

A luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices.

What a surprise. Entrance, garage, check-in were so easy. But there was another big surprise: we were upgraded to a Suite. Room and bathroom were prefect and clean. The restaurant food was very good. There is a nice terrace overlooking the large swimming pool. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. Breakfast was a very well appointed buffet. The location was perfect for us. Not too far from the freeway without the drawbacks and not too far from Lugano that can be reached in less than half hour. We highly recommend this hotel.

Just beside the cable car station. The cable car takes three minutes to the train station. The hotel has a free cable car card. Warm, warm, free drinks and drinks in the lobby. Wangzhong is quiet. The surrounding shopping restaurant is very convenient, a few steps to the lake. Recommended to stay. But I booked a deluxe room, which is larger than a desk, and it is the highest price in several prices. But the ordinary room given by the hotel does not have a desk. I am too lazy to say it. The next price will be booked at the lowest price.

Just by the lake, the location is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the western breakfast is quite rich, the restaurant is on the 2nd floor, the large floor-to-ceiling glass window is the lake view, watching the beautiful scenery leisurely eating breakfast is very pleasant, no parking lot, across the road There is a parking space, free after 7 pm, one hour after 7:00, only one coin, only coin.

the best hostel experience of my travels. the hotel rooms are on the upper floors of a beautiful Villa right behind the Lugano train station (5 minute walk). the hostel rooms are in the cellar. one communitity bathroom with 2 showers and 2 WC and 3 separate rooms with bunk beds. small pillows, sheet and blanket are included. community kitchen and large fridge for food and drinks. the MOST AMAZING POOL! with sun lounge beds, small bar and towels. for a summer visit to Lugano, it is best value stay and very easy to find.

Well..... where do I start, this is one of the most breath taking places I have ever visited in the world. I booked this for my daughters 30th birthday it was her choice to go to Switzerland, neither of us had visited this part of the world before and it far exceeded our expectations. It took a plane, train and a taxi to get us to the hotel so a bit of a journey but sooooooo worth it. We flew to Milan, took a train to Lugano and got a cab up to the hotel. Tip catch the 444 bus from the train station, it so much cheaper than a cab and the bus drops you right outside the hotel, we used the bus every time after that to go down to the town. The hotel itself is stunning, the views are amazing, you have to see them to believe the photos do not capture the utter beauty of this place. You will also notice the peace, all you can hear is birdsong, it is absolute heaven. The hotel staff are amazing, they could not be more helpful. We has lots of questions and time and again they helped even printing bus time tables and giving us maps and tips. We had a welcome prosecco on arrival and then went to find our room. WOW! and what a room We had been upgraded from a garden room to a room with a view of the lake and a wrap around balcony. My daughter opened the balcony door and almost burst with excitement, it was amazing. We had a twin room which was large and super bathroom and even the view from the loo. The room was clean and comfortable, there is a safe, fridge and kettle. You are provided with robes, slippers and even a bag to pop your bits in when using the spa. This hotel has thought of everything. I could write a 10,000 word review on this hotel there is so much to say. The infinity pool is warm and you lean your elbows up on the side and just stare at that view. There is an amazing indoor pool which you can swim into from the outside pool through automatic doors. Tip give the sensors a little wave and the doors open quicker. We had two treatments in the Dot spa a massage on one day and a facial on the other, both fabulous and the staff in the spa are great. Breakfast was included in our room rate and had so much choice. We eat in the restaurant for lunch a dinner but also had room service and dinner on our balcony which was lovely and a little bit cheaper to. The view every where are fantastic, it takes 30 minute to get up the mountain so you are very high. There is a little airport way below and we loved watching the planes take off over the lake and we were still way above them. We took a walk through the Algra mountain one morning and whilst it is challenging (its very steep) it is so beautiful and worth the climb. I could say so much more but I think you should just go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed you will come away feeling on top of the world. My daughter loved it so much she is going to return with her husband for their 10th wedding anniversary. Thank you so much Kurhaus we had the best time.

