Top rated hotels in Liege

Hotel de La Couronne Liege
4.1/551 Reviews
Opposite is the train station, which is very small at the door of the hotel. There is no hole in the room. The room is large, there is a radiator, it is easy to wash clothes, and the hotel is 500 meters away from the right. There are several good French restaurants.
Yust Liege
4.9/543 Reviews
We had booked a suite to see what the best possible experience in YUST could be. We were lucky to do so. The room had a quite luxurious feel to it, with some cosy elements like the curtains around the bed, that in combination with the turning TV could make the bed feel like a private cinema! The cleaning was oke and all necessary kitchen tools were available. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the rooftop, and the city construction works around the building make the parking a bit difficult to find. All taken into considerations, I would recommend!
Amosa Liège City Centre Hotel
4.1/556 Reviews
When you book at Amosa, you can choose between rooms at the hotel or apartments on separate buildings, not so far from the reception building, all placed in the city center (Liège St. Lambert railway station is 10 minute away by foot). We chose an apartment and it was a great choice! Our two levels-apartment was perfect and clean: the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom were very well equipped and furnished as well as bathroom. The breakfast, optional and served at the hotel's restaurant was very rich: different types of sausages, cheese, bread, yogurth, viennoiserie, fresh fruits, fresh orange juice and hot beverages waiting for you in a fantastic location (a former workshop). We absolutely recommended this hotel.

Pentahotel Liège

We recently visited the hotel on a quick trip to Belgium. We chose Liege cause it sounded like a great city and believe us, it really was! It’s vibrant and full of life so we’ll definitely be back. From check-in to check-out, our stay was incredible, to say the least. Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff were as friendly and inviting as they could be. They made us feel safe and comfortable, especially regarding COVID protocols - there are plenty of covid safe procedures implemented. When it comes to the rooms, ours was incredible! The bed was super comfortable, there is a desk which was great for us since we work from our laptops and they’re spacious with ample storage spaces, not to mention that we were blown away by the design of the rooms and the hotel in general! Another score of 10/10 for the breakfast Top-notch from start to finish. Can't wait to be back!
Ibis Liège Centre Opéra
3.8/548 Reviews
This hotel is located right in the middle of an unusually busy city. Actually I had expected Liege to be much smaller than it turned out to be. Driving sometimes makes things more difficult to locate. That is the case with this hotel. Many of the streets are one way and very narrow. If you don't know the city, you can easily get turned around or miss a turn. GPS doesn't always help with these tasks. Since we were in Liege to visit the Christmas Market there, this is a good place to stay. Very close to walk there and considering all the other businesses nearby, it makes it very convenient. Park your car and walk around. The rooms are nice except trying to regulate the temperature was not possible. With no A/C or anyway to open a window, it got a little uncomfortable in the room. I didn't happen to notice a fan but since it was winter, I didn't really look. They should have some type of air handling system that the customer can control in the room. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. I think I would recommend this to others but I'd have to warn them about the room ventilation if they were going to stay in the summer months.
Campanile Liege Luik

We stayed here in liege for the Belgian Grand Prix. I was away at the track most days and did not spend much time in the main hotel area except for breakfast and the occasional drink in the evening. The hotel was located in the outskirts of liege next to a major road about a 30 minute walk from the main train station or approximately at €10 taxi. being in room 33 which is the closest to the road I had no issues with getting to sleep. If your a light sleeper a pair of noise cancelling ear buds would be a good fix. The room was moderately sized and featured everything I would need. The only thing possibly missing was a mini fridge to keep things cool. The dining area was a little bland. They offered a buffet style European breakfast with fresh fruit, breads and yogurts. The bar was sp**** but for a small hotel it was more than enough. They offered a selection of Belgian beer on draft and bottle along with a standard spirit selection. The staff were friendly even if some had poor English. They were able to organise taxis to and from the hotel when I arrived and later when checking out.
Van der Valk Hotel Liège Congres
4.4/575 Reviews
We stay a lot in Van der Valk hotels in The Netherlands so we thought let's try out this hotel in Liège as we are always pleasantly suprised by the high standards and quality of the rooms, staff, etc. We booked an executive room and as it is very spacious (almost twice the size of a standard room) it lacks some features that we are accustomed in Van der Valk hotels. The most notable is the lack of a separate shower in the bathroom. We did have bathtub with a showerhead but no option to hang it up. So we ended up sitting in the tub whilst holding the shower! Even the most basic rooms at other Van der Valk hotels have a separate rainshower and most of the time also a bathtub. The bed itself was okay, but the pillows were substandard and shouldn't even be used anymore. The total cleanliness of the room could be a bit better. The staff in the hotel is kind and helpful, except for the lady at the breakfast service. I think that this wasn't her day. We don't speak French and the staff doesn't speak Dutch so we talked English. Not all of them where very fond of changing to English instead of French. When we had diner our waitress was very kind and attentive. So a big shoutout to her. All with all this is not a Van der Valk hotel that lives up to the reputation that we know and love it by. The possibility for us visiting this hotel again in the future is very slim.
Van der Valk Hotel Spa
4/576 Reviews
The facilities were perfect, and it was comfortable to have a cable car dedicated to guests who could go directly to therme in the bathrobe figure. However, despite the advance payment via Trip.com, a deposit was charged 50 euros at check-in. It was said that it was refunded after the adjustment of room service etc. However, the refrigerator was empty. There should be no additional. I thought it would be paid back at check-out, but it was said that it would be refunded via the card company after 2 - 3 days. However, even after a week, it has not yet been refunded.
