"It's not possible to not give a perfect score to this homestay.The owner couple is so hospitable and genuinely warm.Due to the low season, I was upgraded to a bigger room with a great view of the padi fields. Room is tastefully decorated, very clean, warm, just that there's no separation of wet and dry area in the bathroom. The breakfast was superb with fresh starbucks capsule coffee available. There's a nice cafe opposite the homestay and bus station to the nearby Tang An village (for stunning terrace views) is only a short walk away."

"View from our room’s balcony was fantastic. The accoms is near the main entrance of the Zhenyuan Ancient Town and near many eateries. We came with two luggages and the staff arranged for a cute mini pickup to ferry us over. The staff was also very helpful in arranging a car for us to bring us to the nearest HSR station. "The views are absolutely stunning! I felt like the guesthouse itself was picturesque enough that I didn't even need to visit the other scenic spots. The cats at the guesthouse are also incredibly cute and friendly, letting you pet them. Someone even helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated. A special shout-out to the auntie who makes the rice noodles for breakfast – they were phenomenal! Both the sour soup noodles and the clear broth noodles were incredibly delicious.
