Location - The place is located in front of the beach of the Futuro, which is great day, because it has several famous barricades that gives you to walk, but at night it is desert and the residents disadvise walking around - either on the edge or on the back street. It is worth noting that there is no easy access pharmacy in this region. It has a 24-hour box (ATM) inside Crocobeach restaurant, which works over the day. Otherwise, there is no other place near to get money. Structure - As several previous comments here, the hotel really needs a reform. The accommodation is very small, with old structure. The window in the room was open to the garage - super-moving and noisy, both by guests and by suppliers. As tb commented the room is well swallowed, there is a lack of real ventilation, which makes it impossible to spend a lot of time inside - you have to spend the night and go to the street day. The hotel has a freezer with beers, refrigerators, water, dishes, etc in the reception, which can be placed on the room's account. The hotel restaurant serves the lunch orders in the evening (there are pizza, tapioca, omeles, etc, prepared at the time). The breakfast was very reasonable. The feeling was that the salts were from the previous day and the fruit were cut down there. The hotel has a small, beautiful swimming pool. The outdoor has a bathroom to take care of that area of psychiatrics. If you want to be quiet, without swallow, ask you to put you in some higher floor - although you have no lift, it will be worth it for the noise that the ground has (mainly for the transit of officials and guests between garage and reception/kitchen, Finally, for anyone who wants to spend a weekend on the beach, go out to other neighborhoods and stay as little as possible in the hotel, valley. I don’t speak any Portuguese. Before arrival email enquiries were responded to quickly, professionally and in English. Check in and Check out on 2 occasions went very smoothly and any requests dealt with satisfactorily including storage of luggage during a side trip to Brasilia. Door and security staff were always very welcoming. Housekeeping – invisible but excellent with room and public areas perfectly clean. Restaurant staff equally hospitable with the egg chef even taking time (as well as cooking) to write on guests’ egg orders “Tenha um bom dia – Luana!” Restaurant – Breakfast – Part of my stay coincided with Carnaval weekend when the hotel was full. During those few days the buffet breakfast was very busy and free tables were difficult to find. Despite this the buffet was always well stocked. Comments have been made in other reviews about the contents of the breakfast buffet. I have to say I found the variety and quantity of the international and local specialities on offer more than adequate and combined with eggs, omelettes and tapioca dishes cooked to order was more than sufficient to satisfy any appetite. I had dinner only once during my stay mainly due to the limited menu choice and prices higher than in other restaurants Public Areas – There is a small manicured garden at the entrance and a covered area with seating. The double height reception area looks to have undergone a recent renovation and you would hope to be a sign of things to come. On the ground floor is a well equipped Gym. On floor “J” (first floor) a small pool area, jacuzzi, sauna, play and games rooms. The whole of this area looking very tired and by the time of my departure the pool, jacuzzi and sauna had been demolished and were due to be replaced over a 45 day period 4 lifts serve all floors and I never had to wait more than a few seconds for one to arrive. When he arrived in the other room, we realized that the Box door was blocked and the breaking the bathroom compartment door was massaged. The bed is smaller than the bed and is swinging overnight. The finish of the room is bad. The next day we went to coffee. There was only one staffer to make the tapioca/omelette requests for all rooms and pass... are more than 60 rooms. It was a very stressful experience and I will not return and not recommend.

I have been loyal to that hotel 3 times in a row. But my last experience, during the pandemie was HORRIBLE. A CUT OF AC FOR 3 1/2 HOURS, WITHOUT WARNING, TO SAVE MONEY BECAUSE NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE. Nobody told me this; I asked why, I got reasons all as fanciful as each other!THE TRUTH, BEFORE LEAVING. If you can t afford to look like a 5 stars hotel, don t pretend it with the rate! The cherry on the cake was a morning, because everything was so old-in terms of food, to find some eggs of cockroach eggs in corn flakes- i do have substantial proofs, pixs, videos, & more.... The owner Fernando had the audacity to talk to me nicely about the situation-not to eat french fires in order to have clients satisfied- EXCUSE ME, it's normal! it's not a favor(maybe Brasil, not anywhere else, travel Dear!) I paid, and got expulsed, because too demanding????- in a middle of a pandemic!!, to satisfy the little ego and unprofessionalism of that owner who makes you think he is rich-quite the opposite!.... (He didn t speak english well, -not his fault, but that s ok.) His action was almost criminal. To expel people in the middle of a pandemic in a dirty, unprofessional way, who pay a 5 star (but in fact, it is only 1 and a half star) and who have asked for explanations.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all amazing, all of them were happy to go the extra mile for you whatever the request, in perfect English no less. The facilities were great, although the pool area could get a little crowded on busier days. The rooms were very spacious, the air conditioning was extremely good, although the decor was a little dated. Room service food wasn't great but when is it ever? A great location, right across the road from what felt like one of the safer areas on the beachfront.

