"FUGA STAY, true to the meaning of its name “fuga” (elegance and serenity), is a refined and peaceful hideaway tucked within the heart of Kyoto. I personally love hotels that are hidden away from the main road yet still extremely convenient—just a 3 to 5-minute walk from Omiya Subway Station and numerous Kyoto city bus stops. If you’re into cycling or using e-scooters, there’s a Luup rental station right in front of the hotel. The room is spacious and very comfortable for a solo traveler. It comes with two double beds that you can easily move together to form a super king-size bed. The bathroom is also large, with no sense of tightness. The front desk staff speaks Japanese and Chinese, so communication is smooth and easy. Honestly, I’m hesitant to praise FUGA too much—if too many people discover it, the price might go up! P.S. Just around the corner is Tendō Shrine, only a 2-minute walk away. It felt like a beautiful encounter by fate. FUGA STAYは、その名の通り「風雅」で、賑やかな場所の中にありながらも静かで、控えめで上品な空間です。 大通りに面していないホテルが好きな私にとって、ここは理想的な立地です。徒歩3〜5分で大宮駅や京都市内の多数のバス停にアクセスできます。 自転車や電動キックボードが好きな方には、目の前にLuupのステーションがあってとても便利です。 部屋は広く、一人で泊まってもとても快適です。ダブルベッドが2台あり、自分で簡単に動かして、特大キングサイズベッドのように使うことができます。トイレも広々としていて、窮屈さは感じません。 フロントでは日本語と中国語（漢語）が通じるので、安心して滞在できます。 正直、あまり褒めすぎたくないです…人気が出て値上がりしそうで（笑） P.S. すぐ近くの路地に「天道神社」があり、徒歩2分ほどです。素敵なご縁を感じました。 FUGA STAY，如同其名字「風雅」一般，是一處鬧中取靜、低調而優雅的住宿空間。 我特別喜歡這種不在主幹道上、卻又交通便利的飯店——步行3到5分鐘即可抵達地鐵大宮站與眾多京都市巴士站點。 如果你喜歡騎單車或滑板車，門口就有Luup的租借點，非常方便。 房間空間寬敞，一個人住起來非常舒適，因為配置了兩張雙人床（可以輕鬆地自行移動，變成超級大king size）；廁所空間也很大，毫無壓迫感。 前台服務人員通曉日語與漢語，溝通無障礙。 說真的，我不太想過度讚美FUGA，因為怕太多人知道之後價格會上漲（笑） P.S. 小巷轉角就有一間「天道神社」，走路約2分鐘，非常有緣。"

"The reception was very warm; there was even a Russian-speaking staff member who gave us detailed information about the hotel's surroundings. Thanks to him, we were able to find perhaps the best cento of our trip. The room's downsides included the windows not opening, the combined bathroom and shower, and short blankets. "I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was larger than expected and well designed, with automatic lighting, a very nice bathroom, and a cozy raised Japanese-style area. The room was very clean, visually pleasing, and the air conditioning worked well throughout the stay. The location was also excellent, with the hotel just a short walk from Kyoto Station. Being in the city center made it easy to get around, even without using public transportation."

Complimentary Japanese whisky and gin were offered to guests in the evenings, making it a very comfortable and memorable stay."

"The location and surroundings are wonderful, and our room was very spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The only downside is the shared restroom. Since it’s used by both men and women, we sometimes found the area around the toilet seat wasn’t quite clean. A bit more care here would make a big difference. Still, it’s a nice place with great value. I’d recommend it otherwise."

"The room is clean, large and reasonable. It is very close to the station. There was also a coin laundry. There was a large refrigerator and a microwave. The room was large, so it was relaxing and very comfortable. I would like to use it again."

You must wear the slippers provided by the hotel to enter the bedroom, which may cause you to fall. The owner is very enthusiastic and willing to help. Toothpaste, toothbrushes and combs are not provided. The surrounding environment is very much like a rural town, compact and beautiful, and very clean and tidy. There is a supermarket diagonally opposite. The items are much cheaper than 711 and the variety is also complete. If you don't have to, I don't recommend staying here."