The accommodation is top in all areas. The only thing that has irritated us a little at the beginning is the unused reception. Check in online, but it has super hit. We could get into the room at 1400 instead of 1500. Because we wanted separate beds, and these were only in the higher category, we were simply ”upgraded”, just top. Also the extra bed for our 5-year-old daughter was mega comfortable. It was all very clean and the daily cleaning was Super. We are and were just excited. We will certainly come back. If you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome. I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.

Excellent in all! Absolutely wonderful location (only accessible with taxi) whether day or night! A wonderful DeLuxe room with sea view! The size, the materials of highest quality and finest design. Eat excellent in the Bistro, since full booked in the restaurant! Unfortunately only one night a.Gr. of much work also in Lugano (visit a super performance in the art and culture center). The fitness/sauna was unfortunately closed, but private spa was bookable before departure Sunday morning ... good alternative. The gardens around the sky! The team was super professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Good and dream of my next visit to Villa Leopold ...Heartly recommended for enjoying the fine and good ... Denise Worlds in Zurich

I stayed only one night as my preferred hotel was fully booked and I was forced into hotel city lugano. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was the kindest I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Sure the decor isnt anything to praise and they dont have room service or other basics but it is clean and efficient. I have to say one more time that the staff here is just amazing, every single one of them. I would recommend this hotel.

As we alwere a group traveling for photography we spent one night here but definitely coming back .Excellent location excellent service fantastic rooms and worth the price .The hotel restaurant Perbacco and a definite must wether you are in the hotel or not .

Personal very friendly! Even our dog was very warmly welcomed. Breakfast is very enough and the evening menus simply but rather delicious. A manko goes into the city of Locarno : unfortunately not dog-right. It has a lot of asfalt, which can lead to burns. Most possible green areas are not allowed for dogs.

Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen! See ist eine Strassenüberquerung entfernt und in 8 Min Binder Piazza grande entfernt. Haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Beim Check In meldet uns die freundliche Mitarbeiterin ein Upgrade Zimmer mit Seesicht, da das von gebuchte Zimmer nicht mehr zu Verfügung stand. Zimmer gross und sauber, mit Tisch und Stühle, innen sowie aussen. Sohn war müde vom Wandern und durfte sein vom Hotelrestaurant zubereiteter Hamburger mit frischen Pommes im Zimmer geniessen. Das Bettsofa war komfortabel gross, das Bett selbst sehr bequem. Vielfältiges Interkontinentales Frühstück. Dank des milden Wetters sassen wir draussen. Stayed here for 1 night. The location of the hotel is perfect, only a block away from the lake. The hotel parking is right below the hotel. Unfortunately it cannot be reserved. The rooms in the hotel are pretty small, but very clean and a very comfy bed. The service at the hotel was good and friendly from check-in to breakfast the next morning. Overall, it was a great value stay and I will go there again.

We’ve stayed in a junior suite with a spectacular lake view. Loved everything about this hotel. The room, the view, location. Also hotel had a parking spots available for guests (26 euros per night). The thing I wanted to highlight is breakfast. It’s amazing: rich, fresh and delicious.

This brand-new hotel on the lake just around the corner from Locarno in Muralto turned out to be a great choice for our stay in Ticino. Extremely comfortable modern rooms with great bathrooms and lake view, a very nice bar on the terrace outside with lots of comfy chairs and sofas, and extremely helpful staff. It also has a fully equipped bike room with tools, workstand, laundry and washing station, as well as city bikes available for clients' use.

The hotel was excellent for our overnight stop in Locarno although we would have happily stayed longer. Travelling by train, the hotel is conveniently close to train station (but not so that you get bothered by any noise). The rooms are very modern, clean, well equipped, quiet and with comfortable beds. The staff are really friendly, very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast is ideal. Really enjoyed the fabulous stained glass windows and it made using the stairs (although there is a lift!) a real pleasure too.