We stayed at the Vila Galé in Fortaleza this summer. We were looking for a hotel close to the beaches and the city, and with a good affordable price. Already with food included and room service, and we couldn't miss the pool. And we couldn't be happier with our experience. It’s a four-star hotel,from the pictures we were expecting the building to be modern but in fact it has a very rustic style inside. One thing that surprised everyone was that the rooms were very large and comfortable and the bathrooms were also very large. Besides, the service is super good because there people are super friendly and funny. However one thing that should improve is parking because one of the parking is private and the other is shared with the hotel in front, and the convenience stores inside the hotel were not good because there were no things that should have (like slippers and swimsuits), not just souvenirs. This hotel is obviously not that cheap, but it is worth the price because it is a very quiet place, very well located, with a beautiful view to the sea, with some very good foods and activities for children.This hotel is ideal for going with children up to 7 years old because it has many activities, and to go with friends too as it is cheap and quality. My final grade is 4 stars. Very good hotel !!!

Surroundings are beautifull and villa we stayed in was really comfortable. The restaurant has very good food and they deliver your food in you villa if you wish to eat at your own private pool. This really gave us the ultimate vacation feeling and we will go back next year for sure.

The perfect location for anyone going to a event at the Ceará Event Centre.It is 15 minutes from the road, and type 3 minutes from the Event Centre, along with the very persistent Iguatemi. The room was comfortable (i stayed in a executive room), with good cleaning and quality bed linen. cable TV, wifi, air conditioning ok.My reservation is in relation to the size of the bathroom box. I saw several comments from people who have already been home there, but I paid to see with my eyes, rs. The box is MINIMUM! I have no problem with small spaces, but that box gave me claustrophobia. And the water of the shower falls all widely, so it was impossible to take a bath with the open box. I took a bath at the hurry to get out there. I've got 1.57 and 60 kg, so if you're a big person, you'll have a worse experience. I asked for dinner to eat in the room and it took more than 1 h to arrive because the kitchen official was in rest time, even being 19h. But ok. Breakfast fat and varied, staff, modern building.

Cheguei no hotel as 23.30 do dia 09.01.24, no dia seguinte a minha colega de trabalho grávida veio de Fortaleza, chegando as 5h, e a chamei para tomar café, claro pagando, pois estávamos a trabalho e a empresa permite. A abordagem no café foi horrível, perguntaram o quarto, dei o meu número de quarto, ele deixou bem claro que só constava meu nome, de uma forma rude como se eu quisesse de graça o café. Avisei que seria pago o café a mais... Após isso, não o bastante, ao pedir a mala da minha colega apenas para colocar no quarto o mesmo do café flagrei descendo correndo e me seguindo para saber o que eu ia fazer, ao chegar no quarto recebi a ligação que ”acompanhante” teria que passar na recepção antes. Fiquei muito bravo, pois não estava hospedando ninguém, apenas guardando a mala e iríamos cumprir uma agenda de visitas na cidade. A mesma possuía reserva no mesmo hotel, só que após as 14h que ela podia dar entrada. Achei uma falta de respeito, preparo e insinuação que a minha colega grávida seria uma espécie de ”acompanhante” minha. Despreparo, despreparo e uma situação constrangedora. Uma rede forte, porém vendida com funcionários mal preparados.

O hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento é ótimo, muito bem organizado, limpeza impecável. As instalações são novas, o banheiro é muito bom, o chuveiro é maravilhoso! Café da manhã com variedade e muito sabor! A piscina é bem linda! Toda a decoração do hotel é muito charmosa. Eu amei a estadia lá!

Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Ar condicionado, wi-fi no quarto (funciona médio) e frigobar. O ponto alto é o café da manhã. Várias opções na mesa, tudo fresquinho e gostoso. O melhor são as tapiocas feitas na hora por moças sorridentes e muito agradáveis. Adoramos.

The hotel is very good staying in the street of the forro, excellent location. The large clean room with soft single beds excellent trawlers, large clean bathroom has a crochet head only missing a fixed hair dryer , but can pick one at the reception. All staff were very educated and demanding, the well served and capriched portions of beer of all brands and various drinks! at check in I was very well received by Mr. Antônio explained how the hotel was operating and standards.
