We stayed at this hotel which is inside the ancient town. Also there’s free pick up from the railway station. Owner is very nice and we received a fruit and candy welcome gift and also a hair pin from the minority ethnic from the owner and it is very pretty. The hotel has such lovely view and it’s near the bridge and you can explore the ancient town and have a very chill day and night. The view is so much prettier at night. Bed is comfy. Everything is nice.

The boss himself came to picked us up at the station. And when we want to go back he helped us to call driver since we cant use didi (online taxi) in there. The room big enough for 4 of us, and thr scenic area from the room really suit us

酒店位置是茶洞古鎮最好的，在陽台上就可以欣賞古鎮最美的風光，坐在陽台煮一壺茶，讀一本書，愜意的假期不在乎如此，酒店樓下就是拉拉渡口，出行也非常方便。酒店乾淨衞生，空氣新鮮，夜晚安靜，價格很親民，性價比極高。酒店老闆姓劉，北京人，人好服務好，入住當天因打雷停電一會，為表歉意，老闆主動提出付款240元的車費作為補償，經常旅遊，這麼良心的客棧也鮮有遇見，值得推薦！順便推薦，酒店旁邊的咖啡館咖啡也不錯，晚上有吉他彈唱。

This city is beautiful on the water, but beware of mosquitoes! I personally would stay no more than one night. You pay for the great location - right on the river and by all the hustle and bustle. The party does not stop at 10pm - I swear it was loud outside until 2am and you definitely hear it. The room we chose (with a large patio) was extremely small and cramped. We couldn't enjoy our patio during the summer because there were so many mosquitoes at the door. We left a mosquito-repellant incense at the patio door and that helped a little, but we didn't dare having tea outside like we originally wanted. The hotel also didn't feel secure. Our room was by the back door, which stayed open for most hours of the day. It was very convenient to get to our room, but the open door felt like a safety hazard. They said that they would close it at midnight, but that is too late for my comfort. Service was okay at best. They tried contacting us before we arrived but we don't have a Chinese phone number. Responses through WeChat were a bit slow during some hours, and sometimes the front desk was empty. Perhaps we were just unlucky. The morning we left, the manager lady seemed the most competent and warm, but everyone else was a bit lackluster. The room is old, and the bathroom has rusting metal. Toiletries were at least covered the essentials. No welcome snacks, but at least there were two bottles of water. Is it bad for us to expect more at the price we're paying? Among all the high end hotels we stayed at during our trip at this price point, this was the least impressive by far. The hotel pictures felt misleading on terms of quality and cleanliness.

Great stay with excellent service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful with everything I needed. The room was spotless, had all the essentials, including heating, and they even provided complimentary water upon arrival. The bathroom was clean, with fresh towels and shampoo provided. The location is perfect—close to everything, including the bus station. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenience!

The host are extremely polite and friendly. The lady took us from the hotel to the bus stop 🚏, gave us all kind of information to move around and when my mom stayed at the hotel by herself because she was too tired by walking around the mountains, they took care of her, gave her some Wantong and were super friendly, even she can’t speak English 🥹🫶🙏 We also made some laundry 🧺 everything very clean 🫶 We are very grateful with them. The food is extremely delicious 🤤 100/100 🙌🙌🙌🙌

The location of the hotel is nice, it’s close to everything but not quite in the midst of all the loud bars and restaurants. The rooms themselves were fine, although the walls were a bit dirty, and much of the tile could have used more caulking. The entire counter of our sink moved if bumped. Also, there was something not quite right with our shower head. However, the bed was comfortable and you can’t just beat the view from the balcony. The owner was helpful when I took the initiative to add them on wechat as well. They gave us recommendations for food and advised us on where to do the river boat ride. Overall, a fine place to stay for a night in Fenghuang.

It's one of the most cozy hotels in China, in which I was. And the only one in which the shower is built separately from the toilet. I was sorry to leave my very nice, very comfortable room! Location Super! I walked from the bus station just 8 minutes. And five minutes to the eastern (main) entrance to the Park. The boss woman is very friendly, she drew me a precise route in the Park. Her help is invaluable!! Wish prosperity to your business! I strongly recommend!

Our stay was very convenient and we are happy for staying here! The view is outstanding, everything is near, the staff members are really helpful! They helped us send luggage, do laundry and tell directions. We has an insect on the first night and the staff came to take care of it, also, the air conditioner was great! In our room and in the bathroom, it was warm during the cold time. We loved the space in the room. We had a lot of luggage and there was no elevator. A bit challenging, and the staff helped us carry our luggage

The night market right outside is so convenient to try the local food. Breakfast is a local restaurant a few doors opposite and you can choose your food. It was delicious but it's all local food so my fussy son ended up having one plain steamed bao (bun).You can do your own laundry for free. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us in booking tickets for the Huanglong Cave as that had to be done via Wechat. Further down the road, there was a shop offering foot baths and massages. It was lovely but make sure you keep an eye on the agreed length of time. I would stay here again as it's sp convenient and comfortable.
