The Georgetown Inn

On arriving at the Georgetown Inn we were greeted as long lost favourite relatives. After checking in, went for super in their lounge where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner with excellent service. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable as to the history of Canmore and what is going on it town. We experienced a two hour flat surface hike through Policeman's Creek area and were amazed at what they have done and continue to do in that area. All the meals we had at the Inn were delicious, served promptly and what was to be hot was served hot even though they were very busy. My favourites for breakfast were the Traditional Avocado Toast and their French Toasts (Famous Orange and Strawberry Delight). For dinner, the Chicken Masala was full of flavour, a little spicey for me but still delicious. Stuffed Yorkshire Pudding was another treat. We love the ambience throughout the Inn and can hardly wait to return... Our rooms were huge, had a great fire place for warming up the room during a winter visit but we still had to turn it on for a few minutes. Beds were very comfortable. We slept undisturbed...was it that we were exhausted from our long walks or the other guests were as tired as we were and also went to bed early.. Only stayed 2 nights at the Georgetown Inn...big mistake....should have booked for a longer stay...too much to see in 3 days. Wholeheartedly recommend the Georgetown Inn. Excellent value for your money. It’s a basic room but very clean and has a fridge and coffee maker. No housekeeping unless you pay extra but I was fine with that.We stayed for 6 nights and if we needed anything we just asked for it at the front desk. There’s a microwave for use in the public area

We needed a pet friendly hotel and found this hotel. I am so glad that we found this place. I am a big supporter of the Choice Hotel group. The price was in our budget. We were given a ground floor room which was perfect! The room was nice and clean and our dog loved it there. We were able to park right in front of the patio doors to our room. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. Right next door to the hotel is a great restaurant...Taste of Persia. They have a great breakfast menu. We will definiety stay there, whenever we are in Edmonton!

I really like this hotel, I have my own free parking lot, the location is very good, and it is very close to banff. The first floor lobby has free coffee hot water and fruit. Sitting on the sofa and watching the scenery is so cool. The room has a small balcony that is perfect for watching the scenery. The room is very clean, very recommended
Park Inn by Radisson Edmonton Airport

We had requested a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout, but there was some kind of a mix-up, so instead of a pullout, we had only a love seat. Arshdeep at the front desk was very kind and helpful in getting the situation straightened out for us. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty decent. Upon check out, we wanted to pay with a prepaid Visa gift card, which Shivani worked very hard to figure out for us (we've stayed at other hotels, who either couldn't figure it out, or didn't even try, so we are very grateful to Shivani for not giving up.) The only downside of our stay was that there was no hand soap in the room (a supply issue) and we had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper, which should have already been stocked in the room, but these are pretty minor inconveniences. I think we got great value with this hotel, and would likely stay again if we need a place close to the airport.
Quality Inn West Edmonton

Great 4 night stay! Spacious room (executive suite) and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK, there seemed to be a variety of food available. I couldn't eat it because of onions and peppers in the main course (eggs and meat). Internet was very reliable. The staff is great! There are several restaurant options close by. At the moment, there is some street construction that makes getting to the parking lot minimally challenging. There was no noticeable noise impact from this work though.

Generally normal, there is no praise, the price is flat, not too bad, so it is suitable for people traveling around, because the consumption is not big hahaha! There is room for improvement
