I visited a friend at this hotel and used the bathrooms near the elevators. While I was waiting for my friend in the lobby, I decided to use the only bathrooms I could see near the guest elevators. As I started using the bathroom two hotel staff members kept knocking and knocking repeatedly on the bathroom door. Once I finished using the bathroom (uncomfortably), the hotel staff made themselves known and asked ”why I used this bathroom which was not for guests?” I clearly told them ”the door to this bathroom was open, there were no signs saying employees only or do not enter.” Intelligence for this hospitality employees is to be desired. I am very disappointed how far down this hotel has come I used to recommend this place and eat at their hotel. Sadly, I've read other reviews and the owners of this chain hotel need to do do some serious changes to the management and appearance to the interior of this hotel.

I gave it 5 stars because it is what it is. You know when you book a Super 8 it is a budget hotel and that is exactly what this was . But the front desk was really nice, let us check in early. Room was clean( hallway musty and dog smell) but for what I paid it was better than expected.

The hotel itself was adequate. The majority of the staff were helpful and friendly. The issue: Two rooms were booked and paid for, but the hotel reserved only one. Despite the fact that payment for two rooms was posted to my credit card, the hotel's general manager insisted that one was simply a ”pending charge”. After two nonsensical conversations with her, I contacted my credit card company, verified that two payments had occurred and were not ”pending”, and had the disputed charge removed from my account.
