We loved this guesthouse! We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. So the room was great, we actually booked one of the smaller double rooms, but after seeing inside one of the duplex rooms when we come again next time we will book one of those instead cause they looked gorgeous! The location is perfect especially for the night market which is only very short walk away. This could be an issue though if you like an early night and are a light sleeper as the night market goes on rather late. In terms of amenities, the main thing I liked was the swimming pool, it was refreshing and certainly not as cold as I expected. I spent several happy hours in there. There is no restaurant on site, but you are surrounded by lots of restaurants and the owner kindly pointed us in the direction of one of the great ones. The best thing about this place though is the service. It’s a family run guesthouse and they all, from the grandparents to the owners to the little baby, really make you feel welcome! Just book! You won’t be disappointed!

Very clean room, conveniently located right in front of the terrace. Great photos. For foreign guests looking for coffee and the usual morning fare, there is a coffee shop within 4 minutes of walking. This was a very nice place to retreat to for a few days of crisp, mountain air, solitude and great hiking.....and beautiful photography, especially if you have a drone

First of all, it is very, very, very good! ! This is my favorite accommodation along the way. The boss was very warm and kind, and sent out a lot of guides and helped with carrying boxes. Every day when I go out and come back, I feel like I'm coming home. The host of the B&B will smile and say ”I'm going out” and ”I'm back.” The smell smells good as soon as you enter the house, and for a person with a mysophobia, I think this place is very clean! Like this taste very much. As soon as you go out, there is a small yard with hanging chairs and many plants and flowers. I really like the environment. There is a big golden retriever sister at the B&B who is very, very well-behaved. The location is very close to the ancient city of Dali. There is also a street outside the B&B with many snacks and restaurants. Anyway, I still like it very much! Very happy! !

To be honest, I seldom write reviews when I travel, but when I came to Kunming, where the four seasons are like spring, I must give a thumbs up to this hotel. The main reason is that the boss is like a neighbor, and the chats are all intimate, giving people a feeling of spring breeze and family-like warmth. Moreover, the hotel is indeed worthy of praise in all aspects. The location is quite good. It is located in the city center, with complete surrounding facilities, close to the subway station, and next to the Daguan Commercial City, which is convenient for travel and dining. Not far away is the Daguan Tower Lantern Festival, which is especially great to play at night. The hotel is surrounded by green trees, birds and flowers. The rooms in the hotel are comfortable and tidy. The boss is a clean person at first glance, and the service is very enthusiastic, polite, and meticulous, trying to meet our requirements. Although it is small in scale, the hotel facilities are not old at all. It can be seen that it is the latest decoration, and all kinds of electrical appliances are available. Although the bathing facilities are not famous brands, they are also very high-end. I will definitely come again next time!

My room was neat and clean, and the restaurant food was good. The hotel manager and employees were very friendly and helpful and even organized activities for guests, like karaoke in the evening and a walking tour to a temple. The hot spring pool on the rooftop wasn't crowded, and the view from up there was very relaxing. The hot spring pool was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it felt more like a family than a hotel, and I'll definitely go back there again. They were so warm and friendly with me, which I especially appreciated since I was a solo traveler and had never been to that city before.

Very nice place close to dianchi lake. For those that want to be a bit more central, this might not be the place for you as we had to Didi about 30 minutes to get anywhere that wasn't right around the lake. Pros: very beautiful location and awesome service. The guys at the front desk were very attentive and even sent up extra pillows promptly after we asked for them. The room was also exceptionally clean. Cons: location is a bit far from restaurants and night life and the bed was a bit hard. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay near the parks and the lake.

The room is clean, has hot water, is fully furnished and has convenient parking. The boss is very nice and can solve all these problems. At first I thought it was a bit out of the way, but it's only a 5-minute drive from the city. The price/performance ratio is super high, so you can choose with confidence. Very close to Banna Bus Terminal, 10 minutes away from Jinghong Bus Terminal, travel is very convenient. There is a room that is not facing the street, because the discount price is selected online, and the sputum can be facing the street. The facilities and furniture are simple, and the room is a latch for a guard lock. The nozzle is easy to use and does not affect the bath. The hair dryer should be taken the initiative and the front desk, except for no disposable slippers, bath slippers, and no room cleaning on the first day.

The room was big and clean. It was close to the border with soms restaurants nearby. Only the badroom was dirty and fool of mold. The water was coming out of the roof, it was definitely not from one day. We actually just saw it after our son was asleep so we didn’t say something, because we didn’t wanted to move. But probably if you say something there are better rooms. The rest of the room was clean.

This hotel is cheap for Trip.com but you'll get a better deal and a better hotel if you walk down the same road and ask in one of the many hotels. This hotel won't suit everyone. It served us well for one night. The bed was comfortable and warm, and the manager was very nice and accommodating. Not all rooms have air conditioning, and most have squat toilets, which might not suit everyone. There is an elevator. People tend to go out at night when it's cooler, so expect outside noise until after midnight. It didn't bother us, but it might bother others.
