The bathtub in the bathroom had dust in it. I told the front desk and they offered me a room change.

Rie DezThis is my second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. I had to book this last minute since the Airbnb I had booked did not work out as needed. The staff was friendly upon arrival and listened to my requests. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I will always come back to this hotel whenever I come back to visit Montreal.

NannanxiaoQThe hotel's location and price are excellent. The only issue is that rooms facing the street can be quite noisy at night. Perhaps it's because we got a special rate and were given a room on the lowest floor (third floor). It was particularly loud at night, especially on weekend evenings! On the plus side, it's right across from Chinatown, which is very friendly to Chinese guests.

Conveniently located for exploring the city, close to the metro and bus station. It's a capsule hotel where you have an electronic card for a large luggage locker, a locker for shoes (on a lower level, in the basement), and you can enter the capsule area with sandals using the same card. The bathrooms are cleaned several times a day, and the shower water was excellent. They provide towels as a deposit for 5 Canadian dollars, which is refunded upon checkout. The internet works very well.

Guest UserThe toilet was clogged. Our key cards kept malfunctioning, and we had to get them reset several times to access our room. The facilities felt a bit worn. On a positive note, we were able to keep the same room. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the included breakfast was comprehensive, and the air conditioning worked very well.

ZhangdadageGreat location, comfortable beds, and the common areas are cozy, quiet, and spacious. The kitchen has plenty of seating and tables, and a wide array of cooking utensils. There are backpackers from all over the world, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. Sitting there, whether eating or just browsing on my phone, was incredibly comfortable and relaxing – a feeling I haven't experienced in years. If you're traveling solo to Quebec, this is the best choice.

BL LondonGreat location. Close to old Montreal. Rooms were big, comfortable bed, good working shower but a tad tatty. Although very clean, the rooms and hotel need a major refurbishment. It was like stepping back into the 1980s. However, this has to be balanced by the location and great service from the team at reception.

Two traffic lights away from the train station, and it's all downhill from there. The area is packed with all sorts of hotels. This one is located in a new skyscraper business building, so the facilities are brand new. The shower room is spacious (finally, no bathtub!), and the design is young and trendy. Service is great, though it's mostly self-service, of course.

Guest UserVery very good room, the decoration style is mainly industrial waste and rebel art style, there are also small ideas in the icon design, very French art romantic style. Basically, the room installations have been slow rebounded, very careful. The boss is also very enthusiastic, you can also store your luggage for free before check-in time, and there are recommendations and route planning nearby shops at the door. The front desk is very fluent in English and there will be no language barrier. A black brother from Hong Kong speaks fluent Cantonese. The room was also very pleasant, with a large area of dry and wet separation. It is also very close to the old city. It takes about ten minutes to walk. It is a surprise to live in such a good place in Quebec.

Very good, the facilities are quite complete, the price is not high, there are English and French services, there is free parking, there are good restaurants near the highway, but the sound insulation is not very good, the room upstairs will hear the sound
